If No, look for them as they may be in other rooms or even in another rig for another show. Ask Julie if that’s the case.

Do all the lights have safety chains attached to them?

If No, Grab some ladders and attach the safety chain to the rig. If there is no safety chain there at all you will find them at the back of the hall on a hook.

Do all the lights have a g clamp attached to them?

If No, You can find G clamps in the back of the hall on the lighting rack if one isn’t already attached.

Is the G clamp attached properly? For example is the G clamp on the on the top of the arm and not hooked under.

Are all the plugs pushed in properly?

If No, push the plugs in so the pins are in the sockets.

Are the lights rigged properly for example if they are upside down.You would know this with a Fresnel the adjustable knob would be facing the floorif it was rigged right.

If No, grab a ladder and un attach the safety chain then the G clamp and put the light the right way round and put the G clamp back on and the safety chain.

Do the lights have gel frame and gel to go in the frame? A gel is a piece of colour material that fits in the frame to make it shine the colour you want.

If No, the frames can be found on the wall above the lighting rack at the back of the hall. The gels can be found in a cabinet at the back of the hall.

Is the gel cut to the right size? You would be able to tell this if it is too big by the sides as itwouldn’t be put in the gel frame properlysimply because it won’t fit.

If No, you should get the gel frame down and cut around the outside of the gel and it will be the perfect size.

Do all the lights have barn doors?

If No, they can be found at the back of the hall hooked above the lighting rack, and you can easily attach it to the light by just sliding it in the light.

Are the plugs in the dimmers?

If No simply plug them in.

Are they plugs of the lights in the correct sockets and also the correct dimmers on the desk. For example is there a light that is plugged into 15 in the rig but also has to be number 15 plugged into the dimmers.

If No, you must match the plug sockets in the rig and plug them in the dimmers, they are labelled on the plugs.

Is the lamp tray pushed in properly, you may get electrocuted if you didn’t notice and came to plugging everything in.

If No, just simply push it back in.
