How Do I Manage My Digital Cookie Home Page?

The Home Page tab is the first tab located at the top of your Digital Cookie site.

1. Click the Home tab to access.

2. To go to a different page within Digital Cookie, you have two

options.

Select one of the tabs at the top of the Digital Cookie site to display a different page.

Select one of the bulleted links in the Take your cookie experience to the next level section of the Home page.

3. The Home page contains other important information such as:

1. Your URL address. 2. Time Left to Sell Cookies display. 3. The Status of your Digital Cookie site. When your Digital Cookie site is approved by your parent/caretaker, your site status will be “Open for Business.”

4. Scroll down to view the Notifications section of the Home

page. This section provides a list of orders that require action.

5. To access the orders from under your Notifications section, click the Check out your orders now! link. This will take you to the Cookie Orders page.

6. On the Cookie Orders page, you will see all of the orders that have been placed through the Digital Cookie site. To see more customer information, click the customer link (the order number) to be directed to the Cookie Order Detail page.

7. From the Cookie Order Detail page, you can view the order, the status, the date/time of the order, and what types of cookies were ordered and how many.

8. From the Home page, you can view your Cookie Sale Progress. The offline sales will display in dark orange and the online Digital Cookie sales will display in light orange. The green number at the bottom shows you how many more boxes of cookies need to be sold to reach your goal.

9. Messages from the Girl Scout Council can also be found on the

Home page.

10. Scroll down to view the My Digital Cookie Sales Data section of

the Home page. A cool pie chart shows you how many of each variety of cookie have sold. The line graphs show how many sales have been processed by week. The bar graph shows how many orders have been processed by delivery type.

11. Analyze or study the sales data to learn about how your cookie

customers order. This information can help you create your

cookie goal for next season!
