INGREDIENTS: 4 GNFF Bratwurst4 cups shredded cabbage1 sliced onion2 Tablespoons butter1 teaspoon caraway seedsRed chili peppers to taste Salt and pepper to taste2 cans Boulevard Pale Ale Beer4 Hot dog buns
INSTRUCTIONS:Place shredded cabbage, onion and butter in a sauté pan and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with caraway, red chili peppers, salt and pepper. Fire up the grill. Place Brotz on the grill just to mark. Place cooked cabbage mixture and beer in a foil pan and place on grill. Add marked brats on top and cover with foil. Cook 20 to 25 minutes on the grill. Remove brats and cabbage from pan. Place brats on buns and top with cabbage and Revenge of the Beefsteak Tomato Topping
Revenge of the Beefsteak Tomato ToppingINGREDIENTS:1 Beefsteak tomato chopped fine1/2 cucumber minced 1 cup mayonnaise4 dashes Tabasco 2 minced green onions Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill. Use for topping on your brats, hotdogs and burgers.

MEET THE FLORY’S! Roger and Teresa Flory own and operate a small family farm in located in Douglas County that includes three generations. Roger and Teresa, their three sons Tim, Brian and Mark. Tim, Jana and their kids Brevin and Maison raise Boer goats. Brian, Julie and their kids Cole and Piper and Mark, Jess and Eve-lyn raise pigs. They started raising pigs in 1988 as a 4-H project for Brian and grew from there. They now have about 20 sows which we breed and the baby pigs are born and raised on our farm. They have several breeds as well as cross bred pigs.
