Facilities Assessment &

JCAHO Certification

• Utilize knowledge and experience of healthcare industry to establish a work plan to govern facilities management and clean up.

• Staff selected have an understanding of JCAHO standards, Certificate of Need, CMS and Georgia State compliance regulations.

• Serve as the umbrella company for all necessary commercial contractor personnel, cleaning materials, and supplies to help ensure healthcare operations are ready by October 15, 2005.

Facilities Assessment & Maintenance Management

• To ensure technicians are skilled in general maintenance and clean up activities. Including but not limited to:

Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Automation, Electronic, Security Systems, and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
