A 70mm M8 screw (x8) B 16mm M6 screw (x10) C 12mm M4 screw (x10)

S4 M6 Allen key (x1) S5 M8 Allen key (x1)

Step 1: Using a Phillips screwdriver (not supplied), secure one large board (1) to one upper board (2) with 12mm M4 screws (C). Place a protective cover on the top and bottom corners of the large board (1). Repeat this process with the remaining large board (1) and upper board (2). This will result in two board assemblies.

Note: Do not use power tools when assembling this bed as they may cause damage to the components.

Step 2: Place leg covers (8) under each leg (6). Align the screw holes on each leg (6) with the screw holes on the middle frame pole (4). Using the M8 Allen key (S4), secure the legs (6) to the middle frame pole (4) by inserting and tightening 16mm M6 screws (B).

Step 3: Align the holes on one end of the side frame poles (3) with one board assembly. Using the M8 Allen key (S5), secure the side frame poles (3) to the board assembly with 70mm M8 screws (A). Align the holes on one end of the leg assembly with the board assembly. Using the M6 Allen key (S4), secure the leg assembly to the board assembly with 16mm M6 screws (B).

Step 4: Align the holes on the other end of the side frame poles (3) with the remaining board assembly. Using the M8 Allen key (S5), secure the side frame poles (3) to the remaining board assembly with 70mm M8 screws (A). Align the holes on the other end of the leg assembly with the remaining board assembly. Using the M6 Allen key (S4), secure the leg assembly to the remaining board assembly with 16mm M6 screws (B).

Step 5: Place the lower and upper slat assemblies (5a, 5b) on top of the frame.

Assembly complete.

Depending on the extent of use, it may be necessary to tighten the fixings from time to time. This is normal for any flat pack furniture.

Use a damp cloth, feather duster or normal furniture polish to clean the bed.
