ONLY IF YOU FOLLOW THIS RULES YOU CAN WORK FOR INA GROUP

A message from the President of the Management Board and Executive Director of Corporate Center BF

The last few years we talk about safety standards and we strive to improve them. As a result, webelieve that we have introduced several important changes, but we can always do more. As part ofINA’s ongoing commitment to create a safe working environment for our employees and effort tostrengthen the culture of safety, we have introduced the „Life Saving Rules”. These rules are notnew, they are simple, clear, and achieve exactly what their name implies – save lives. The ruleswere developed based on feedback and lessons that our industry learned from practice, and leadus to more effectively manage risks specific to our business. As INA’s employee, contractor orsupplier you are responsible and authorized to stop any business activity that is not in accordancewith these rules.

Safety will always be our priority. If we trust each other, if we listen and talk, we can achieve ourgoal: prevent accidents and save lives. And remember, safety is duty and responsibility of all of us.

• In the last few years, we have put a special emphasis on improvinghealth and safety at work for our employees and suppliers.

• After successful completion of Life Saving Rules campaign, in 2014 we arefocused on the prevention of incidents through a number of initiatives, including Prevention of falls from height program, Reporting potentiallydangerous situations campaign, Isolation of hazardous energy sources anda number of forums aimed at raising awareness about impact of certainfactors on health.

• The fact that in the period from 2009 till 2014, the Lost time injury frequencyrate decreased by 19% shows the success of these activities.

• Considering the large number of contractors working on our sites, often inthe medium and high risk jobs, our preventive activities, such as training, risk assessment, licensing process, health protection and safety at workcampaigns, we focused on our contractors and their HSE performance, inthe same way as on INA’s employees.

• Road accident rate in INA Group decreased more than three times in thelast four years, which, in large amount, can be attributed to many years ofactivities focused on raising awareness of safe driving through a series ofseasonal campaigns and safe driving trainings.

Baecke’s questionnaire results Baecke’s questionnaire is used for research in epidemiological studies for determining the level of physical activity at theworkplace, during free time and during sports and recreational activities, and it includes a range of activities from 1 (lowest)to 5 (highest).Considering the fact that the questionnaire was expanded with additional questions related to the implementation of a healthylifestyle in everyday life and its impact on family members of the employees after they have gone through the MPAV, we havegained a wider picture of the its effectiveness.

GLOBAL CHALLENGE TO CORPORATE CULTURE AND CORPORATE HEALTH

World Health Organization (WHO) has defined occupational stress as a "global epidemic".

Due to deepening of the global crisis and unemployment this problem has become particularly important.

There’s a lot of work ahead of us, but we should see it as eustress and a real challenge!
