In an ever rapidly changing and competitive world, the new forces of technology and social networking have encouraged companies to develop new ways of engaging the customer. A successful retail environment is one where trade can occur in the most natural way. As designers, we focus on the relationships between property owner, shopkeeper and customer.Each project is approach by defining a PURPOSE which will become the STRATEGY. After the strategy is well COMMUNICATED and accepted, we move forward to develop a CONCEPTfor the design of the whole retail environment.

This includes:

• Architectural Design Concept• Interior Design Concept• Lighting Design Concept• Landscaping• Marketing and Communication Concept

Material produced is used to communicate the ideas and their formal solutions not only to the building owner but also to the operator, the tenants, the service providers, the city officials, the press and of course, reaching the general public who will be the customers.After this phase, may start the implementation design phase, including:
