• Performance, operation and staff Manages and directs the activities, operation of all direct sales staff,
signing all issues related to staff, retail product submitted by staff, account opening form, investment
deposits, Financing, credit card etc.. and all HR admin, business issues related to staff, Report to head
of retail division.

management and various campaigns that launch by marketing.

• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes
and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships
