1. INNOU PLATFORM
INNOU is the world’s first Green Social Hub (GSH). The aim is to form a hub of sustainable technologies which intertwine in multi-media applications.
We believe that driving innovation means creating opportunities for everyone. INNOU will provide secure and transparent transactions, entertainment and an ‘on demand’ platform for content creators, businesses and patrons. The community will be able to create and discover economic niches and earn money while following their passion on a global scale. The GSN aggregates sustainable technologies on a digital ledger adapted for a wide commercial interest. Via gamification education gets incentivized on green projects globally.

1.2 Further transformation into sustainability platform-aggregator
We are aiming to turn the INNOU platform into a network connecting owners of green private initiatives, sustainable development incentive programs facilitators, green finance and green tech providers.
(1) Educating users on sustainable development and promoting green projects,
(2) incentivizing them to take an active part in these projects, and
(3) providing collaboration tools for it - all the three based on gamification and blockchain technologies, we will build community, get expertise and experience for this transformation.
SIMPLY EXPLAINED:
Due to a small size, individual green projects alone do not have access to governmental incentive programs and benefits which big sustainability projects have access to (e.g. donations, grants, tax benefits, greenhouse emission decrease payouts, advantageous green financing and green technologies).
However, a set of individual projects combined in a portfolio may become economically feasible and eligible for such incentive programs and benefits. INNOU aims to become an aggregator of individual "green" projects into bigger portfolios.During the first of 18 months we will be piloting the aforementioned approach.
2. INNOU GAME
With INNOU Game users can hunt crypto-tokens, products, vouchers and get educated on environmental causes. Using Block-chain Technology we now can provide even more value in monetization potential. Users will be able to craft assets, exchange it on the market and use it on other Blockchain Games. The overall concept is a mix of free-to-play and play-to-win model that balances invested time and invested funds in an equal opportunity for every player.
This freemium mobile game will be built on three main modes:

2.1 INNOU GAME TARGET AUDIENCE INNOU Game targets a wide group of costumers globally. Typically, costumers of age 16 to 45 who belong to the following groups:
2.2 Explorer MODE INNOU Explorer Mode is the first module to be released. The Explorer Mode is a location-based game with a focus on sustaina-ble shops and products. Users can:
• Explore the map, discover shops and POI (Points of Interests) • Hunt for products, discounts and crypto • Flag territories on the map • Craft and trade in-game assets • Sell and exchange assets, tokens and crypto within and outside INNOU Game • Earn money (trading tokens, assets, crypto) • Build long-term reputation according to their achievements
INNOU Explorer Mode changes the way advertising is executed. Business have the opportunity to target their audience, tailor their marketing strategy and engage real interactions. Receiving information on their customers' behavior, accessing heatmaps and placing digital ads globally are just a few aspects of the pos-sibilities INNOU offers. Users, on the other hand receive personalized product information and earn money out of it. Focusing on sustainable shops and their products, we are building a sustainability-centric platform and addressing climate change chal-lenges through education and promotion. 2.3 INNOU GAME MVP In this phase we will be testing the legitimacy of virtual items, products, vouchers etc. Beta Testing Key features include game placement of different products of the test partner businesses in Japan. Beta users hunt and win via completing certain challenges.

2.3.2 INNOU GAME MVP SCALE OF OPERATIONS
The following estimation of scales and volumes was used for the analysis of various technical implementation options of the INNOU Game MVP:
• 400,000 gamers and 3,000 businesses (shops) (For more read Annex A)
• 80,000 transfers and 400,000 in-game purchases daily (For more read Annex B)
• €1,000k of in-game sales and € 2,500k total revenues monthly (For more read Annex C)
2.3.3 INNOU GAME MVP TECH STACK
The final decision on the technical stack to build the INNOU Game MVP will be made later. We consider the following stack as most probable one.
• Game Engine: Unity Mobile Games Development Platform (rendering, audio, physics, animation, scripting, etc..)
• Maps and locations: - Google maps platform or OpenStreets, Unity Maps SDK (location provider, zoomable maps, POI-placement. etc..)
• Blockchain services: Enjin (Blockchain SDKs, explorer, wallet, blockchain node, etc..) refer to the section "3.5 BLOCKCHAIN PLATFORMS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CRYPTO TOKENS"
• Backend services: Back-End as a Service (BaaS) (data management, authentication, social integration, notifications, and infrastruc-ture tasks) the provider (AWS Amplify, Back4App, Firebase, Cloudkit, Azure App Service to name a few) to be selected later
• Infrastructure: cloud service provider (scaling, region deployments, clustering, logs, backups, etc...) the same provider that will provide BaaS
We believe the above stack allow us to reduce efforts on "boilerplate" tasks and decrease the "time-to-market" by focusing on development of core features.

3. BLOCKCHAIN INTEGRATION
3.1 SUPPORTED CRYPTO ASSETS The following types of crypto/blockchain assets circulate in the INNOU Game Module:
• INNOU Tokens
• Game Assets Tokens
• Voucher Tokens
• Crypto Coins
• In-Game Money
They are collectively referred to as the "Crypto Assets".
Technical implementation of Crypto Assets depends upon the the blockchain platform. Refer to the section "3.5 BLOCKCHAIN PLATFORMS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CRYPTO TOKENS". 3.1.1 INNOU TOKENS "Outside" the Game, the INNOU Tokens will be traded on crypto-exchanges, stored in and sent between crypto-wallets. The team will use INNOU Tokens as funding and incentive vehicles.INNOU Token will be ERC 20 token (ERC 777 to be exact) on the Ethereum network.
Although INNOU Tokens will be minted on the Ethereum, they may be "transferred" into and circulate on other Blockchains (e.g.: EoS, Tron, Binance Chain, etc...) via "gateways", a set of smart-contracts and off-chain services (eg.: Loom Basechain gateways)
INNOU TOKEN USE CASES
• Players may exchange INNOU Tokens to (and from) In-Game Money
• Businesses (shops) may pay by INNOU Tokens for marketing campaigns at a discount
• Players may stake INNOU Tokens
o on a droid to make it a "miner"
o to give a fighter/team more power in Arena fights and take a share in prizes
o on a droid to "pin" a location to generate more power
o to "flag" a location for a droid (to make the droid more valuable)
o to take part in lotteries for shop products
o to access "tiers" of quests/rewards
o to win or be ellidable to buy a "celebrity skin" or "celebrity droids"
o "delegate" (or lend) tokens to other players (or teams) to share benefits from cases above

• Player may buy some "cards", "codes", "celebrity droids" and other Game Assets To-kens for INNOU Tokens
• Holders of INNOU Tokens will have a say in project development issues
"Inside" the Game, the INNOU Tokens will be used for stacking, exchanging into the In-Game Money (and back), and as a reward to players for solving game tasks and hunting. Please refer to the "ANNEX F. INNOU TOKEN USE CASES" for further details. 3.1.2 CRYPTO COINS This include a few major crypto currencies (e.g. BTC, ETH) and stablecoin tokens (e.g. Dai, Tether).
CRYPTO COIN TOKENS
Technically, special tokens, the "Crypto Coin Tokens", representing the original coins will be circulating in the Game and rather than the original coins on their native blockchains.
The Crypto Coin Tokens will be 100% backed by and linked to the original coins programmatically and seamlessly for players. 3.1.3 VOUCHER TOKENS These tokens represent shopping discounts, gift certificates, loyalty points, etc. There will be many unique Voucher Tokens of different kinds circulating in the game. Like Coins and INNOU Tokens, the Voucher Tokens may be sent to external wallets. Players will be allowed to trade some Voucher Tokens "outside" the Game (peer-to-peer on on external marketplaces) and send them to other external wallets. Thanks to smart-contracts, Innou will get fees from these token transfers.
3.1.4 GAME ASSETS TOKENS These tokens represents in-game assets. Players may transfer Game Assets Tokens they have (i.e. in-game assets) to external wallets and back to In-Game Wallets.
Game Asset Tokens are "collectables":
• provable ownership, "origin" and "history" of every item
• transparent digital scarcity (predictable and traceable "supply")
• non-custodial (held in personal player wallet)
• tradable outside the Game
Players may freely trade Game Assets Tokens on external marketplaces, pear-to-pear, or send tokens to new token holders for other reasons. Thanks to smart-contracts, Innou will get fees from these token transfers.

3.1.5 IN-GAME MONEY In-Game Money will be used for purchases inside the Game. To make prices inside the game be stable, In-Game Money shall be stable relatively to USD or EUR.
• Players may freely exchange (sell or buy) inside the Game INNOU Tokens for In-Game Money at the current market rate (i.e. average price on external crypto-ex-changes)
• In-Game prices are nominated (fixed) in In-Game Money.
Players can not send In-Game Money to external wallets. However players may exchange In-Game Money into INNOU Tokens and send the tokens to external wallets. In-Game Money will circulate inside the Game only. Therefore, they can be implemented entirely "off-chain" rather then as "on-chain" assets (not yet decided).
3.2 SCALING AND "INTERNAL" TOKENS
To scale Crypto Assets transactions "inside" the Game (i.e. to provide fast and cheap enough processing of a large number of transactions), the following approach will be used.
• Every time a player sends INNOU Tokens from an external wallet to the In-Game Wallet, the tokens on the Ethereum network get locked in a smart-contract and exactly the same amount of "Internal" tokens appear in the In-Game Wallet
• When a player sends tokens from the In-Game Wallet to an external wallet, the tokens disappears in the In-Game Wallet and exactly the same amount of tokens on the Ethereum network get unlocked and sent to that external wallet
• When a player sends tokens from the In-Game Wallet to another player In-Game Wallet while the tokens on the Ethereum network remain locked with the smart-contract
To implement that we will use (a combination of):
• The Efinity sidechain on the Enjin Platform
• The BaseChain and/or other sidechains on the Loom Network
• Self-developed state channels on Ethereum
• entirely off-chain processing
The similar approach will be used for other Crypto Assets (i.e. Coin Tokens, In-Game Assets Tokens, Voucher Tokens).
In-Game Money may be implemented and processed entirely off-chain (not yet decided). Therefore, in this context, we can speak about the "external" and the "internal" tokens:
• "external" tokens freely circulate on their native ("Layer 1") blockchains, they are NOT locked in the smart-contracts described above
• "internal" tokens are transacted inside the Game, "off-chain" relatively to their na-tive ("Layer 1") blockchains

Important to notice, the "internal" tokens will be 100% backed by and linked to the tokens on their native ("Layer 1") blockchains programmatically and seamlessly for players.
3.3 OTHER "ON-CHAIN" TRANSACTIONS
3.3.1 DATA ANCHORING
To make customers trust INNOU, some important data (e.g.: logs of advertisement campaigns) will be compactly saved on ("anchored" to) a blockchain.
3.4 IN-GAME WALLETS AND EXTERNAL WALLETS
• Users gather hunted, won or acquired otherwise Crypto Asets from inside the game, in the "In-game Wallet"
• INNOU Tokens in the In-game Wallet are immediately available for spending in the Game
• Players may use external wallets to store and transact Crypto Assets independently from Innou. Crypto Assets in external wallets might be unavailable for immediate use inside the Game.
Technically, In-game Wallets "hold" "external" coins and tokens indirectly: i.e. via "internal" tokens which seamlessly programmatically linked to the external ones. See the section "3.2 SCALING AND 'INTERNAL' TOKENS" for details.
3.5 BLOCKCHAIN PLATFORMS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CRYPTO TOKENS
We consider using one of the following Blockchain platforms and implementation options specific for the platforms. We will decide on the platform(s) to use after a detailed analysis and piloting on later stages.
We see the Enjin platform as the preferable choice.
No matter which platform is selected, we consider the INNOU Token will be ERC 20 token (ERC 777 to be exact) on the Ethereum network.
3.5.1 ENJIN
An "all-in-one" blockchain game development platform, a "Layer 2" solution on top of Ethereum that includes:
• the "Trusted Cloud", a blockchain PaaS (Platform as a Service)
• Blockchain SDKs, Platform API, the wallet daemon
• the Marketplace
• Enjin explorer - a game-focused Ethereum blockchain Explorer

3.5.2 LOOM NETWORK A «network of sidechains» with the Basechain in the middle - a Layer 2 blockchain. It supports interactions with several blockchains (Ethereum, Tron, Binance, integrations with Bitcoin and Libra are in progress). It has built-in «gateway» smart-contracts for BTC and major Ethereum tokens (ERC 20, ERC 711).
For example, the collectible card assets (ERC-721 tokens) used in the Zombie Battleground game are purchased and played with on the CryptoZombies GameChain (sidechain), but the cards can also be transferred to the Ethereum mainnet to be stored securely, traded, or even transferred to another sidechain for some other potential functionality.
