OUR RESTAURANT
Gusto (pronounced Goo-sto) means tasty in Italian. Since opening our doors in 2012, Gusto 101 has been serving up
modern takes on Southern Italian classics. As with Trattoria Nervosa in Yorkville, Janet Zuccarini has meshed a passion
for creating memorable food with a vision for delivering soulful, transporting dining experiences
We put as much care and consideration into our food and drink as we do our architecture and design. Located in a
repurposed garage in the heart of downtown Toronto, our restaurant has become a neighborhood gathering place.
Whether you’re craving the warmth of a wood-fired grill or seasonal cocktail on our rooftop patio, we do our best to merge
the everyday with the exceptional.
Guests love Gusto 101 not only for our food and service, but also for our celebratory vibe! As a result, we’ve become
adept at hosting memorable private dining experiences that leave our guests beyond satisfied.

THE PRIVATE WINE CELLAR
Our cozy Private Wine Cellar, is also known as our in-house micro winery. The oak barrels lining the walls, are aging our very
own ’Gusto 101 Reserva,’ which we serve from our bars by the glass or by the bottle. The space offers an intimate dining
experience for any event.
*The Wine Cellar comes with A/V capabilities. A 55” TV is located at the head of the table for presentations and/or slideshows.
It can connect to any laptop via HDMI cord. You are also welcome to hook up to our speaker system and play your own tunes!

THE ROOFTOP PARTY TABLE
Our Rooftop Patio, with a retractable glass rooftop, is our year-long sanctuary! Your Party will be seated along our banquet,
underneath our renowned vintage GOOD YEAR sign. Although your group has your own section of the restaurant, we describe it as
non-private, because you’re in the mix of the other Gusto 101 guests. Its rustic, industrial feel, and lively atmosphere is perfect
for celebrating under the sun all season long.

Pushing the boundaries to make an extraordinary dining experience, our retractable glass rooftop creates just that, with a patio
season that doesn’t have to end when summer does. All Canadians can appreciate its thermally insulated glass, which will
keep you comfortable even in the middle of January! The Rooftop is an ideal space for both standing cocktail events, with
passed canapes, or formal seated dinners.

all-season Rooftop Patio. Comes equipped with 2 bar areas situated on the Main Floor and Rooftop, to keep the drinks flowing
and your guests happy. An ideal space for both standing cocktail events, with passed canapes, or formal seated dinners.

We've designed our Nonna Menus specifically for parties of 9 or more!
Picture this; surrounded by your closest friends and family, with platters of delicious food placed on the table, and everyone helps
themselves. Plus, it’s lots of fun!
BEVERAGES
All beverages are charged per drink ordered - alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
WINE
For our wine-on-tap you are charged by the ounce. For wine from our list you are charged by the bottle opened. In accordance with
liquor licensing regulations we do not have the permit that allows guests to bring in their own wine or alcohol.
ON-SITE CONTACT
The floor manager and server will be your direct on-site contacts the day of your event Our Events Manager will pass along the name of
our Manager prior to your event, and they will introduce themselves upon your arrival. They are there to assist with anything that may
arise throughout your visit with us!
FLOW OF YOUR EVENT
W We will work with you personally to organize the timing and flow of your event. For best flow, do speeches in-between courses and
dessert. *Note: Although we appreciate a good toast, speeches and presentations are difficult to facilitate on the Rooftop Party Table,
as it is not private.

THE DEAL
MINIMUM SPENDS
Instead of a rental fee we simply have a minimum spend for all food and beverage purchases. The prices vary based on the number of
people in your party, and the day of the week! Our Events Manager is happy to work with you to help manage the costs, and ensure your
able to reach the minimum spend.
The server will also keep you updated throughout your experience to ensure you are in the loop, and can see where your bill stands,
nearing the end of your event. In the event that you do not reach the minimum spend, the difference will be billed as a room charge. The
minimum spends are based on all food and beverages before 3% admin fee, 18 % gratuity and tax.
BILLING OPTIONS We have 4 billing options for large groups. Please indicate your preference on your reservation form.

➡ 1 bill (multiple payments of equal amounts)
➡ 2 bills: one bill containing all beverages purchased and one bill containing allfood purchased (one full payment per bill)
➡ 2 bills: one bill containing all beverages purchased and one bill containing all food purchased (multiple payments of equal amounts)
GRATUITY
We always want to ensure your guests are receiving the upmost of welcoming and attentive service. A standard gratuity of 18% will be
added to your final bill at your convenience. However, we encourage our guests to provide the gratuity amount that they feel fitting based
on their experience.
ADMINISTRATION FEE
For private dining reservations, an administration fee of 3% will be added your final bill. This additional fee is not a gratuity and is
applied to cover the expenses associated with the planning and administration of your event, and any additional support or preparation
to ensure a successful event’
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to secure the Wine Cellar or Rooftop Party Table, a credit card is requiredon file to hold the space for you. In the event of a
cancellation, the amount of $150.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.
