IL SALUTO DELCOMITATO ORGANIZZATORE

Il Comitato Organizzatore del 12° Revival Rally Club Valpantena 2014 da' il benvenuto a tutti,

concorrenti Italiani e stranieri, pubblico, amministrazioni, operatori e quanti attendono come ogni

anno la data del nostro Evento, gara di Regolarità Sport che si svolgerà nei giorni 13/14/15

Novembre 2014.

Ci presentiamo con una nuova edizione, che pur ricalcando le precedenti, propone molte novità in

un percorso rinnovato e rivisitato, che dalla sempre nostra bella Lessinia si allarga e si avvicina alla

città di Verona, non solo con il consueto riordino in Piazza Bra, ma pure con una nuova PCT in

territorio del comune di Verona.

Siamo quest’anno alla 12ma edizione, dopo il pieno successo dell’edizione del 2013 che ha visto la

partecipazione di molti equipaggi stranieri abbiamo voluto aumentare l'appeal verso l'estero con un

speciale “Audi International Rally Meeting”, un riconoscimento dedicato appunto agli equipaggi

stranieri che si cimenteranno sulle strade del Revival alla guida della mitica regina tedesca. Rimane

inalterato il nostro spirito con immutata e rinnovata passione nell’alimentare questa realtà sportiva

in cui sempre crediamo. Sosteniamo ancora, tra gli unici in Italia, questo momento di Sport ed

aggregazione che unisce varie generazioni, in una festa non solo agonistica, più ancora che un rally

tradizionale: la “nostra” REGOLARITA’ SPORT.

Lavoriamo per mantenere e far crescere una manifestazione sportiva di alto livello, importante e

blasonata da tutti i media nazionali e divenuta famosa all’estero, alla quale ogni appassionato di

questa disciplina, campione e non, italiano o straniero, ambisce al parteciparvi almeno una volta.

Per questo importante ed ambito traguardo raggiunto con determinazione e professionalità ma

sempre con grande umiltà, voglia di imparare, di progredire e sempre con tanta, enorme passione,

ci sentiamo ancora una volta in dovere di ringraziare quanti hanno creduto in noi e ci continuano a

sostenere: i nostri sponsor, le amministrazioni locali, il Comune di Grezzana e di Verona, Provincia di

Verona, Prefettura e tutti i Comuni delle Lessinia, le Forze dell’Ordine, Polizia, Carabinieri, Polizia

Locale e Municipale, la Croce Verde, gli Ufficiali di Gara, Cronometristi, collaboratori e tutta quella

miriade di persone che operano e gravitano attorno a questa imponete “macchina organizzativa”

che per lunghi mesi opera e lavora senza sosta a tempo pieno anche con sacrifici personali.

Un grande grazie a tutti dunque e ora al 12° Revival Rally Club Valpantena per scrivere un’altra bella

pagina di vero autentico SPORT.

GREETINGS FROM THE ORGANIZER COMMITEE

Valpantena again!

Last year was the 11th anniversary of the Rally Valpantena, we knew in our hearts we had achieved

a great goal. The Revival Rally Valpantena started almost as a joke, a small club, but here we are

celebrating a great success. There is much planning and organisation before any car arrives at the

starting ramp. Everyone involved has spent many hours of time and effort, not without sacrifices, to

make this event the best possible. It is not for us to say how good the event was, however, the

positive feedback from spectators and crews confirmed what a great success it was. We were very

pleased that the efforts of everyone involved in the 2012 and 2013 celebrations were well rewarded.

Organisation of the 12th edition is motivated by all of you who follow and have supported Rally

Valpantena over the last ten years, without your support it wouldn't have been possible. So many

people including drivers, fans and teams have convinced us to continue our efforts throughout the

last decade. Because of this emmense support and continued interest we know we cannot stop here

and now look forwrad to the next ten years of Revival Rally Valpantena. This 12 th edition will be very

different from last two years. We have created a new event, with 11 stages quite brand new and

trying to come back on some stages that the Revival has been raced in first five editions. We hope to

have created a great event for you all.

The Revival Rally Club Valpantena is synonymous of the traditional style of rallying we all love. Even

in hard economic times, the passion we all have for this sport ensures that we come together to

create chances and opportunities to share knowledge and expertise on these fantastic cars.

Valpantena's organisers are grateful to all who have ensured its success and welcome everyone to

get involved and enjoy the classic rally experience.

APPELLO PER LA SICUREZZAE IL RISPETTO

Speriamo sempre che questa pagina sia letta con la dovuta attenzione, ma allo stesso tempo non dica

niente di più di quello che già viene fatto da tutti.

Il Revival Valpantena porta sulle sue prove un numero altissimo di appassionati, e non sempre è

facile gestire questo importante afflusso di persone. Per questo motivo è fondamentale che tutti

mantengano un comportamento corretto, in questa edizione in modo ancora più ferreo e spiccato.

Evitate gli esterni curva e le vie di fuga

Posizionatevi sempre più in alto rispetto alla sede stradale

Non attraversate il percorso durante il passaggio delle vetture

Ascoltate le prescrizioni degli ufficiali di gara e degli apripista (stanno lavorando per voi!!!)

Rispettate le zone vietate come sono state posizionate dagli organizzatori

Non fermate o ostacolate il passaggio delle vetture

Se avete animali al guinzaglio, non teneteli troppo vicino alla sede stradale, il rumore

potrebbe spaventarli e creare pericolo per voi e per gli altri

Parcheggiate in modo ordinato senza ostacolare la normale rete viaria

Mantenete un comportamento corretto verso ambiente, costruzioni e fabbricati. Ricordate

che siamo e siete ospiti di un territorio straordinario: non roviniamolo!


SAFETY AND RESPECT

We always hope that this page is read with attention, but at the same time we hope that without

reading everyone will behave correctly and safe.

The Revival Valpantena carries on his stages a huge number of fans, and it is not always easy to

manage this important influx of people. For this reason it is essential that everyone keep a correct

behavior, in this edition even more rigid and strong.

Avoid the escape routes

Stand always higher than the roadway

Do not cross the road during the passage of vehicles

Always listen to the requirements of the officials and the safety cars

Respect restricted areas as they have been placed by the organizers

Do not stop or obstruct the passage of vehicles

If you have pets on a leash, do not keep too close to the road, the noise might scare them and

create danger for you and for others

Parking orderly without impeding the normal road network

Maintain proper behavior towards the environment, construction and buildings. And

remember that we are a guest of an extraordinary land: not ruin it!ù

Nelle prossime pagine troverete le descrizioni di tutte le PCT con il dettaglio delle

SAFE ZONE e degli INTERMEDIATE ACCESS per seguire al meglio le prove.

Tutte le foto che vedrete delle varie Safe Zone sono state scattate in senso prova

quindi come se ipoteticamente fossero state scattate dalla vettura in corsa. In alcuni

casi è stata inserita una seconda fotografia per esplicare la visuale dalla zona pubblico

annessa. Il cartello “Safe Zone” indica la zona sicura dove porsi tramite un'asticella.

On the following pages you will find descriptions of all the stages with the details of the SAFE ZONES

and INTERMEDIATE ACCESSES to better follow the Revival.

All the photos you see of the various Safe Zones were taken in the sense of the stage then

hypothetically as if they were taken from the car in the race. In some cases, a second photograph

was included in order to explain the view from the public area. The sign “Safe Zone” indicates the

right place to stay by a little rod.

PCT 1-4 ROSARO

Lunghezza: 7,220 km

PARCHEGGI CONSIGLIATIsuggested parkings

P1 - INTERMEDIATE ACCESS 1dalla sede RCV di Loc. Mizzago prendete la strada a sinistra della SP6 (salendo) proprio di fronte al parcheggio della

Pizzeria. Arriverete in centro a Rosaro poco dopo lo start.

From RCV headquarters at Loc. Mizzago, 12, take the narrow road on the left, just in front at Pizzeria's parking. This road will take you

into the stage just after the start in the village of Rosaro.

P2 - INTERMEDIATE ACCESS 2dalla SP6 in direzione Cerro Veronese, svoltate a sinistra esattamente dove lo scorso anno usciva la PCT “Praole”.

Scendete tutta la strada sino a Praole. Qui accesso ai tornanti in discesa su asfalto e al doppio bivio di praole.

From SP6 direction Cerro Veronese, take left where last years “Praole” stage ended. Go down till the village of Praole and here you can

access at tarmac hairpins and the two Praole's village junctions. Lot of show.

P3 - INTERMEDIATE ACCESS 3da Alberti Lamiere (zona verifiche) salire via Pernisa sino all'interruzione della strada che incrocia la PCT. Parcheggiare

ordinatamente.

From Alberti Lamiere (scrutineering zone) follow Via Pernisa up to road interruption with the stage crossing. Parking ordinately

La PCT parte proprio nell'abitato di Rosaro, non distante dalla sede RVC di Loc. Mizzago. La prima

parte, tutta nuova, è in falsopiano con bellissimi panorami. Una volta arrivata all'abitato di “Praole”

percorre in senso inverso quella che è stata PCT negli ultimi anni. Discesa con tanti tornanti (molto

belli) e un buon tratto di sterrato. Molto difficile il passaggio sul ponte a metà prova, con accesso

intermedio per il pubblico. La prova termina in salita sotto all'abitato di Cerro Veronese.

The PCT starts right in the village of Rosaro, not far from the headquarters of RVC in Loc. Mizzago. The first

part, all new, is on a plan road with beautiful views. Once arrived to the village of "Praole", the stage runs in

reverse than last year stage. There is a great downhill with many bends (very nice) and a km of gravel's road.

Very difficult and spectacular the bridge crossing at mid stage, with intermediate access for the public. The

stage ends uphill in the village of Cerro Veronese.



PCT 1-4 ROSARO

SAFE ZONE 1

Disporsi dietro alle barriere di sicurezza nella zona indicata dalla foto. Questazona è molto vicina al parcheggio P1. Qui l'accesso intermedio 1.You can stay behind barriers in the zone shown in the picture below. This safe zone is verynear to parking P1. Here the interemediate access 1.

SAFE ZONE 2

Siamo in corrispondenza dell'accesso intermedio 2. Consigliabile porsi dietroalle barriere come indicato. Punto molto veloce in discesa tra le case.Here we are at intermediate access 2. You can stay behind barriers to shoot this very fast pointinto the village of Praole.

Evitare l'esterno strada in corrispondenza del cartello”Praole”.Avoid the zone near the road sign “Praole”.



PCT 1-4 ROSARO

SAFE ZONE 2B

Zona sicuramente spettacolare con il bivio tra le case, ma importante disporsidietro alle fettucce e non sul bordo della junction. Mantenere un comportamento corretto e rispettare indicazioni degli ufficiali digara.This will be for sure a spectacular point with the junction between houses. Stay only behind thelines and respect the suggestion of safety marshalls.

Evitare la via di fuga indicata dal cartello di divieto.Avoid the forbidden area as shown in the picture.

SAFE ZONE 2C

Camminando in senso prova dalla Safe Zone 2B bellissimo tornante in discesamolto spettacolare, e ampio spazio dove porsi in sicurezza.Walking in stage direction for few minutes after the junction at Safe Zone 2B you can reach agreat downhill hairpin with wide safe zone.



PCT 1-4 ROSARO

SAFE ZONE 3 - 4

Uno dei punti più famosi della “Rosaro”, per la prima volta in discesa. Ottimapossibilitò di posizionarsi in alto sulla terrazza naturale che sovrasta tutta laserie di tornanti. Camminando in senso prova per 10minuti si raggiungono itornanti su sterrato, indicati come SAFE ZONE 4

The famous part of this stage. You can take place on the natural terrace over the hairpins (asshown in picture). Walking in stage direction for about 10 minutes you can reach the gravelhairpins (that you can find in map as SAFE ZONE 4)

Evitate gli interni curva, la zona d'erba tra un tornate e l'altro e non sporgetevisul bordo strada. Il vostro contributo in questa zona del percorso è moltoimportante.Avoid the internal of the hairpins and the zone between the upper and the lower road. Pleasecollaborate with marshalls and safety cars crews.

SAFE ZONE 5

Il famoso passaggio sul ponte di metà prova, dove terminerà lo sterrato eanche la discesa. Qui l'accesso intermedio 3 con il P3. [continua pg. successiva]



PCT 1-4 ROSARO

SAFE ZONE 5

[continua da pg. precedente] Camminando in controprova si può raggiungere l'ultimotornante in discesa su sterrato (10min dal ponte) che in questa versionepotrebbe diventare molto spettacolare. Posizionarsi in sicurezza.The famous bridge crossing where the parking P3 will be located. Walking into the stage(direction start) in about 10min you can reach the last hairpin in gravel, that in this stageshould be quite spectatular.

Non sostare sul tornante immediatamente successivo al ponte, pericoloso emancanza di posizioni di sicurezza.Do not stay on the hairpin just after the bridge. This is dangerous and without place forspectators.

Do not stay at the hairpins after the bridge. Very dangerous and without safe zones.LA PROVA COMPLETA – COMPLETE STAGE



PCT 2-5 BETTOLA

Lunghezza: 3,730 km

Partenza: Badia Calavena

Arrivo: Bettola di Badia Calavena (sulla SP16)

P1 - STAGE STARTPoco spazio in partenza. Cercate di arrivare con un certo anticipo e parcheggiate ordinatamente in modo da non

intralciare i concorrenti.

Not too much parking at stage start. You must arrive early and park neatly not to disturb race cars.

P2 - INTERMEDIATE ACCESSAccesso intermedio dalla SP16. Superate il fine prova e quindi tenete la destra per “Mastini – Valentini”. Arriverete a

centro prova, con la possibilità di raggiungere i tornanti finali (400mt in senso prova).

Intermediate access from SP16. Pass the end of the stage and then turn right following "Mastini - Valentini." You will

arrive in the middle of the stage, with the possibility to reach the final part (400mt walking)

P3 - STAGE FINISHConsigliato il fine prova con i tornanti finali. Parcheggiare ordinatamente alla “Bettola” e quindi scendere in controprova

verso gli ultimi tornanti. Spettacolo assicurato.

Recommended the end of the stage with the final hairpin. Park neatly and then go down to the last hairpin.

Entertainment guaranteed.

La PCT parte poco fuori il centro di Badia Calavena, lungo la SP36 che collega Badia con la SP16. Molto

stretta, tutta in salita, ricca di tornanti nella prima parte, nella seconda si fa un po' più sinuosa ed esce

dal bosco, salendo verso Loc. Bettola. Nell'ultimissimo tratto attraversa una contrada e quindi affronta

un paio di tornanti prima di arrivare alla fine. Prova consigliata ai fotografi nella parte finale.

The PCT starts just outside the center of Badia Calavena, along the SP36 that connects the village

with the SP16. The road is very narrow, uphill all the way, full of hairpins in the first part. The second

part becomes a little bit more driveable and goes out of the woods, climbing towards Loc. Bettola,

where the stage will finish. Recommended for photographers at the end.



PCT 2-5 BETTOLA

SAFE ZONE 1

Occorre camminare circa 15min a piedi dallo start (P1) per arrivare alla prima

safe zone. Unico punto in alto sopra la roccia.You must walk about 15min to reach this hairpin from the start (P1). The space for spectators

is not too much, and you can only stay over the rocks as shown in the photo below.

Non sostare all'interno curva.Do not stay on the inside of the bend.

SAFE ZONE 2

La si raggiunge camminando 3 minuti dall'accesso intermedio P2. Molto bello

questo tornante in salita con campo aperto.You must walk about 3min from intermediate access P2 to reach this great hairpin. Stay on

the terrace as shown in photo.




PCT 2-5 BETTOLA

SAFE ZONE 3

Vicinissimo al P3 accesso del fine prova. Bel tornante destro con ampio

terrapieno esterno dove porsi in sicurezza.Near to P3 where the stage ends. Great terrace on the outside of the bend where you can stay

safely.


LA PROVA COMPLETA – COMPLETE STAGE



PCT 3 OLIVE'

Lunghezza: 5,030 km

Partenza: Montorio (Verona)

P1 - STAGE STARTAll'inizio prova poco spazio di parcheggio e tanto da camminare (1km) per arrivare ai primi tornanti in salita, sempre

molto spettacolari. Punto più consigliato della prova.

No parking at the stage start, but the first suggested area is about 1km into the stage, so you have to arrive here early

(before "000" safety car), park neatly and then walk into the stage. You will arrive at a great session of hairpins.

P2 - STAGE FINISHAl fine prova, ampia possibilità di parcheggio. Accesso all'ultimo tratto veloce e, camminando per circa 300mt in

controprova, si arriva agli ultimi tornanti. Campo chiuso (siamo nel sottobosco), ma spettacolo sicuro. Consigliato per

fotografi come zona panoramica per fotografie o riprese aeree/drone.

At the end of the stage there is lot of parking. Walking for about 300 meters you get to the last part of the stage.

Recommended for photographers the final panoramic view (look at the video) both for photographs and aerial footages

(drone).

PCT estremamente spettacolare, ma difficile da raggiungere soprattutto nei punti di show. Non vi

sono accessi intermedi. Tutta in salita, la PCT parte poco fuori Montorio e si inerpica lungo i 11

tornanti fino al Pian di Castagnè. La prima parte è in campo aperto sui terrazzamenti dei vigneti e

degli uliveti, mentre la parte finale entra nel sottobosco per uscirvi solo nell'ultimo centinaio di metri

prima del fine prova. Spettacolare il passaggio finale con l'ampia vista su Verona.

This stage is extremely spectacular, but difficult to access for the public. There are no intermediate

accesses. The stage is uphill along the 11 hairpins from Montorio to Pian di Castagnè. The first part

is in open area with natural terraces of vineyards and olive trees. The final part enters into the

woods. Spectacular the final part (panoramic area) with stunning view of Verona.



PCT 3 OLIVE'

SAFE ZONE 1 - 2

Dopo circa 20min a piedi dal P1 e a circa 15min dallo start il punto più bello diquesta prova, i primi tornanti in salita verso Castagnè (in totale sono 11). Inquesto caso si tratta del primo, con ampio spazio all'esterno della curva.Camminando in senso prova per altri 10/15 minuti si raggiungono anche altritornanti in salita, SAFE ZONE 2 ma con meno spazio per posizionarsi insicurezza.You have to walk about 20min from P1 and 15min from the stage's start, but this is a greatplace where the show will be sure. Stay in the terrace outside the bend. Walking 15min moreyou can reach other hairpins but with less space for spectators.

Non sostare all'interno curva anche se lo spazio lo permetterebbe.Do not stay in the internal of the bend however the space could permit it.

SAFE ZONE 3

Vicina al P2 e al fine prova questa posizione è indicata in modo particolare perfotografi o video operatori, anche aerei.You are at P2 and finish of the stage. This zone is recommended for photographers and videooperators, expecially with drones if the day will be sunny.

P1Attenzione!! I parcheggi saranno solo a Stallavena, poi la strada sarà chiusa e potranno transitare solo

le vetture in gara. Preventivate quindi di camminare almeno 30' oppure tramite bus navetta dalle ore

7:00 (per PCT6) e dalle ore 13:00 (per PCT9). Parcheggi e stazione bus navetta al cimitero di Stallavena.

Remember!! The car parks will be only in Stallavena, then the road will be closed and only rally cars

will pass (be careful to respect road closing times if you wanna reach the stage by your car). After

the road closure you can use the shuttle bus from Stallavena to stage's start. Service available from

7:00 for stage 6 and from 13:00 for stage 9. Parkings and shuttle bus station at Stallavena cementery.

P2 - INTERMEDIATE ACCESSSalire da Grezzana verso Montecchio, quindi via Monte Comun scendere ad Alcenago. Strada

interrotta al bivio alto di Vigo. GPS per P2: N45.549363 E10.986724

SENTIERI PER SPETTATORI - SPECTATORS PATHSAlla partenza accesso diretto ai sentieri della prova da cui sarà possibile raggiungere qualsiasi punto della PCT. Tornante

Dopo due anni in cui è andato in scena il “Circuito di Alcenago”, il Valpantena, d'accordo anche con i

regolamenti sulla sicurezza, torna alla prova in linea, ma lo fa guardando al passato. La PCT scatta

infatti nello stesso punto del Circuito, ma in senso inverso. Grande parte in salita fino ad Alcenago,

quindi ancora fino all'innesto in Via Vigo. Da qui discesa fino allo start, con la deviazione nell'abitato di

Rupiano e quindi i conseguenti due cambiostrada in ingresso all'abitato e in uscita, entrambi

spettacolari. Sentieristiche interne per raggiungere le varie postazioni. Tutta la prova sarà servita da

sentieri e saranno allestiti stand enogastronomici ogni chilometro circa.

After two years of "Circuit Alcenago," this stage comes back to first years of Revival, in agreement with the safety

regulations. The stage is in the same spot of the Circuit, but in reverse. The first part is uphill across Alcenago "center",

and to the junction in Vigo. Here becomes the downhill till the finish line (very near to start of the stage), with the

deviation in the village of Rupiano. Here you can find two spectacular junctions in the village entrance and exit. There

will be paths for spectators to reach the safety areas.

SAFE ZONE 3 – TORNANTE CAMPI SPORTIVI

Fatto in versione a salire è sicuramente molto più spettacolare, e permette diposizionarsi in sicurezza sulla piccola tribuna naturale indicata nella foto.This hairpin is bettere in uphill than in downhill as last year, and you can take place on thenatural stand shown in the picture.

Non sostare all'interno curva e nella via di fuga davanti ai campetti.Do not stay in the internal of the bend and on the exit line near the sport field.

SAFE ZONE 4 – PIAZZA ALCENAGO

Unica posizione consentita il piccolo spiazzo di fronte alla chiesa.The only place where you can stay is the space ahead the chuch.

SAFE ZONE 5 – TORNANTE OLIARE

Passaggio difficilissimo per i concorrenti, perché si tratta di una curvapressoché cieca con una pendenza aggressiva. Si raggiunge solo tramitesentieri camminando, dall'ingresso sentieri, per almeno 30min.This hairpin is difficult for crews because is almost hide and very uphill. From the paths accessyou must walk for about 30min.

SAFE ZONE 6 – TORNANTE SOTTOVIGO

Tornante con ampia tribuna naturale. Vicino al P2 si raggiunge in pochi minuti.Hairpin with a big natural stand and fastly reacheable from P2 at Vigo Junction.

SAFE ZONE 7 – BIVIO VIGO

In questo punto corrisponde il P2 e l'accesso intermedio. Bellissimocambiostrada tecnico da strada stretta a strada a doppia corsia.This is the P2 access and the Intermediate Access. Great junction from a narrow road to a bigone. Show guaranteed.

SAFE ZONE 8 – TORNANTE GIOACA

Altro bellissimo tornante con ampio terrazzamento naturale all'esterno.Great hairpin with huge natural stand on the outside.

Non sostate all'interno del tornante e a livello della strada e sulla via di fuga.Do not stay inside the hairpin, at level of the road and in the escape line.

CHIOSCHI LUNGO LA PROVA – KIOSKS ON STAGE

in collaborazione con ava (associazione volontari alcenago) saranno istallatichioschi gastronomici lungo la prova. Considerato il chilometraggio della pct ela conformazione del territorio, sarà installato un chioscho ogni km di prova(circa) in corrispondenza di alcune delle postazioni per il pubblico segnalatesulla guida.

P1 - STAGE STARTPartenza con pochissimi posti auto e senza possibilità di porsi in sicurezza se non nell'immediatezza dello

start. Preferire il fine prova.

Start with very few car parks and no chance to stand in safety if not in the immediacy of the start. Prefer the

end of the stage.

P2 - STAGE FINISHParcheggio a Cappella Fasani (SP14 Lugo - Erbezzo), quindi camminare in controprova per circa 800mt fino

all'abitato di Balestre da dove potrete assistere ad un paio di passaggi interessanti.

Parking at Cappella Fasani (on SP14 road from Lugo to Erbezzo), then walk for about 800m down the stage to

the village of Balestre from where you can see a couple of interesting passages.

Prova identica alla versione 2013, ma priva della seconda parte. La PCT terminerà a Cappella Fasani, pur

partendo sempre dal Corso di Lugo. Non vi sono accessi intermedi, e la parte più spettacolare è sicuramente la

fine, dove camminando in controprova si può accedere a qualche passaggio degno di nota. La prova è tutta in

salita, molto sinuosa e per una buona parte immersa nel sottobosco. Tecnicamente difficile ed insidiosa

rispetto alle altre.

The stage is the same as the 2013 version, but without the second part. The PCT will end at Cappella

Fasani. There are no intermediate accesses, and the most spectacular point is definitely the end.

Here you can park but you need to walk into the stage for about 400mt to reach Loc. Balestre,

where you can shoot great photos in Lessinia's nature. This is maybe the worst stage for the public,

because is quite all in the woods without possibilities to reach safety zones.




PCT 7/10 ERBEZZO

SAFE ZONE 1

Non è una prova molto indicata per il pubblico, perché quasi completamentenel bosco e senza accessi intermedi. Segnaliamo quindi solamente un paio dizone, indicate soprattutto per i fotografi. La prima in Loc. Costamora per ilbellissimo panorama. 40min a piedi dallo start di prova.This is not a great stage for public, because is almost all in the wood and without intermediateaccess. We suggest a couple of places for photographers. First one is in Loc. Costamora, with astunning landscape. You have to walk (uphill) 40min from start of the stage.

SAFE ZONE 2

800mt dal fine prova (10min a piedi) passaggio in Contrada Balestre.800mt from stage's end (10min walking) the Loc. Balestre crossing.




PCT 8/11 SAN FRANCESCO

P1 - STAGE STARTPartenza con tanto parcheggio e possibilità di accedere sia alla piazza (con percorso obbligato per iconcorrenti) sia ai tornanti in discesa della famosa Arena di San Francesco.Start of the stage with lot of parkings. From here you can reach the famous San Francesco “Arena” and thesquare of the village, with the show design by Revival techical staff.

P2 - INTERMEDIATE ACCESS 1Accesso da Velo Veronese. Seguite per loc. Gardun, la strada sarà interrotta su un velocissimo allungo.Possibilità di camminare in senso prova per raggiungere Loc. Jegher, oppure in senso inverso per il passaggioil Loc. Sartori e i tornanti di Contrada Riva e Contrada Sartori, entrambi molto belli.You can access to the stage from Velo Veronese. Follow for “Gardun” and you will enter the stage on a veryfast straight. From there it is simple to reach the hairpins of Sartori and Riva villages.

P3 - INTERMEDIATE ACCESS 2Accesso da Loc. Squaranto a tratto veloce e ai tornanti di Loc. Snel. Scendendo da Cerro Veronese, dopo ilbivio per la “Pissarotta”, tenete la sinistra per “Loneri – Campari”. Strada interrotta al passaggio della prova.You can access to the stage from Cerro Veronese. From Cerro follow for Roverè, then turn left for “Loneri –Campari”. The road will be closed at the junction with the stage.

P4 - INTERMEDIATE ACCESS 3Fine prova sconsigliato. Preferite il passaggio nella piazza di Roverè Veronese, quest'anno particolarmentespettacolare perché i concorrenti affronteranno un vero e proprio “tornante” che li indirizzerà verso il fineprova. Ampio parcheggio e spettacolo assicurato.There are no parkings at the end of the stage. Prefer the intermediate access at Roverè Veronese (where thestage start last year). Great show in the square of the village with large space for spectators.

Seconda prova più lunga della gara, è un classico del Revival, ma quest'anno rivisto per la prima volta. Partenzada San Francesco in discesa fino all'abitato di Roverè Veronese. È la prima volta che il Revival affronterà l'arenadi San Francesco in senso inverso. Tre accessi intermedi: quello da Loc. Campari che darà accesso ai tornanti in

Loc. Snel. Parte più spettacolare i tornanti in discesa di Contrada Riva, raggiungibili da Velo Veronese tramitecontrada Gardun, e quindi camminando in senso prova per circa 1.3km. Infine l'accesso da Roverà, dove lo

scorso anno era la partenza della PCT, per accedere allo spettacolare passaggio in piazza.

Second longest stage of the race, is a classic of Revival, but this year will be downhill for the first time. Startfrom San Francesco down to the village of Roverè Veronese. Three intermediate accesses: first from

Loc.Campari which will give access to the bends in Loc. Snel. Most spectacular hairpin bends downwardContrada Riva, accessible from Velo Veronese through Gardun village. Last (but not least) the access from

Roverè Veronese (where last year the stage started) with the show in the square of the village.





SAFE ZONE 1

La prova parte a pochi metri dalla piazza di San Francesco dove sarà allestitoun passaggio ad hoc. Poco dopo l'immancabile “Arena”.The stage starts near the square of San Francesco where will be prepared a special stageshow. After that the famous “Arena” San Francesco, for the first time downhill.

Non sostate assolutamente nella via di fuga e dietro al rail. Rispettare leindicazioni dei commissari e del personale delle vetture apripista.Do not stay (absolutely) in the escape line and behind the rail. Follow the instructions of therace marshalls and of the crews of safety cars.

SAFE ZONE 1B

Circa 10min dall'Arena per accedere a questo tornante in discesa.About 10min (walking) from the “Arena” and you will reach this great hairpin.





SAFE ZONE 2

Zona raggiungibile dal P2 camminando circa 15min (1km). Bellissimi tornantidi Contrada Riva. Consigliato il terrapieno naturale in basso per godere di tuttala discesa.You can reach this zone walking about 10min (1km) from P2 – INTERMEDIATE ACCESS 1.Very spectacular hairpin series with a safe terrace in a panoramic area.

SAFE ZONE 2B

In questo punto sarà allestito un piccolo passaggio obbligato all'accesso in Loc.Jegher. Posizione interessante per i fotografi.In this place will be designed a small special stage in the entrance of Jegher Restaurant.Recommended for photographers.

Non sostare al centro dell'isola di traffico in erba.Do not stand in the center of the junction.





SAFE ZONE 3

Zona raggiungibile dal P2 camminando circa 30min (2km) oppure dal P3

camminando per circa 20min (1,2km). Bellissimo tornante destro con ampiatribuna naturale.This area is reacheable from P2 walking about 30min (2km) or from P3 walking for 20min(1,2km). Great hairpin with large natural stand.

SAFE ZONE 4

Imperdibile passaggio nella piazza di Roverè. Con questa nuova conformazionedella prova, la piazza di Roverè diventerà uno dei passaggi più spettacolari,assolutamente da non perdere.This safe zone is surely the most interesting of the stage. With the stage raced in this way itbecomes more spectacular than last years. Do not miss it!
