IL SALUTO DELCOMITATO ORGANIZZATORE

Il Comitato Organizzatore del 13° Revival Rally Club Valpantena 2015 da il benvenuto a tutti,concorrenti Italiani e stranieri, pubblico, amministrazioni, operatori e quanti attendono come ognianno la data del nostro Evento, gara di Regolarità Sport che si svolgerà nei giorni 12, 13 e 14Novembre 2015.

Ci presentiamo con una nuova edizione, molto differente rispetto alle precedenti, con un percorsorinnovato e rivisitato, che dalla sempre nostra bella Lessinia si allarga e si avvicina alla città diVerona.

Siamo quest’anno alla 13ma edizione, dopo il pieno successo dell’edizione del 2014 che ha visto lapartecipazione di molti equipaggi stranieri che anche quest'anno arriveranno al Valpantena in unnumero sempre più consistente. Abbiamo pensato al pubblico, con uno speciale “BMW M3 TheSound Trophy” per celebrare una delle vetture più apprezzate dagli spettatori, la BMW M3 appunto.Rimane però inalterato il nostro spirito con immutata e rinnovata passione nell’alimentare questarealtà sportiva in cui sempre crediamo. Sosteniamo ancora, tra gli unici in Italia, questo momento diSport ed aggregazione che unisce varie generazioni, in una festa non solo agonistica, più ancora cheun rally tradizionale: la “nostra” REGOLARITA’ SPORT. Lavoriamo per mantenere e far crescere una manifestazione sportiva di alto livello, importante eblasonata da tutti i media nazionali e divenuta famosa all’estero, alla quale ogni appassionato diquesta disciplina, campione e non, italiano o straniero, ambisce al parteciparvi almeno una volta.

Per questo importante ed ambito traguardo raggiunto con determinazione e professionalità masempre con grande umiltà, voglia di imparare, di progredire e sempre con tanta, enorme passione,ci sentiamo ancora una volta in dovere di ringraziare quanti hanno creduto in noi e ci continuano asostenere: i nostri sponsor, le amministrazioni locali, il Comune di Grezzana e di Verona, Provincia diVerona, Prefettura e tutti i Comuni delle Lessinia, le Forze dell’Ordine, Polizia, Carabinieri, PoliziaLocale e Municipale, la Croce Verde, gli Ufficiali di Gara, Cronometristi, collaboratori e tutta quellamiriade di persone che operano e gravitano attorno a questa imponete “macchina organizzativa”che per lunghi mesi opera e lavora senza sosta a tempo pieno anche con sacrifici personali.

GREETINGS FROM THE ORGANIZER COMMITEE

Valpantena again!

Last year was the 12th anniversary of the Rally Valpantena, we knew in our hearts we had achieved

a great goal. The Revival Rally Valpantena started almost as a joke, a small club, but here we are

celebrating a great success. There is much planning and organisation before any car arrives at the

starting ramp. Everyone involved has spent many hours of time and effort, not without sacrifices, to

make this event the best possible. It is not for us to say how good the event was, however, the

positive feedback from spectators and crews confirmed what a great success it was. We were very

pleased that the efforts of everyone involved in the 2012 and 2013 celebrations were well rewarded.

Organisation of the 13th edition is motivated by all of you who follow and have supported Rally

Valpantena over the last ten years, without your support it wouldn't have been possible. So many

people including drivers, fans and teams have convinced us to continue our efforts throughout the

last decade. Because of this huge support and continued interest we know we cannot stop here and

now look forwrad to the next ten years of Revival Rally Valpantena. This 13 th edition will be very

different from last two years. We have created a new event, with 12 stages quite brand new and

trying to come back on some stages that the Revival has been raced in first five editions. We hope to

have created a great event for you all.

The Revival Rally Club Valpantena is synonymous of the traditional style of rallying we all love. Even

in hard economic times, the passion we all have for this sport ensures that we come together to

create chances and opportunities to share knowledge and expertise on these fantastic cars.

Valpantena's organisers are grateful to all who have ensured its success and welcome everyone to

get involved and enjoy the classic rally experience.

E IL RISPETTO

Speriamo sempre che questa pagina sia letta con la dovuta attenzione, ma allo stesso tempo non dica

niente di più di quello che già viene fatto da tutti.

Il Revival Valpantena porta sulle sue prove un numero altissimo di appassionati, e non sempre è

facile gestire questo importante afflusso di persone. Per questo motivo è fondamentale che tutti

mantengano un comportamento corretto, in questa edizione in modo ancora più ferreo e spiccato.

Evitate gli esterni curva e le vie di fuga

Posizionatevi sempre più in alto rispetto alla sede stradale

Non attraversate il percorso durante il passaggio delle vetture

Ascoltate le prescrizioni degli ufficiali di gara e degli apripista (stanno lavorando per voi!!!)

Rispettate le zone vietate come sono state posizionate dagli organizzatori

Non fermate o ostacolate il passaggio delle vetture

Se avete animali al guinzaglio, non teneteli troppo vicino alla sede stradale, il rumore

potrebbe spaventarli e creare pericolo per voi e per gli altri

Parcheggiate in modo ordinato senza ostacolare la normale rete viaria

Mantenete un comportamento corretto verso ambiente, costruzioni e fabbricati. Ricordate

che siamo e siete ospiti di un territorio straordinario: non roviniamolo!

We always hope that this page is read with attention, but at the same time we hope that without

reading everyone will behave correctly and safe.

The Revival Valpantena carries on his stages a huge number of fans, and it is not always easy to

manage this important influx of people. For this reason it is essential that everyone keep a correct

behavior, in this edition even more rigid and strong.

Avoid the escape routes

Stand always higher than the roadway

Do not cross the road during the passage of vehicles

Always listen to the requirements of the officials and the safety cars

Respect restricted areas as they have been placed by the organizers

Do not stop or obstruct the passage of vehicles

If you have pets on a leash, do not keep too close to the road, the noise might scare them and

create danger for you and for others

Parking orderly without impeding the normal road network

Maintain proper behavior towards the environment, construction and buildings. And

remember that we are a guest of an extraordinary land: not ruin it!ù

P1 – STAGE STARTGPS 45.471533, 11.067369All'inizio prova poco spazio di parcheggio e tanto da camminare (1km) per arrivare ai primi tornanti in salita, sempremolto spettacolari. Punto più consigliato della prova.No parking at the stage start, but the first suggested area is about 1km into the stage, so you have to arrive here early

(before "000" safety car), park neatly and then walk into the stage. You will arrive at a great session of hairpins.

P2 – INTERMEDIATE ACCESS “PIAN DI CASTAGNÈ A” GPS 45.484653, 11.089481 Da San Martino Buon Albergo sulla SS11 seguire per Marcellise e quindi per Pian di Castagnè. La strada sarà interrottaproprio dal passaggio della prova. Punto panoramico molto suggestivo. Camminando in senso prova per circa 10 minutisi raggiungono alcuni interessanti tornanti in salita.From San Martino Buon Albergo (on Road SS11) follow for Marcellise and then for Pian di Castagnè. You will reach a

really stunning point with beautiful view over Verona. You can walk in stage direction in order to reach some great uphill

hairpins (about 10 minutes).

P3 – INTERMEDIATE ACCESS “PIAN DI CASTAGNÈ B” GPS 45.489181, 11.090361Da Vago di Lavagno sulla SS11 seguire per Mezzane di Sotto e quindi per Castagnè. La strada sarà interrotta al passggiodella prova. Sarete molto vicino ad una serie di tornanti in salita, raggiungibili camminando in senso prova per circa 5minuti.From Vago di Lavagno (on Road SS11) follow for Mezzane di Sotto and then for Castagnè. You will reach an intermediate

access really near to some great uphill hairpins (about 5 minutes).

PCT 1 OLIVE'

SAFE ZONE 1 - 2

Dopo circa 20min a piedi dal P1 (START) e a circa 15min dallo start il puntopiù bello di questa prova, i primi tornanti in salita verso Castagnè (in totalesono 11). In questo caso si tratta del primo, con ampio spazio all'esterno dellacurva.Camminando in senso prova per altri 10/15 minuti si raggiungono anche altritornanti in salita, SAFE ZONE 2 ma con meno spazio per posizionarsi insicurezza.You have to walk about 20min from P1 and 15min from the stage's start, but this is a greatplace where the show will be sure. Stay in the terrace outside the bend. Walking 15min moreyou can reach other hairpins but with less space for spectators.

Non sostare all'interno curva anche se lo spazio lo permetterebbe.Do not stay in the internal of the bend however the space could permit it.


SAFE ZONE 3

P2 – INTERMEDIATE ACCESS “PIAN DI CASTAGNÈ A” Questa posizione è indicata in modo particolare per fotografi o video operatori,anche aerei data la panoramica che si gode da questo punto.You are at P2. This zone is recommended for photographers and video operators, expeciallywith drones if the day will be sunny.

SAFE ZONE 4 – 5

Questi due tornanti sono molto simili tra di loro ma saranno sicuramentespettacolari. Facilmente raggiungibili sia dal P2 che dal P3.These hairpins are extremely spectacular and you can reach them very easily from P2 and P3

P2 – INTERMEDIATE ACCESS “PRAOLE” GPS 45.558793, 11.019422Dalla SP6 in direzione Cerro Veronese, svoltate a sinistra in Via Sorgente La Vena all'altezza della fermata dell'autobus.Scendete tutta la strada sino a Praole. Qui accesso ai tornanti in discesa su asfalto e al doppio bivio di praole.From SP6 direction Cerro Veronese, take left in Via Sorgente La Vena where in 2013 the stage ended. Go down till the

village of Praole and here you can access at tarmac hairpins and the two Praole's village junctions. Lot of show.

P3 – FINE PROVA (STAGE'S FINISH)GPS 45.552049, 11.024681 Dalla sede RCV di Loc. Mizzago prendete la strada a sinistra della SP6 (salendo) proprio di fronte al parcheggio dellaPizzeria. Arriverete in centro a Rosaro poco dopo lo start.From RCV headquarters at Loc. Mizzago, 12, take the narrow road on the left, just in front at Pizzeria's parking. This road

will take you into the stage just after the start in the village of Rosaro.

PCT 2/4 PRAOLE

SAFE ZONE 1

Zona difficile da raggiungere ma molto bella. Due tornanti in discesa e un belpassaggio dalla contrada di Cavazze.This is not a simple place to reach, but is surely spectacular. You will find two downhill hairpins(the first is on pic) and the crossing of Loc. Cavazze between the houses.

SAFE ZONE 2

Tornante molto spettacolare raggiungibile camminando circa 20 minuti dal P1.Great downhill hairpin reacheable from P1 (20 min walking)



SAFE ZONE 3 - 4

Il famoso passaggio sul ponte di metà prova con il cambio asfalto-terra. Qui ilP1 del Vajo della Pernisa. Camminando in senso prova per circa 10/15minutipotrete raggiungere i bellissimi tornanti su sterrato.The famous junction on the bridge with the tarmac-gravel change. Here there is the P1.

Non sostare nelle vie di fuga e al centro dei tornanti.Do not stay in the escape lines and on the inside of hairpins.

SAFE ZONE 5

Famosissimo passaggio con una lunga serie di tornanti in salita. Molto vicino alP2 di Praole è forse il punto più famoso della prova.Very famous place of this stage, expecially in this uphill version. You are very near to P2

access and you can assist at a sure show on these uphill hairpins.

SAFE ZONE 6 - 7

Due punti molto vicini al P2. Il primo è un tornante in salita con una piccolacasa di montagna al centro, il secondo è lo spettacolare cambio strada nelcentro di Praole.These are two safe zones really near to P2. The first one is an uphill hairpin with a typicalhouse in the middle, the second (7) is the famous junction in the center of Praole.


SAFE ZONE 8

Siamo a due passi dalla fine della prova (P3) nel centro di Rosaro. La foto èstata scattata dalla Safe Zone, per un passaggio molto spettacolare al centrodel paese, ultima curva prima della fine della prova.This is the finish of the stage where the P3 is located. The picture was taken form the SafeZone, and this zone is really spectacular.

Non sostare nella via di fuga ma solamente dietro alle delimitazioni.Do not stay in the escape lines but only behind the barriers.

P1 – STAGE STARTGPS 45.573487, 11.143720 All'inizio della prova il parcheggio è abbastanza limitato, ed è importante parcheggiare ordinatamente ai fianchi dellastrada per non intralciare il passaggio dei concorrenti. Si accede facilmente da questo punto alla Safe Zone 1.At stage's start there is not too much parking so it is very important to park neatly in order to not hinder the passage of

the rally cars. From the P1 you can simply reach the Safe Zone 1.

P2 – INTERMEDIATE ACCESS “SS. TRINITÀ ” GPS 45.584751, 11.129300Dalla SP16 per Velo Veronese svoltate a destra seguendo per SS Trinità. Arrivate fino al centro del paese e quindiscendete in direzione di Badia Calavena. Strada chiuso all'incrocio con la prova speciale. Accesso a tutte le Safe Zonescentrali della prova.From SP16 to Velo Veronese follow right to SS Trinità. Reach the center of the village and then downhill to Badia

Calavena. The road will be close at stage's junction. You can reach the most spectacular Safe Zones of the stage.

P3 – INTERMEDIATE ACCESS “TAOSO” GPS 45.583037, 11.125618Dalla SP16 per Velo Veronese svoltate a destra seguendo per SS Trinità. Prima di arrivare in paese, svoltate a destrascendendo in ripida discesa fino all'incrocio con la prova. Interessante bivio per Taoso.From SP16 to Velo Veronese follow right to SS Trinità. Before reaching the center of the village, turn right in downhill. The

road will be close at stage's junction. Not bad place.

NESSUN PARCHEGGIO ALLA FINE DELLA PROVANO PARKING AT STAGE'S FINISH

È il punto più vicino al P2 e sicuramente il più spettacolare della prova. Daquesta postazione potrete vedere anche la Safe Zone 2 dall'alto. Punto moltoconsigliato.This is the nearest safe zone to P2. This is for sure the best safe zone of the stage. From hereyou can see also the Safe Zone 2. Really suggested place.

SAFE ZONE 4

L'ultima safe zone si trova esattamente al P3. Facile da raggiungere con unavisuale su un tratto molto tecnico.This is the P3. Simply to reach on a very technical junction.

Novità assoluta 2015. Nei pressi dell'area ex “Casa Mercato”, poco distante dal nuovo Iper Tosano diVago di Lavagno, in collaborazione con la HRT Corse sarà allestito un percorso ad anello sviluppatoper oltre un terzo sullo sterrato in cui i concorrenti effettueranno due giri. Possibilità di accesso per ilpubblico in zone riservate. Attivi stand gastronomici a cura di HRT Corse.Postazioni per il pubblico studiate appositamente

Accesso per il pubblico 5€. Bambini sotto i 12 anni gratis.

Great new of the 2015 edition. In collaboration with the HRT Racing Team will set up a loop route developed

for more than a third on gravel in which drivers will complete two laps. Public will stand on specific areas into

the stage. HRT Racing Team will prepare some food stands.

Access to the public 5€ . Children under 12 years old will enter for free.

Non è una prova molto indicata per il pubblico, perché quasi completamenteall'interno di un'area difficilmente raggiungibile. Segnaliamo quindi solamenteun paio di zone, indicate soprattutto per i fotografi. La prima è estremamentebella per i video operatori, perché combina un paio di tornanti con il paesaggiomozzafiato.This is not a great stage for public, because is almost all in an a area without intermediateaccesses. We suggest a couple of places for photographers. First one is very beautiful for thevideo operator because it combines a couple of hairpins in a very stunning landscape.

SAFE ZONE 2A circa 1km dal fine prova passaggio in tipica contrada della Lessinia.About 1km from P2 a great crossing in a typical village of Lessinia.

P2 – INTERMEDIATE ACCESS “LONERI/CAMPARI”GPS 45.596937, 11.069269Accesso da Loc. Squaranto a tratto veloce e ai tornanti di Loc. Snel. Scendendo da Cerro Veronese, dopo il bivio per la“Pissarotta”, tenete la sinistra per “Loneri – Campari”. Strada interrotta al passaggio della prova.You can access to the stage from Cerro Veronese. From Cerro follow for Roverè, then turn left for “Loneri – Campari”.The road will be closed at the junction with the stage.

P2 – INTERMEDIATE ACCESS “GARDUN”GPS 45.609397, 11.072251Accesso da Velo Veronese. Seguite per loc. Gardun, la strada sarà interrotta su un velocissimo allungo. Possibilità dicamminare in senso prova per raggiungere Loc. Jegher, oppure in senso inverso per il passaggio il Loc. Sartori e i tornantidi Contrada Riva e Contrada Sartori, entrambi molto belli.You can access to the stage from Velo Veronese. Follow for “Gardun” and you will enter the stage on a very fast straight.From there it is simple to reach the hairpins of Sartori and Riva villages.

P3 - STAGE FINISHArrivo con tanto parcheggio e possibilità di accedere sia alla piazza (con percorso obbligato per i concorrenti) sia aitornanti in discesa della famosa Arena di San Francesco.Finish of the stage with lot of parkings. From here you can reach the famous San Francesco “Arena” that made theRevival Valpantena famous all over Europe.

SAFE ZONE 1

Imperdibile passaggio nella piazza di Roverè. Safe Zone sulle scale della chiesae passaggio assolutamente da non perdere.This safe zone is surely the most interesting of the stage. You can stay on the stairs of the churg, a sortof stand from where to watch the stage.

Non sostare a livello strada ma in alto sulle scale della chiesa.Stay up on the curch's stairs (as in photo) and not at road level.

SAFE ZONE 2

Zona raggiungibile dal P2 camminando per pochi minuti. Ampio tornante insalita con ampia tribuna naturale all'esterno.You can reach this zone easily from P2. Wide uphill hairpin with natural stand on the outside.


SAFE ZONE 3

Zona raggiungibile dal P2 camminando circa 10min (1km). Bellissimo tornantein salita con allungo subito prima.You can reach this zone walking about 10min (1km) from P2 – INTERMEDIATE ACCESS 1.Very spectacular hairpin with a long straight before it.

SAFE ZONE 4

Tornante un po' più difficile da raggiungere ma molto interessante. Consigliatoarrivare qui prima della chiusura della strada. Siamo a metà tra il P2 e il P3.This hairpin is not simple to reach when the road will be close. We suggest you to arrive herebefore the road closure. You are in the middle between P2 and P3.

SAFE ZONE 5

Zona raggiungibile dal fine prova camminando in contro prova per circa 15minuti. Rispettare le indicazioni degli ufficiali di gara.You can reach this zone walking in opposite sense of the stage for about 10 minutes formstage's end. Listen to suggestion of race marshalls.

Non sostare a livello strada ma in alto (come indicato in foto).Stay up in the field (as in photo) and not at road level.


SAFE ZONE 6 SAN FRANCESCO ARENA

È il passaggio più famoso non solo della prova, ma probabilmente dell'interamanifestazione. Da anni questo punto richiama centinaia di spettatori chevengono fino a qui per gustarsi lo spettacolo della manifestazione. Sostantesempre e solo nelle zone consentite. This is the most famous zone of the stage and probably of the whole Revival Valpantena.Hundreds of fans arrive here every year to watch the show from a very particular place. Stayonly in admitted area and liste the suggestions of race marshalls.

Non sostare dietro al guard rail della foto ma solo nelle zone contrassegnatecon SZ in verde. La vostra collaborazione è molto importante.Do not stay behind the guard rail but only in the areas indicated with SZ sign on this picture.Please respect the rules. Your behaviour is very important.
