Cn c vo ti liu thnh l thc t l XV3 -35 Cnh Ty, L XV1 +13 Cnh Ty, L DV -18 PV2B, L DV -35 PV2B, L DV +18 PV2B, L DV +45 PV2B, thng khai thc (+18 ( +45), kt hp l khoan 2636, cho thy khu vc khai thc c cu to va nh sau:

Pha ng, Ty, Nam, Bc khu vc khai thc l ch (+18 ( +45) PV2B Cnh Ty - L Tr c gii hn bi cc l ch khai thc.

- dc phn va thay i t 200 n 400, dc trung bnh ca va ti khu vc 300;

- Chiu dy phn va 2B bin i t 3,0m (L //-18 PV2B) n 12,12m (L khoan 2636), chiu dy va trung bnh ca phn va 2B ti khu vc l 7,2m ;

- Trong phn va 2B c t 1 n 5 lp kp, chiu dy kp thay i t 0,1m n 1,3 m, thnh phn kp l bt kt;

- Cht lng than ca phn va 2B thuc loi antraxt;

- m phn tch (Wpt): m phn tch rt nh, ch yu tp trung t 1% n 7,82% trung bnh 2,39%;

- tro kho (Ak ): Phn va 2B c tro thay i t 3,0% n 37,25%, tro trung bnh ca phn va l 14,19%;

- Nhit lng chy (Qch) than c nhit lng chy cao thay i t 5220 -:- 8581 Kcal/ Kg. Nhit lng chy trung bnh ca va l 7450 Kcal/ Kg.

2. KIN TO.

Trong qu trnh thi cng o l DV -35 PV2B v l DV +45 PV2B c gp cc t gy nh, c ly dch chuyn khng ng k.

3. A CHT THU VN V A CHT CNG TRNH . 3.1- a cht cng trnh

- Vch trc tip ca phn va c chiu dy trung bnh 3m l lp bt kt c mu xm sng n xm en cu to phn lp c cng f = 4 ( 6 (theo thang phn loi ca GS NM Prdjakv), c t trng 2,64 T/m3.

- Tr l lp bt kt c mu xm sng n xm en c cng f = 4 ( 6 , t trng 2,64 T/m3; 3.2 - a cht thu vn.

- Trong qu trnh o l cha xy ra hin tng bc nc ti cc gng l;

- Pha trn l l ch khai thc mc (+50 ( +90) cn c bin php k thut phng nga bc nc khi ph ha v thu hi than nc.

4. TR LNG KHU VC KHAI THC:

Q = 47m x 125m x 7,2m x 1,64T/m3 = 69.372T.

M VA V CHUN B2.1. Gii hn rung than din khai thc.- Gii hn theo phng t l ch (+18 ( +45)PV2b khu cnh Ty - L Tr n gii hn khai thc (ng chiu dy va 0,8m) chiu di LP = 125m.

- Chiu di l ch trung bnh theo hng dc, Ld = 47m.

2.2. M va v chun b.

- Theo thit k chung ca khu vc, m va bng h thng l dc va theo lp cc ng l c khai thng:- L DV+18PV2B: L=60m tit din o S = 11,9m2, L=100m tit din o S = 12,2m2 chng v vm thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,5m/ v, chn BTCT.- Thng rt than (+18 +28)PV2B: Chiu di L = 21m, tit din o S = 6,4 m2 chng v vm thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,7m/ v, chn BTCT.

- Dc va +28PV2B: Chiu L = 42m, tit din o S = 8,3m2 chng v vm thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,7m/ v, chn BTCT.

- T.KT (+18(+45)PV2B: Chiu di L= 47m, tit din o S = 6,4m2 chng v hnh thang thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,7m/ v, chn BTCT.- L dc va +45PV2B: Tit din o S = 8,3m2 chng v vm thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,7m/ v, chiu di L = 145m.- Thng trung gian (+18 +45)PV2B: Tit din o S = 8,3 m2 chng v vm thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,7m/ v, chiu di L = 70m.Chng 3khai thc

3.1. Phng php khai thc:

3.1.1. Chn h thng khai thc

Cn c vo c im ca va than PV2B v h thng cc tuyn l khai thng mc (+18 (+45)PV2B khu cnh Ty- L Tr. H thng khai thc cho l ch (+18 (+45)PV2B khu cnh Ty- L Tr la chn: H thng khai thc ct di theo phng, iu khin vch bng phng php ph ho ton phn.

3.1.2. Cc thng s a cht k thut khu vc l ch p dng gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z.L ch thit k thuc phn va 2B, mc (+18 ( +45) khu cnh Ty - L Tr c cc thng s a cht k thut sau:

- Chiu dy va trung bnh: m = 7,2 m.

- Gc dc trung bnh ca va: ( = 300- Chiu di theo hng dc l ch trung bnh: L = 47 m.

- T trng ca than: ( = 1,64 T/m3- cng ca than: f = 1(3.

- Chiu cao khu gng l ch: mk = 2,2m.

- Chiu dy lp than h trn: mth = 5,0 m.

- H s khai thc: k = 0,95.

- H s thu hi: kth = 0,8.- Chiu di trung bnh theo phng khu khai thc: Lp = 125 m.

- H s thc hin chu k: Ph thuc vo thc t khai thc hng ngy.

- Tin khu 1 chu k: r = 0,8m.3.2. Cng ngh khai thc l ch:

3.2.1. Khu than.

Khu than bng khoan n mn kt hp vi chong cuc th cng.

a. Cng tc khoan.

- Ba khoan: S dng loi ba khoan hi cm tay ca Cng ty hin c, ba khoan c s dng phi m bo cc tnh nng k thut.

- Chong khoan: S dng loi chong khoan xon rut g, ng knh l khoan: ( = 34 ( 36mm; gm 02 loi: chiu di L = 1,5m v L = 2,5m.

*Chiu su l khoan: Llk = .

Trong :

r: Tin khu gng l ch 1 chu k, r =0,8

(: H s s dng l khoan: 0,85.

b. Cng tc n mn.

- Thuc n: S dng loi thuc phng n NTLT2 (hoc thuc n tng ng).- Kp mn: S dng loi kp in vi sai phng n KVA-8 do Cng ty cp.

- My n mn: S dng my phng n Cng ty hin c (loi PB-1B-1P54-X, BMK1/100M, ZK-100, B( - 75).3.3. Lp h chiu chng gi l ch:3.3.1. Giai on 1: Lp t gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z vo thn thng khai thc (+18 ( +45)PV2B cnh Ty LTr.

- Cn c vo ti liu a cht v thc t thng khai thc (+18(+45)PV2B cnh Ty thi cng xong.

- Cn c vo thc t tuyn thng khai thc (+18(+45)PV2B cnh Ty L Tr chng h chiu v hnh thang thp SVP-22, tit din S = 6,4m2, khong cch v chng l 0,7m/v.

- y nhanh tin thi cng chuyn din sm a l ch (+18(+45)PV2B cnh Ty vo khai thc, ta chn phng n iu ph ho ban u cho l ch nh sau: lp t gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z vo thn thng khai thc, sau o cp t thn thng khai thc iu ph ho ban u.

- Trnh t thi cng:

Bc 1: Chng dm v chng ct TL DZ - 22 v x hp HDFBC-2600 vo thn thng khai thc.

+ T hin trng ca thng khai thc, cn phi m rng thn thng thm 1,6m (khao gng 0,5m, khu m rng 1,1m) to cho thng khai thc thng lung, khng gian lp t gi ta tin hnh khu m rng v pha trc bng ct TL- XH. gim khi lng ct TL-XH phc v cng tc khu m rng thn thng lp t gi khung, vic khu m rng c thc hin phn on thnh nhiu chu k khu lp t vi mi chu k c chiu di theo hng dc l t 15(20m t di ln trn (tin hnh lp t gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z sau khi khu chiu di 15(20m).

+ Chng dm v chng ct TL - x hp vo gia hai v chng ca thng khai thc, mi v chng gm 2 x hp HDFBC- 2600 v 6 ct TL DZ-22, lung ph ho chng hng gnh tng cng bng on g ((140(160mm), L= 2400mm v 3 ct TL, cc v chng c lin kt nhau bng cc vng g ( 80 ( 100mm.

+ Khi chng ct TL -XH vo thng khai thc chiu di ca x hp tin hnh khao gng 0,5m, phn nc c sang chn g bng on g ((130(150mm), v tri bng li thp B40 loi 0,88m x5m.

Bc 2: Khu m rng thn thng to khng gian lp t gi.

Thc hin khu m rng thn thng sau khi c chng dm bng x hp HDFBC- 2600 i 01 lung khu (tin 1,1m) i trc on l L= 15(20m sau tin hnh lp t gi. Cng vic c tin hnh t di ln trn. Ring v tr khm u v chn ch t chc khu m rng thn thng 01 lung (tin 1,1m) chng dm thay th bng ct TL v x hp HDFBC-3600.

Bc 3: Lp t gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z vo thn thng khai thc (+18 ( +45)PV2B.+ Sau khi khu m rng xong ta tin hnh cng tc lp t gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z vo thn thng khai thc (on l c khu m rng v chng dm thay th bng x hp 3,6m). Khi lp t xong gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z vo on l c khu m rng ta tip tc tin hnh cc bc trn cho on l cn li cho n ht thng khai thc (C th xem h chiu km theo).

3.3.2. Giai on 2: o cp, iu ph ha ban u l ch (+18 ( +45)PV2B cnh Ty - L Tr bng phng php ph tr than.

* Tnh ton chiu di bc ph ho ban u l ch:

L = = = 8,25m.Trong :h = 3,0m: Chiu dy trung bnh ca vch trc tip.

= 2,64T/m3: T trng ca vch trc tip.

Ru = 30T/m: Mun chng un ca vch trc tip.

Theo quyt nh s: 1617/Q-VINACOMIN ngy 20 thng 7 nm 2012 "V/v Hng dn thc hin v cng tc ph ha ban u v chia lp nghing trong khai thc l ch". Gii trnh chn phng php ph ho ban u l ch bng phng php o cp khoan n mn ph tr than, vi chiu di cp iu ph ha L = 6m/cp ln bm vch kt hp khoan ph ha di L=2,5m ti gng cp khoan nghing v pha lung ph ha m bo chiu di bc ph ha ban u.Bc 1: o cp ph ho.- Sau khi lp t hon thin ton b gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z vo thn thng khai thc ta tin hnh o cp iu ph ha ban u.

Bc 2: iu ph ha ban u l ch bng phng php khoan n mn ph tr than pha sau lung ph ho.

- Sau khi o xong cc cp tin hnh khoan, n mn ti cc cp ph gy vch trc tip ca phn va v ph tr than gia cc cp.- Trnh t khoan, n ti cc cp: Khoan cc l khoan theo h chiu ln nc vi khong cch gia cc l khoan theo hng dc l L= 1,0m, chiu di l khoan 2,0 (2,5m. Cc l khoan c khoan ln lt t trn xung di v t trong ra ngoi. Khi khoan xong phi t chc cng c, ng bch t cc chn than m bo an ton cho qu trnh np n mn.

- Sau mi t n mn, i thng gi ha long khng kh, o kim tra kh m bo theo quy nh, kim tra cng c khung chng ca cp lin k, nu m bo an ton mi c khoan n mn cc t tip theo.

- Trnh t np n theo h chiu v cc quy trnh, quy phm hin hnh v di s ch o trc tip ca ban iu ph ho ban u. (H chiu khoan n mn ph tr than xem trn bn v v lnh sn xut km theo).

- Lu : Khi ph ho xong, trong 3 lung khu u tin n v ch khu than cng ngh, nghim cm thu hi than nc, phi phn than nc ny lm lp m cho vch sp khng nh hng n v chng l ch ( vch sp n nh) Ch khi no c lnh ca Gim c, n v mi c tn thu than nc.3.3.3. Giai on 3: Khu l ch thng k bng gi khung di ng ZH1600/16/24Z.3.3.3.1.Tnh ton h chiu chng gi l ch.

Gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z c 2 ct chng pha trc v 2 ct chng pha sau vi lc chng gi l 160 tn (mi ct 40 tn) ln hn p lc ln nht ca l ch l 98,62tn. Nh vy khi lm vic gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z p ng yu cu chng gi l ch.

b. Kim tra kh nng ln chn ct chng vo nn l ch

Din tch ct cn thit ct chng khng b ln xung nn l c xc nh theo cng thc:

Cn c kt qu tnh ton trn, thit k xy dng h chiu chng gi l ch nh sau:

- Chiu di l ch theo hng dc trung bnh : L=47m.

- Chiu rng l ch ti a 3,75m v ti thiu l 2,95m.

- Khong cch cc gi khung di ng theo hng dc : 1,02m.

- Cc gi khung di ng c lin kt vi nhau bng h thng gi khung treo nm di x.

- Khm chn, khm u ch c chng gi bng ct TL DZ-22 v x hp HDFBC-3600.

- Cc khu vc ng ba l ch vi l dc va c chng tng cng bng x treo thp SVP-22, L=5m/x, chng bch g thu di x treo. X treo tng cng ny c thu hi v chng ui theo tin khu ca l ch.

(H chiu khai thc l ch gi khung di ng c th hin trong bn v km theo). 3.3.3.2. H chiu khoan n mn khai thc l ch.* Lng thuc n n v:

* B tr n mn h trn than.Sau khi khu chng mt chu k vi tin 0,8m, s tin hnh h trn v thu hi than nc. Vic h trn v thu hi than nc c tin hnh t di ln trn theo chiu dc l ch. C th chia l ch thnh cc on h trn, khong cch gia cc im thu hi ti thiu l 20m. Theo kinh nghim khai thc bng cng ngh l ch h trn ti Cng ty, vi chiu dy lp than h trn trung bnh 5,0m sau mi ln di chuyn v chng thy lc theo tin 0,8m trn than thng t sp . Mt s bin php KTAT cho khai thc l ch (+18 ( +45)PV2b khu cnh Ty- L Tr bng gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24ZQu trnh khai thc phn xng KT2 phi nghim chnh chp hnh cc ni dung sau:

- Quy chun k thut Quc gia v an ton trong khai thc than hm l QCVN01: 2011/BCT.

- Quy trnh cng ngh Khai thc l ch h trn gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z s: 2211/QTCN-TTN, ngy 29/11/2010.

- Quyt nh ban hnh quy nh kim sot ngi i li vo, ra trong hm l s 3768/Q-VTNC, ngy 12/12/2013.

- Quy nh s: 172/Q-VTNC ngy 7/8/2013 V vic ban hnh quy nh cng tc thng gi v kim sot kh m.

- Quyt nh s: 620/Q-VTNC, ngy 20/8/2013 "V vic ban hnh quy nh an ton trong qun l, vn chuyn v s dng VLNCN".

- Quyt nh s: 621/Q-VTNC ngy 20/8/2013 " V vic ban hnh quy nh lp v s dng h chiu khoan n mn trong hm l, phiu lnh phiu tr vt liu n cng nghip sau khi n" ( gi phn xng KT2 v cc n v, phng ban lin quan). Ngoi ra, phn xng KT2 cn ch cc gii php KTAT sau:5.1. Bin php KTAT trong qu trnh lp t gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z- Sau khi vn chuyn gi vo v tr lp t, ch cc iu sau:

+ Khi lp t cn ch khong cch ca cc gi khung l 1,02m, xp trn mt ng thng v song song vi nhau m bo chnh xc khi ni, lin kt cc gi vi nhau bng khung lin kt.

+ Nng x ln chng st nc, sau lp tm chn v cc h thng pttng.+ iu chnh p lc trm bm, ni cc ng ng thy lc; khi ni xong phi thi mt cht dung dch nh ha ra sch h thng thy lc v x ht khng kh.

+ m bo gi khung lm vic tin cy v pht huy tnh nng th chiu cao chng nn khng ch cht ch trong phm vi 2,0 ( 2,2 m. Khi chiu cao chng di 1,6 m hnh trnh ca ct khng ; nu p lc ln d lm hng gi. Khi chiu cao chng qu 2,4m, s vt qu gii hn hnh trnh pttng ca ct chng, nu xy ra hin tng rng nc s lm mt tc dng chng ca gi khung.

- Sau khi ton b thit b lp xong th tin hnh chy th, hiu chnh khng ti v c ti. Khi vic chy th n nh th mi a vo vn hnh chnh thc.

- Vn chuyn x, cc b phn nng trong l ch bng th cng v kt hp s dng ti c hm khng x gi tri t do. Ngi hm gi v ngi bn by gi phi ng pha trn x gi. Bin php k thut an ton trong qu trnh khai thc l ch gi khung- L ch phi chiu cao cn thit, cc gi khung trong l ch phi thng hng theo chiu dc v vung ke vi gng l ch.

- Tm chn gng phi p vo gng than.

- Lun kim tra h thng ng ng cp v ng quy hi dung dch nh ho. on ng ng no b hng, yu cu ngng ngay cc cng vic trong l ch, tin hnh thay th on ng ng b hng. Kim tra t yu cu mi tin hnh cc cng vic tip theo. p lc trm bm phi , trong ng ng thy lc khng c c khng kh; khi ni xong phi thi mt cht dung dch nh ha ra sch h thng thy lc v x ht khng kh.

- Khai thc l ch gi khung phi tuyt i tun th theo h chiu khai thc. L ch phi chiu cao cn thit, v chng l ch phi thng hng theo chiu dc, x v chng vung ke vi gng l ch, ct vung ke vi nc v nn l ch.

- Tin hnh khai thc l ch gi khung khi c iu khin vch ban u, than v vch sp n nh.

- Cng tc khoan n mn gng: Trc khi tin hnh khoan gng thc hin khoan thm d ln nc, trc gng bng chong khoan ni di theo quy nh, nu lng nc chy thnh dng theo cc l khoan phi dng cng vic tp trung cng c, rt ngi ra v tr an ton v bo v Cng ty c hng gii quyt tip theo, ch khi no b sung cc gii php KTAT mi c tip tc thi cng.- Trc khi khoan l mn Qun c hoc cn b trc ca xem xt iu kin a cht c th ca gng l ch, iu chnh h chiu n mn cho ph hp theo xu hng gim khi lng vt liu n. Cc l mn phi c np bua chc chn, bua phi tt (bua lm bng hn hp st + ct, t l 70 % st, 30 % ct).

- Trc khi np n mn gng l ch, phi kim tra tnh trng v kh, nng kh cho php mi c np n mn. Sau khi n mn xong phi c thng gi, kim tra nng kh m bo an ton mi cho cng nhn vo v tr lm vic, trng hp c mn cm th mn phi x l ngay di s ch o trc tip ca cn b ch huy n mn.

- Trong qu trnh np n mn nhng ngi khng lm nhim v phi tp kt v tr an ton do h chiu quy nh v c ngi gc cc li i vo v tr np mn.

- Nhng cng nhn lm cng tc ti than, h nn ng v tr lung gng, mt hng ln pha u l ch hoc quay mt v pha gng l ch. Trong qu trnh ti than khng c lm hng chn ct, ti sch than ti nn l ch.- Nghim cm khi cha nhc chn ct (ct vn cn chng trn nn) di chuyn x. Cng tc di chuyn gi phi do hai ngi thc hin. Trc khi chuyn gi khung l ch rng nc phi c cng c, chn kch chc chn. Cng nhn thc hin cng tc iu khin, di gi phi ng v tr rng ri v pha di lin k ca gi cn di chuyn. Nghim cm cng nhn ng pha trn hoc ngay pha di gi cn di chuyn. Khi cht ti cho gi khung yu cu p lc chng gi ca gi khung phi m bo. Gi khung ng ng v tr theo h chiu quy nh.

- Cng tc thu hi than: Sau khi khu gng, di chuyn gi khung sang lung mi, than nc sp n nh mi c php thu hi than h trn. Vic thu hi than h trn c tin hnh theo hng t pha chn l ch ln pha u l ch. Trng hp chia on thu hi cng phi c tin hnh thu hi theo trnh t trn.

+ Cng tc thu hi than phi c tin hnh t t trnh gy nn c sp ln ca vch. Cng nhn lm cng tc thu hi ch c php ng mp trn ca tho thu hi co, chc than, mt hng theo chong, co than. Nghim cm chui qua ca tho than vo lung ph ho sau l ch chc, bi, mc than.

+ Trng hp than nc lung ph ho sau khi di chuyn gi khung khng sp phi khoan n mn cng bc nh sp. Cng tc khoan n, x l do Ca trng, L trng phn xng quyt nh.

+ Trong qu trnh thu hi than, phn than trn nc l ch b l lan sang c lung gng hoc c bt trc g phi bo ngay cho cn b trc ca (Qun c hoc Ca trng, L trng) bit c bin php gii quyt kp thi.

- L ch phi c cng c thng xuyn.

- H thng thy lc:

+ Vic ni ng ng gia cc van v ct, kch phi chnh xc, khng c r r. i vi ng ng b r r, giong hnh O, kp ch U b hng phi thay th kp thi. + Lm v sinh thng dung dch nh ha ca trm bm v phin lc

+ Phi kim nghim nh k nc v du nh ha ang s dng, m bo t yu cu s dng.

+ u ni ca cc ph tng ng ng, kch, ct, b van v cc loi ng nn dng m nha hoc ti nha gi k. Trong qu trnh bo qun v vn chuyn khng c lm bn cc v tr ni thy lc. Khi bo qun trong cc ph tng thy lc khng c cha dung dch; trc khi bo qun nn dng dung dch ra sch v phi c bin php chng han r v n mn.

- L ch khai thc s dng gi khung cng cn c mt s lng g d phng tp kt l dc va thng gi v l song song chn v tr u v chn l ch phc v cho cng tc x l s c (chn kch nc khi l gng, tt nc...).5.3. Bin php an ton trong qu trnh tho d thu hi gi khung- L ch trc khi thu hi gi khung phi c cng c chc chn. Cc dng c cn thit phc v cng tc tho d phi y v hot ng tt. Nhng ngi thc hin cng tc tho d phi l nhng th l bc cao (bc 5; 6) v c sc khe tt.

- Trong qu trnh tho d phi c ngi ch huy iu hnh cc thao tc, ng thi c ngi quan st din bin tnh trng l ch, khi l ch c nhng din bin bt thng phi dng cng tc tho d cng c.

Sau khi h gi khung xung nn l phi cng c gi nc ngay trnh tnh trng tt l nc l.

- Khi di chuyn gi khung ra khi l ch v v tr tp kt, phi ch cc v chng tm, v chng g thay th ca l ch, trnh tnh trng khi vn chuyn gi khung cc v chng g thay th b x gy mt kh nng chng gi.

5.4. Cng tc chuyn mng trt, mng co.

Trc khi chuyn mng co, mng trt phi tin hnh ty sch than nn m bo chiu cao ng theo h chiu, lung mng bc phi phng. Kim tra cc ct chng lung gng, nu hng ht phi thay th v bm b sung cc ct m bo p lc chng ban u ( 7Mpa vi ct TL v ( 10Mpa vi ct gi, ben ct phi m bo ( 0,6m . Ct chng phi thng lung, ke va. Qu trnh sang mng trt phi c thc hin theo quy trnh Cng ty ban hnh. Trn chiu di mng trt, phi t cc chn than m bo khong cch, L= 10 ( 15m/cc v khi tho than thc hin tho phn on, lun duy tr lp than m mi cc nghim cm mng trng than chy t do gy mt an ton cho ngi thi cng pha di.5.5. Bin php k thut an ton khi khoan n mn:a. Trong mi ca sn xut, khi khoan n mn ca, l trng cn c vo h chiu khoan n mn trong bn v v kt hp thc t trong ca, lp h chiu khoan n mn cho tng t n.Trc khi thi cng phi ra cc bin php KTAT, m bo cng tc khoan n mn an ton v c hiu qu cao nht.

b. Trc khi khoan n mn:

- Phi kim tra tnh trng khung chng, khi m bo an ton mi cho thi cng.

- Phi bo v ng ng p lc, ng cp in trc sau v tr n mn 5m, trnh cho ng ng p lc khng b ph hu. ui ngi lm vic trong phm vi nh hng ca cng tc n mn vo v tr an ton, c ngi gc, kim tra cc v tr gc m bo an ton mi tin hnh ch o n mn. Sau khi n mn xong, thng gi kim tra o kh, tnh trng khung chng sau khi n mn m bo an ton mi cho cng nhn tr li lm vic.

Nu c mn cm phi lp h chiu x l ngay, khi no m bo an ton mi cho cng nhn vo lm vic.

Trong qu trnh thi cng o l DV -35 PV2B v l DV +45 PV2B c gp cc t gy nh, c ly dch chuyn khng ng k.

3. A CHT THU VN V A CHT CNG TRNH . 3.1- a cht cng trnh

- Vch trc tip ca phn va c chiu dy trung bnh 4 23m l lp bt kt c mu xm sng n xm en cu to phn lp c cng f = 4 ( 6 (theo thang phn loi ca GS NM Prdjakv), c t trng 2,64 T/m3.

- Tr l lp bt kt c mu xm sng n xm en, cu to phn lp c chiu dy t 30 n 40m c cng f = 4 ( 6 , t trng 2,64 T/m3; 3.2 - a cht thu vn.

2.1. Gii hn rung than din khai thc.- Gii hn theo phng t l ch (-35 ( +18)PV2b khu cnh Ty - L Tr n gii hn khai thc (ng chiu dy va 0,8m) chiu di LP = 125m.

- Chiu di l ch trung bnh theo hng dc, Ld = 50m.

2.2. M va v chun b.

- Theo thit k chung ca khu vc, m va bng h thng l dc va theo lp cc ng l c khai thng:

- L DV+18PV2B: L=60m tit din o S = 11,9m2, L=130m tit din o S = 12,2m2 chng v vm thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,5m/ v, chn BTCT.

- Thng rt than (+18 +28)PV2B: Chiu di L = 21m, tit din o S = 6,4 m2 chng v vm thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,7m/ v, chn BTCT.

- Dc va +28PV2B: Chiu L = 42m, tit din o S = 8,3m2 chng v vm thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,7m/ v, chn BTCT.- T.KT (-35(+18)PV2B: Chiu di L= 50m, tit din o S = 6,4m2 chng v hnh thang thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,7m/ v, chn BTCT.- L dc va -35PV2B: Tit din o S = 8,3m2 chng v vm thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,7m/ v, chiu di L = 145m.

- Thng trung gian (+18 +45)PV2B: Tit din o S = 8,3 m2 chng v vm thp SVP-22, khong cch v chng 0,7m/ v, chiu di L = 70m.

khai thc

3.1. Phng php khai thc:

3.1.1. Chn h thng khai thc

Cn c vo c im ca va than PV2B v h thng cc tuyn l khai thng mc (-35 (+18)PV2B khu cnh Ty- L Tr. H thng khai thc cho l ch (-35 (+18)PV2B khu cnh Ty- L Tr la chn: H thng khai thc ct di theo phng, iu khin vch bng phng php ph ho ton phn.

3.1.2. Cc thng s a cht k thut khu vc l ch p dng gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z.

L ch thit k thuc phn va 2B, mc (-35 ( +18) khu cnh Ty - L Tr c cc thng s a cht k thut sau:

- Chiu dy va trung bnh: m = 7,2 m.

- Gc dc trung bnh ca va: ( = 300- Chiu di theo hng dc l ch trung bnh: L = 50 m.

- T trng ca than: ( = 1,64 T/m3- cng ca than: f = 1(3.

- Chiu cao khu gng l ch: mk = 2,2m.

- Chiu dy lp than h trn: mth = 5,0 m.

- H s khai thc: k = 0,95.

- H s thu hi: kth = 0,8.

- Chiu di trung bnh theo phng khu khai thc: Lp = 125 m.

- H s thc hin chu k: Ph thuc vo thc t khai thc hng ngy.

- Tin khu 1 chu k: r = 0,8m.

3.2. Cng ngh khai thc l ch:

3.2.1. Khu than.

Khu than bng khoan n mn kt hp vi chong cuc th cng.

a. Cng tc khoan.

- Ba khoan: S dng loi ba khoan hi cm tay ca Cng ty hin c, ba khoan c s dng phi m bo cc tnh nng k thut.

- Chong khoan: S dng loi chong khoan xon rut g, ng knh l khoan: ( = 34 ( 36mm; gm 02 loi: chiu di L = 1,5m v L = 2,5m.

*Chiu su l khoan: Llk = .

b. Cng tc n mn.

- My n mn: S dng my phng n Cng ty hin c (loi PB-1B-1P54-X, BMK1/100M, ZK-100, B( - 75).

3.3. Lp h chiu chng gi l ch:

3.3.1. Giai on 1: Lp t gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z vo thn thng khai thc (-35 ( +18)PV2B cnh Ty LTr.

- Cn c vo ti liu a cht v thc t thng khai thc (-35 (+18)PV2B cnh Ty thi cng xong.

- Cn c vo thc t tuyn thng khai thc (-35(+18)PV2B cnh Ty L Tr chng h chiu v hnh thang thp SVP-22, tit din S = 6,4m2, khong cch v chng l 0,7m/v.

- y nhanh tin thi cng chuyn din sm a l ch (-35(+18)PV2B cnh Ty vo khai thc, ta chn phng n iu ph ho ban u cho l ch nh sau: lp t gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z vo thn thng khai thc, sau o cp t thn thng khai thc iu ph ho ban u.

- Trnh t thi cng:

Bc 1: Chng dm v chng ct TL DZ - 22 v x hp HDFBC-2600 vo thn thng khai thc.

+ Chng dm v chng ct TL - x hp vo gia hai v chng ca thng khai thc, mi v chng gm 2 x hp HDFBC- 2600 v 6 ct TL DZ-22, lung ph ho chng hng gnh tng cng bng on g ((140(160mm), L= 2400mm v 3 ct TL, cc v chng c lin kt nhau bng cc vng g ( 80 ( 100mm.

+ Khi chng ct TL -XH vo thng khai thc chiu di ca x hp tin hnh khao gng 0,5m, phn nc c sang chn g bng on g ((130(150mm), v tri bng li thp B40 loi 0,88m x5m.

Bc 2: Khu m rng thn thng to khng gian lp t gi.

Thc hin khu m rng thn thng sau khi c chng dm bng x hp HDFBC- 2600 i 01 lung khu (tin 1,1m) i trc on l L= 15(20m sau tin hnh lp t gi. Cng vic c tin hnh t di ln trn. Ring v tr khm u v chn ch t chc khu m rng thn thng 01 lung (tin 1,1m) chng dm thay th bng ct TL v x hp HDFBC-3600.

Bc 3: Lp t gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z vo thn thng khai thc (-35 ( +18)PV2B.+ Sau khi khu m rng xong ta tin hnh cng tc lp t gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z vo thn thng khai thc (on l c khu m rng v chng dm thay th bng x hp 3,6m). Khi lp t xong gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z vo on l c khu m rng ta tip tc tin hnh cc bc trn cho on l cn li cho n ht thng khai thc (C th xem h chiu km theo).

3.3.2. Giai on 2: o cp, iu ph ha ban u l ch (-35 ( +18)PV2B cnh Ty - L Tr bng phng php ph tr than.

* Tnh ton chiu di bc ph ho ban u l ch:

C th chia l ch thnh cc on h trn, khong cch gia cc im thu hi ti thiu l 20m. Theo kinh nghim khai thc bng cng ngh l ch h trn ti Cng ty, vi chiu dy lp than h trn trung bnh 5,0m sau mi ln di chuyn v chng thy lc theo tin 0,8m trn than thng t sp . Tuy nhin, trong trng hp iu kin a cht thay i mt s v tr trn than khng t sp sau khi di chuyn gi khung. Trong trng hp ny cn thc hin h trn cng bc bng khoan n mn.

4.1.Thng gi:

- Cung cp nc sch phc v cho h thng bm nh ha ly t h thng cp nc l DV +13 cnh Ty .

- Cung cp in: Ngun in c ly t trm in ti l DV +13 cnh Ty v ti l DV -35 cnh Ty cung cp cho l ch (+18(+45)PV2B cnh Ty. - Kh nn: c ly t ng kh nn ti l DV +13 cnh Ty v ti l DV -35 cnh Ty cung cp cho cng tc khoan ti l ch (+18(+45)PV2B cnh Ty- L Tr.

(Phng TGM, CV lp phng n cung cp nc, in, kh nn cho cc thit b ca Phn xng KT2 khi chuyn sang din mi).

CHNG 5

Mt s bin php KTAT cho khai thc l ch (-35 ( +18)PV2b khu cnh Ty - L Tr bng gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z

Qu trnh khai thc phn xng KT2 phi nghim chnh chp hnh cc ni dung sau:

- Quy chun k thut Quc gia v an ton trong khai thc than hm l QCVN01: 2011/BCT.

- Quy trnh cng ngh Khai thc l ch h trn gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z s: 2211/QTCN-TTN, ngy 29/11/2010.

- Quyt nh ban hnh quy nh kim sot ngi i li vo, ra trong hm l s 3768/Q-VTNC, ngy 12/12/2013.

- Quy nh s: 172/Q-VTNC ngy 7/8/2013 V vic ban hnh quy nh cng tc thng gi v kim sot kh m.

- Quyt nh s: 620/Q-VTNC, ngy 20/8/2013 "V vic ban hnh quy nh an ton trong qun l, vn chuyn v s dng VLNCN".

- Quyt nh s: 621/Q-VTNC ngy 20/8/2013 " V vic ban hnh quy nh lp v s dng h chiu khoan n mn trong hm l, phiu lnh phiu tr vt liu n cng nghip sau khi n" ( gi phn xng KT2 v cc n v, phng ban lin quan). Ngoi ra, phn xng KT2 cn ch cc gii php KTAT sau:5.1. Bin php KTAT trong qu trnh lp t gi khung thy lc di ng ZH1600/16/24Z

- Sau khi vn chuyn gi vo v tr lp t, ch cc iu sau:

+ Khi lp t cn ch khong cch ca cc gi khung l 1,02m, xp trn mt ng thng v song song vi nhau m bo chnh xc khi ni, lin kt cc gi vi nhau bng khung lin kt.

+ Nng x ln chng st nc, sau lp tm chn v cc h thng pttng.

+ iu chnh p lc trm bm, ni cc ng ng thy lc; khi ni xong phi thi mt cht dung dch nh ha ra sch h thng thy lc v x ht khng kh.

+ m bo gi khung lm vic tin cy v pht huy tnh nng th chiu cao chng nn khng ch cht ch trong phm vi 2,0 ( 2,2 m. Khi chiu cao chng di 1,6 m hnh trnh ca ct khng ; nu p lc ln d lm hng gi. Khi chiu cao chng qu 2,4m, s vt qu gii hn hnh trnh pttng ca ct chng, nu xy ra hin tng rng nc s lm mt tc dng chng ca gi khung.

- Sau khi ton b thit b lp xong th tin hnh chy th, hiu chnh khng ti v c ti. Khi vic chy th n nh th mi a vo vn hnh chnh thc.

- Vn chuyn x, cc b phn nng trong l ch bng th cng v kt hp s dng ti c hm khng x gi tri t do. Ngi hm gi v ngi bn by gi phi ng pha trn x gi. Trong qu trnh di chuyn khng c c ngi hoc chng ngi vt nm trong lung di chuyn ca x gi v phi bo ui tt c mi ngi dc hnh trnh ko gi m bo an ton.- Khi dng palng ko nng x gi p st nc l, cng nhn khng c ng pha di x, phi c ngi iu khin thng nht mi thao tc v phi nng t t, trnh nng, h t ngt gy mt an ton.

- Vic lp t gi khung ch c php tin hnh theo chiu t chn l ch n u l ch. 5.2. Bin php k thut an ton trong qu trnh khai thc l ch gi khung

- L ch phi chiu cao cn thit, cc gi khung trong l ch phi thng hng theo chiu dc v vung ke vi gng l ch.

- Tm chn gng phi p vo gng than.

- Lun kim tra h thng ng ng cp v ng quy hi dung dch nh ho. on ng ng no b hng, yu cu ngng ngay cc cng vic trong l ch, tin hnh thay th on ng ng b hng. Kim tra t yu cu mi tin hnh cc cng vic tip theo. p lc trm bm phi , trong ng ng thy lc khng c c khng kh; khi ni xong phi thi mt cht dung dch nh ha ra sch h thng thy lc v x ht khng kh.

- Khai thc l ch gi khung phi tuyt i tun th theo h chiu khai thc. L ch phi chiu cao cn thit, v chng l ch phi thng hng theo chiu dc, x v chng vung ke vi gng l ch, ct vung ke vi nc v nn l ch.

- Tin hnh khai thc l ch gi khung khi c iu khin vch ban u, than v vch sp n nh.

- Cng tc khoan n mn gng: Trc khi tin hnh khoan gng thc hin khoan thm d ln nc, trc gng bng chong khoan ni di theo quy nh, nu lng nc chy thnh dng theo cc l khoan phi dng cng vic tp trung cng c, rt ngi ra v tr an ton v bo v Cng ty c hng gii quyt tip theo, ch khi no b sung cc gii php KTAT mi c tip tc thi cng.

- Trc khi khoan l mn Qun c hoc cn b trc ca xem xt iu kin a cht c th ca gng l ch, iu chnh h chiu n mn cho ph hp theo xu hng gim khi lng vt liu n. Cc l mn phi c np bua chc chn, bua phi tt (bua lm bng hn hp st + ct, t l 70 % st, 30 % ct).

- Trc khi np n mn gng l ch, phi kim tra tnh trng v kh, nng kh cho php mi c np n mn. Sau khi n mn xong phi c thng gi, kim tra nng kh m bo an ton mi cho cng nhn vo v tr lm vic, trng hp c mn cm th mn phi x l ngay di s ch o trc tip ca cn b ch huy n mn.

- Trong qu trnh np n mn nhng ngi khng lm nhim v phi tp kt v tr an ton do h chiu quy nh v c ngi gc cc li i vo v tr np mn.

- Nhng cng nhn lm cng tc ti than, h nn ng v tr lung gng, mt hng ln pha u l ch hoc quay mt v pha gng l ch. Trong qu trnh ti than khng c lm hng chn ct, ti sch than ti nn l ch.

- Nghim cm khi cha nhc chn ct (ct vn cn chng trn nn) di chuyn x. Cng tc di chuyn gi phi do hai ngi thc hin. Trc khi chuyn gi khung l ch rng nc phi c cng c, chn kch chc chn. Cng nhn thc hin cng tc iu khin, di gi phi ng v tr rng ri v pha di lin k ca gi cn di chuyn. Nghim cm cng nhn ng pha trn hoc ngay pha di gi cn di chuyn. Khi cht ti cho gi khung yu cu p lc chng gi ca gi khung phi m bo. Gi khung ng ng v tr theo h chiu quy nh.

- Cng tc thu hi than: Sau khi khu gng, di chuyn gi khung sang lung mi, than nc sp n nh mi c php thu hi than h trn. Vic thu hi than h trn c tin hnh theo hng t pha chn l ch ln pha u l ch. Trng hp chia on thu hi cng phi c tin hnh thu hi theo trnh t trn.

+ Cng tc thu hi than phi c tin hnh t t trnh gy nn c sp ln ca vch. Cng nhn lm cng tc thu hi ch c php ng mp trn ca tho thu hi co, chc than, mt hng theo chong, co than. Nghim cm chui qua ca tho than vo lung ph ho sau l ch chc, bi, mc than.

+ Trng hp than nc lung ph ho sau khi di chuyn gi khung khng sp phi khoan n mn cng bc nh sp. Cng tc khoan n, x l do Ca trng, L trng phn xng quyt nh.

+ mt v tr thu hi than nc cn c t nht hai ngi, mt ngi tho thu hi than, ngi kia quan st din bin tnh trng l ch, thy l ch nn mnh (bi nc, l gng...) phi dng vic thu hi, kim tra li h thng thu lc, p lc ca cc ct chng, sau khi x l cng c an ton mi tip tc cng tc thu hi.

+ Trong qu trnh thu hi than, phn than trn nc l ch b l lan sang c lung gng hoc c bt trc g phi bo ngay cho cn b trc ca (Qun c hoc Ca trng, L trng) bit c bin php gii quyt kp thi.

- L ch phi c cng c thng xuyn.

m bo sn xut bnh thng, ko di tui th s dng ca gi khung, cn phi bo dng gi khung hng ngy nh sau:

+ Kim tra cht ca u ni gia cc chi tit khng c tut ra. Cc cht lin kt phi y . ui ca cht bi nn m ming m bo ni tip cht ch. Khi pht hin s c phi x l kp thi.

+ Kim tra cc v tr chu lc, cc on khung lin kt gia cc gi, cc kt cu lin kt c b h hng v bin dng khng, mi hn c b rn nt khng, khi pht hin phi x l kp thi.

- H thng thy lc:

+ Vic ni ng ng gia cc van v ct, kch phi chnh xc, khng c r r. i vi ng ng b r r, giong hnh O, kp ch U b hng phi thay th kp thi.

+ Lm v sinh thng dung dch nh ha ca trm bm v phin lc

+ Phi kim nghim nh k nc v du nh ha ang s dng, m bo t yu cu s dng.

+ u ni ca cc ph tng ng ng, kch, ct, b van v cc loi ng nn dng m nha hoc ti nha gi k. Trong qu trnh bo qun v vn chuyn khng c lm bn cc v tr ni thy lc. Khi bo qun trong cc ph tng thy lc khng c cha dung dch; trc khi bo qun nn dng dung dch ra sch v phi c bin php chng han r v n mn.

- L ch khai thc s dng gi khung cng cn c mt s lng g d phng tp kt l dc va thng gi v l song song chn v tr u v chn l ch phc v cho cng tc x l s c (chn kch nc khi l gng, tt nc...).5.3. Bin php an ton trong qu trnh tho d thu hi gi khung

- L ch trc khi thu hi gi khung phi c cng c chc chn. Cc dng c cn thit phc v cng tc tho d phi y v hot ng tt. Nhng ngi thc hin cng tc tho d phi l nhng th l bc cao (bc 5; 6) v c sc khe tt.

- Trong qu trnh tho d phi c ngi ch huy iu hnh cc thao tc, ng thi c ngi quan st din bin tnh trng l ch, khi l ch c nhng din bin bt thng phi dng cng tc tho d cng c.

Sau khi h gi khung xung nn l phi cng c gi nc ngay trnh tnh trng tt l nc l.

- Khi di chuyn gi khung ra khi l ch v v tr tp kt, phi ch cc v chng tm, v chng g thay th ca l ch, trnh tnh trng khi vn chuyn gi khung cc v chng g thay th b x gy mt kh nng chng gi.

- v tr thu hi gi khung, khi chng chuyn i t v chng dm ct thu lc n - x hp bng v chng g khi chiu di phi xp ci ln ngay. Cc ci phi m bo khong cch 2,4 m/ci v thng hng. Lung gng phi cao thong m bo kch thc theo thit k.

5.4. Cng tc chuyn mng trt, mng co.

Trc khi chuyn mng co, mng trt phi tin hnh ty sch than nn m bo chiu cao ng theo h chiu, lung mng bc phi phng. Kim tra cc ct chng lung gng, nu hng ht phi thay th v bm b sung cc ct m bo p lc chng ban u ( 7Mpa vi ct TL v ( 10Mpa vi ct gi, ben ct phi m bo ( 0,6m . Ct chng phi thng lung, ke va.

Qu trnh sang mng trt phi c thc hin theo quy trnh Cng ty ban hnh. Trn chiu di mng trt, phi t cc chn than m bo khong cch, L= 10 ( 15m/cc v khi tho than thc hin tho phn on, lun duy tr lp than m mi cc nghim cm mng trng than chy t do gy mt an ton cho ngi thi cng pha di.

5.5. Bin php k thut an ton khi khoan n mn:

a. Trong mi ca sn xut, khi khoan n mn ca, l trng cn c vo h chiu khoan n mn trong bn v v kt hp thc t trong ca, lp h chiu khoan n mn cho tng t n.Trc khi thi cng phi ra cc bin php KTAT, m bo cng tc khoan n mn an ton v c hiu qu cao nht.

b. Trc khi khoan n mn:

- Phi kim tra tnh trng khung chng, khi m bo an ton mi cho thi cng.

- Phi bo v ng ng p lc, ng cp in trc sau v tr n mn 5m, trnh cho ng ng p lc khng b ph hu. ui ngi lm vic trong phm vi nh hng ca cng tc n mn vo v tr an ton, c ngi gc, kim tra cc v tr gc m bo an ton mi tin hnh ch o n mn. Sau khi n mn xong, thng gi kim tra o kh, tnh trng khung chng sau khi n mn m bo an ton mi cho cng nhn tr li lm vic.

Nu c mn cm phi lp h chiu x l ngay, khi no m bo an ton mi cho cng nhn vo lm vic.

5.6. i vi cng tc bo dng cc ng l:

Phi thng xuyn kim tra, cng c, chng xn theo tit din ban u m bo yu cu KTCB phc v khai thc l ch (+18 ( +45)PV2B khu cnh Ty - L Tr.5.7. i vi l ch (-35 ( +18)PV2B khu cnhTy - L Tr.

+ Khu thng lung, ke va.

+ 8 mt khm chn l ch v u l ch lun khu tin trc mt tin .

+ Gi p lc l lun m bo.

+ Khung chng m bo yu cu KTCB v chng ng h chiu.

5.8. Khi vn chuyn vt liu vo l.

Xp gn gng trn tch chuyn dng, c dy c buc chc chn. Khi xp vt liu ti l DV+18PV2B phi xp gn gng vo hng l khng lm nh hng ti cng tc i li, thng gi cho l ch. Khi ra vo xe gong tai l xuyn va +13, l DV+18 cnh Ty - L Tr phi ct c ngi gc, bo ui ton b ngi dc hnh trnh trnh vo v tr an ton. Khi vn chuyn vt liu xung l ch khng c vt liu trn mng co (mng trt). Khi tp kt vt liu phi chc chn khng vt liu t tri trt trn nn l m bo an ton.

5.9.Trng hp vch khng t sp .

Phi x l bng phng php ph ho cng bc. Cng ty u nhim cho Qun c Phn xng KT2 t chc cng tc khoan n mn trn c s thc t v tr cn iu ph ho m bo:

+ An ton trong qu trnh thi cng bn mn.

+ t sau khi n mn lp kn khong trng, khng hin tng ph ha treo tranh.
