ORDER:

The following Notification shall be published in the State Gazette:-

N O T I F I C A T I O N

The Lieutenant Governor, Puducherry is pleased to order the following

allocation of subjects among I.A.S. officers with immediate effect:

i) Shri V. C andave lou , I.A.S. (AGMU:1997), Chief Electoral Officer,

Puducherry is designated as Development Commissioner and is allotted

the subjects "F inance and P lanning & Research" in addition to the

charge of Chief Electoral Officer.

ii) Shri G. Theva N eeth i Dhas, I.A.S. (AGMU:2002), Secretary to

Lieutenant Governor, Puducherry is allotted the subjects "A r t &

Culture, Power, Tourism , Local A d m in is tra tio n , Town & Country

P lan n ing , H ousing and In fo rm a tio n & P ub lic ity" in addition to the

charge of Secretary to Lieutenant Governor.

iii) Shri A ru n L Desai, I.A.S. on having reported for duty on the forenoon

of 17.05.201 6 in pursuance of the order cited is appointed as Secretary

to Government and allocated the subjects "T ra n sp o rt, C o-opera tion

an d Rural D eve lopm ent".
