One day i heard about Shah Peerally…

One day i heard about shah peerally from my friend and started listening to his radio show.the show was very impressive. Then i decided to meet him regarding my immigration case. I took appointment to see him and after meeting Shah, I felt so confident about my case and was very impressed with his knowledge and friendly nature.He cleared every questions i have patiently.He took care of each every question that may raise from Uscis and provided all the evidence required.His staff was very good in completing the paperwork. After a lot of research on the web looking… After a lot of research on the web looking for a Law firm that

specializes in Debt Settlement, I finally decided to get an appointment with the Shah Peerally Law Group for two reasons - I liked how Feilah Peerally immediately took my call, asked all the right questions - made me feel comfortable in such a stressful situation for me and gave an appointment the very next day. In the appointment, she made me relax with her personal touch and said something that almost made me cry.........."what took you so long" and "don't worry we are here to help you" It was no surprise to me that they were able to settle all my credit card debt of $90000 for only ~ 25% of its value with a very reasonable payment plan. What impressed me the most was the quick decisive action, the knowledge on the settlement process, constant followup and updates and most of all the understanding and support throughout the process. The circumstances of my AOS case had some complications…

The circumstances of my AOS case had some complications specifically involving my run in with law enforcement on a few occasions which can be very nasty from a immigration perspective. I had a corporate immigration firm that filed all my paperwork (Hint: Starts with F..) . Those who work for bigger companies in the bay area would know what I am talking about. I was called for an interview and immediately realized that I was in a fair bit of trouble after consulting with senior attorneys at F. Since I had a corporate package, I could take an attorney from F for FREE to the interview, but I just wasn't very happy with the response time and the lack of personal attention. On a friend's recommendation I decided to contact Shah's law firm. Shah and his staff (Anu & Soni in particular) understood the issues immediately and had possible solutions. His staff was very efficient in completing the paperwork and Shah personally went over all the questions I could be asked and helped me prepare for worst case scenarios. I was anxious and nervous and barely able to sleep until I had a few interview preparation sessions with Shah. Gradually my confidence was back and I felt better. He also accompanied me to the interview, and boy this guy is suave, smooth, very well prepared and can talk his way out of any situation. He answered some of the tough questions at the interview on my behalf and kept me shielded from USCIS during the interview so as to speak. Shah got me my Green card. Period. His staff is extremely efficient and kept me informed consistently and made me very comfortable that they were on top of the situation. My case was handled quickly and in a professional manner by Shah's firm. Their fees for services are reasonable and accurate. They don't try to nickel and dime you like some other law firms I have had experience with. I highly recommend his services to everyone without hesitation specially folks who have arrest records. National Interest Waiver (NIW)immigration process for those with advanced degrees, leading upto the our family obtaining green cards. He brought about a total turnaround in our fortunes from a very precarious situation prior to meeting him. He turned our despair into tears of Joy. I hired them for my mother's green… I hired them for my mother's green card processing (California) and got the green card in a little

over 5 months, without having to go for an interview. The interview is usually waived if the documentation that is mailed in is precise and complete. My answer to the (anticipated) question of - Why did you hire an attorney, is the process not simple? ... I am aware that a lot of people file for this processing without an attorney and are successful in processing the green card. A couple of my close friends ran into one glitch or the other in the recent times, which took them well over 18 months. Not wanting to risk this and also not having the bandwidth to follow up the paper work, the law changes, I decided to hire an attorney. I asked for recommendations on this list and another Oracle employee recommended Mr. Peerally. I talked to a few other attorneys as well. I found Mr. Peerally's fees to be competitive. I found out that some attorneys charge their hourly rate if you want them to go for the interview with you. Mr. Peerally's fees include the interview appearance and also the mock-interview in his office. To talk with an attorney, some Law Offices asked me to mail in a consultation check ( which ranged from $80 to $250 ). Mr. Peerally was gracious to take my first call, outline the process and answer some of my specific questions. I was impressed with his friendly attitude and the depth of his knowledge and decided to hire him. During our first meeting in his office, we went over the specifics of the case, the documentation that would be required. He outlined the potential problems that may arise (specifically to do with the name changes in the Marathi community ), he outlined the potential solutions. They gave me a list of doctors for the medical. I mailed this documentation to their office. During the second meeting they had the packet put together and ready to go after our signatures. He had the documentation in there for most of the anticipated problems - which I think made a big difference in the processing time. The process did run into a hiccup - USCIS could not get legible finger prints for my mother - she did the fingerprinting three times. To get around this, they asked us to submit a criminal clearance. Mr. Peerally guided us very well through the process, which required getting precise documentation from India in addition to the California clearance. All through the process, Mr. Peerally and his office staff were prompt on the email. They kept me informed about the next step, anticipated time frame and also guided us through the SSN application, State Id, DL applications. I would recommend this law firm !
