Dear members of EPAW,

31 wind turbines threaten a world-famous landmark: Mont-Saint-Michel in Normandy, France.

You can help the French association AEPHB, member of EPAW, which fights against too many wind projects around Mont-Saint-Michel.

How? Read the following letter by Hervé Texier...

The wind turbines which will be installed at Tremblay will be 140 metres high. They will be higher than the Archangel St Michel which dominates the Mont-St-Michel ( see dia gram).

With the 3 wind turbines at Argouges and 5 wind turbines at St-Ouen, there will be 12 wind turbines visible from the Mont-St-Michel in the same field of vision, without any visual obstru

The developers claim that the wind turbines will only be « slightly visible ». We know what that means.
