Global Media Development Foundation desires to create a Public /Private partnership and is an International organization

designed to provide the Administrative, Resource Development, and Technical Support Systems that will aid in the emergence of

new media and digital technology solutions to the social and economic problems of communities throughout the globe. A

partnership between community residents, nonprofit organizations, government entities and corporations to support

the development of self-empowerment in disadvantaged communities.
