Verification5.2.7 The L1 trigger system shall be able to generate L1 Trigger Acknowledge signals with a minimum

spacing down to the larger of: minimum dead-time imposed by the CAL system, or minimum dead-time imposed by the TKR or 5 ms. (The latter would result in dead-time of 5% at 10 kHz rate if the CAL had no dead-time)

5.4.10 The dataflow system shall contribute < 5 % to the instrument dead-time at a L1TACK rate of 10 kHz, due primarily to background events, for average size events. Above 10 kHz dead-time shall increase to keep the throughput at 10 kHz.
