II. Introduc tion:Full Circle Group, Inc. was created to provide nonprofit and charitable technology services to ou

community. Our range of services include computer refurbishing, related equipment recycling

computer training, computer diagnostics, deskside support and call center services.

Full Circle Group, Inc. has been in business approximately 8 years. Weve provided thousands of lo

cost refurbished computers from Cincinnati to numerous countries in Africa. While our targ

population is low-income families and students in our local community, we also provide quali

technology services to residents, community organizations, schools and local businesses.

III. Cha llenges inc lud e:Access to the Internet is, and has been a problem for the financially challenged members of o

community ever since the Internet came online. For single parents, getting to and from thlibrary (or any other Internet access point) in a timely manner is difficult during evening hours.

Arranging class schedules, finding instructors, procuring equipment and finding a classroom hav

always been difficult. For our unemployed and underemployed residents, transportation ha

been poorly addressed with everything from car pooling to bus tokens with limited success.

Our community has at-risk students with too many unstructured hours in their day. These students hav

no guidance, coaching or mentoring, but more importantly they dont see enough viable option

to help them climb out of a depressing situation. For youths without structure in their evening

or money in their pockets, street crime can become a way of life, and a threat to the security

    the entire community.

Communities across the country are not having as many problems with funding after school program

as they are with student participation. Many programs have a serious and worsenin

communications challenge trying to address student participation issues through convention

    communications.

IV. Ob jec tives inc lude:- Provide Internet access for everyone that wants/needs it.- A measurable decrease in crime and an increase in neighborhood security.

    - Increase in training and employment opportunities for residents.

    - More effective real-time communication for everyone with emphasis on our youth.

    - Virtual shopping malls positively impacting the local economy through retail sales and new onlin

    businesses.

    V. Sc ope of Op era tion:Much like a conventional radio station GigaSpot transmitters and servers dont need a large staff

function effectively, keeping operational costs extremely low.

Use of MP Technology allows us to use fewer antennas while producing a higher quality, longe

ranged signal able to penetrate structures better than ever before.

The off-the-shelf equipment is simple to maintain, easy to install and/or replace and is relative

    inexpensive.

FCG is already preparing to rollout the new, patented CLOVERLEAF TECHNOLOGY for GigaSpot

advanced business class customers, making GigaSpota unique entity on the Internet.

As a Computer Technology leader FCG will manage power supply, network connectivity, serve

antenna and camera installation, network operation and support for GigaSpot.

As a Public Charity 509(a)(2), FCG will manage the provision of GigaSpot services to supporte

programs, excursions and activities through vetted, well qualified volunteersand contractors.

As a Nonprofit Organization 501(c)(3), FCG will manage participation of volunteers, sponsors an

contributors per the needs of the community.

As a Nonprofit, Public Charity, much of marketing will be done inexpensively through hard workin

volunteers and in-house production of Public Service Announcements for radio and TV.

As a Responsible Business, FCGwill ensure accurate revenue management, fully transparent

accounting and record keeping, executed per state law.
