II. Introduc tion:Full Circle Group, Inc. was created to provide nonprofit and charitable technology services to ou
community. Our range of services include computer refurbishing, related equipment recycling
computer training, computer diagnostics, deskside support and call center services.
Full Circle Group, Inc. has been in business approximately 8 years. Weve provided thousands of lo
cost refurbished computers from Cincinnati to numerous countries in Africa. While our targ
population is low-income families and students in our local community, we also provide quali
technology services to residents, community organizations, schools and local businesses.
III. Cha llenges inc lud e:Access to the Internet is, and has been a problem for the financially challenged members of o
community ever since the Internet came online. For single parents, getting to and from thlibrary (or any other Internet access point) in a timely manner is difficult during evening hours.
Arranging class schedules, finding instructors, procuring equipment and finding a classroom hav
always been difficult. For our unemployed and underemployed residents, transportation ha
been poorly addressed with everything from car pooling to bus tokens with limited success.
Our community has at-risk students with too many unstructured hours in their day. These students hav
no guidance, coaching or mentoring, but more importantly they dont see enough viable option
to help them climb out of a depressing situation. For youths without structure in their evening
or money in their pockets, street crime can become a way of life, and a threat to the security
the entire community.
Communities across the country are not having as many problems with funding after school program
as they are with student participation. Many programs have a serious and worsenin
communications challenge trying to address student participation issues through convention
communications.
IV. Ob jec tives inc lude:- Provide Internet access for everyone that wants/needs it.- A measurable decrease in crime and an increase in neighborhood security.
- Increase in training and employment opportunities for residents.
- More effective real-time communication for everyone with emphasis on our youth.
- Virtual shopping malls positively impacting the local economy through retail sales and new onlin
businesses.

V. Sc ope of Op era tion:Much like a conventional radio station GigaSpot transmitters and servers dont need a large staff
function effectively, keeping operational costs extremely low.
Use of MP Technology allows us to use fewer antennas while producing a higher quality, longe
ranged signal able to penetrate structures better than ever before.
The off-the-shelf equipment is simple to maintain, easy to install and/or replace and is relative
inexpensive.
FCG is already preparing to rollout the new, patented CLOVERLEAF TECHNOLOGY for GigaSpot
advanced business class customers, making GigaSpota unique entity on the Internet.
As a Computer Technology leader FCG will manage power supply, network connectivity, serve
antenna and camera installation, network operation and support for GigaSpot.
As a Public Charity 509(a)(2), FCG will manage the provision of GigaSpot services to supporte
programs, excursions and activities through vetted, well qualified volunteersand contractors.
As a Nonprofit Organization 501(c)(3), FCG will manage participation of volunteers, sponsors an
contributors per the needs of the community.
As a Nonprofit, Public Charity, much of marketing will be done inexpensively through hard workin
volunteers and in-house production of Public Service Announcements for radio and TV.
As a Responsible Business, FCGwill ensure accurate revenue management, fully transparent
accounting and record keeping, executed per state law.

None: Cleveland Clinic is preparing to
roll out a new generation of Bluetooth
medical monitoring devices with a
longer range that will interface with the
GigaSpot network seamlessly.
Monitoring Bluetooth signals in a metropolitan topology has never been done before.
This technology creates an entire industry of services ranging from augmenting basic
telecommunications services to advanced medical device monitoring. Both capable of
generating nearly unlimited revenue. Pacemakers can update their software and even
transmit through a to be HIPPA Certified process updates to medical records and to a
specific doctor through GigaSpot's "GigaMed" technology. The potential for medical
research to generate additional revenue for GigaSpot as a real world test bed for
rolling out and/or testing new medical monitoring devices.

to work from home more and more and
GigaSpot will allow this to take place
much more efficiently
The ability to share files, printers, videos, voice and other network services normally
available through an Ethernet connection, are now available wirelessly and citywide.
This opens numerous opportunities to generate revenue from the business and
residential communities through effective marketing.

Cell phones are already WiFi capable, which means they run on IP addresses issued
by our GigaSpot routing server. We have the technology to provide telephone
services and generate significant revenue at only $5 per month for unlimited talk and
text, providing you have at least one other $25 per month service on your account.
City Services Limited
None: GigaSpot's Continuous BandedGhz antennas allow it to work with
radios covering 1 to 10 Ghz. This also
means GigaSpot can already meet the
stringent HLS communications
requirements set by the government as
GigaSpot can seamlessly interface with, augment, provide back up for, and even
replace existing communications equipment. GigaSpot's continuous banded antennas
covering 1 thru 10 Gigahertz allow us to be ready for future equipment used by law
enforcement, fire and municipal services before any of it comes out.
Cloverleaf Services Unlimited

reason. GigaSpot will bring this new
technology to the world through
Cincinnati's Public School System.
Cloverleaf is a patented technology (USPTO 5,577,042) that is a broadcast and
presentation system for synthesis of diverse data transmission signals and multimedia
application subsystems. Cloverleaf offers data conversion services on a global basis.
It also offers precision bandwidth management at the packet level. This opens
another set of business services that range from the B2B environment to retail and
other lines of business not yet created. The ability to manage bandwidth offers a
tremendous savings both in money for the customer and bandwidth for GigaSpot.
County Services Limited None:
County Sheriff and court services such as a new generation of location monitoring
bracelets for convicted criminals will allow for people to be released into the
community and tracked more effectively reducing the need for more jail cells, guards,
deputies and probation officers. Wireless traffic lights are the wave of the future and
GigaSpot can provide for this technology at a lower cost.

New media are proving to be a great tool for job seekers, employees and employers.
Facebook, Twitter and blogs are increasingly become common ways to find jobs orrecruit candidates. The rules for social media are still mostly unwritten and you might
not know how to prove you're both technologically proficient and professional. Over
the last few years, especially during the election, blogs played a major role in breaking
news stories and motivating groups. Corporations now have them to connect with
customers. Blogs are here to stay. This is a community site where citizens can blog

GigaChat Social
Networking SiteUnlimited Yes:
A social network service focuses on building online communities of people who share
interests and/or activities, or who are interested in exploring the interests and activities
of others. Most social network services are web based and provide a variety of ways
for users to interact, such as e-mail and instant messaging services.
It's becoming common knowledge that email, texting and websites have most of the
essential elements of social network services. The idea of proprietary encapsulated
services has gained popular uptake. GigaSpot employs that strategy to bring CPS
education into the future ahead of any other district. With an extensive and
comprehensive range of educational tools and social services specifically designed to
meet the needs of the community GigaSpot will produce a tangible benefit to the
school district and its entire community. Much like FaceBook & My Space, GigaSpot
will create a SNS (Social Networking Site) called GigaChat that will sell advertising
space to generate another revenue stream.

The metaphor of an online catalog is also used, by analogy with mail order catalogs.
All types of stores have retail web sites, including those that do and do not also have
physical storefronts and paper catalogs. Online shopping is a type of electronic
commerce used for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C)
transactions. A citywide virtual mall GigaShop can offer guidance to customers to help
find retail store fronts. Digital coupons can be issued to potential customers (throughtheir mobile devices) based on their location and proximity to the actual store. Stores
