• Responsible for the safe, accurate, and prompt handling of all funds of the state association. The treasurer should keep a detailed record of all transactions involving receipt, handling, and disbursements of funds.

• Responsible for monitoring of State Budget expenses and income categories.

• Present an Annual Report of finances at the State Convention
