GET YOUR GLOW JUICING Juicing is a means of not only detoxifying, cleansing, boosting your immune system, clearing up skin, promoting weight loss, providing an abundance of rejuvenating vitamins, minerals, and improving energy, but rebuilding your vital life force. Juicing resets your body to crave the foods that are good for you and detach from addictive behaviors. To begin your juice regime you will need: Juicer or Vitamix with Nutmilk bag to strain the juice. A pump-n-seal: http://www.pump-n-seal.com if you want your juices to last up to 3 days in fridge. (Not necessary if you want to just juice every day!) You can juice as much juice as you would like. Typically around 4-5 Liters per day to continue on with daily functions. This is not about starvation but ABUNDANCE so stay hydrated and stay juiced! KEEP A MINIMUM OF 3L to be GREEN JUICE – If you have a sweeter “treat” juice have it earlier in the day! A simple Outline for Juice Feasting 1 Liter of Water Upon rising 4 Liters of Green Juice Daily 3:1 Ratio of Greens to Fruit 1 Lb of greens: kale, collards, spinach, etc. (Approx. 2 Bundles) 1 Head of Celery Daily Example Juice (4 Juices – one day’s worth) 6 Cucumbers 2 Bunches of kale/collards 6 Apples (if you can tolerate less apples – add two more cucumbers to replace) 1 Head Celery (Break into two batches with 2 Cups of water in each) Blend and strain through nut milk bag. 2-3 Vitamixes full! Suggested supplements to enhance the cleansing and detoxification: *Spirulina (algae, such as E3Live) (1 Tbsp) Chlorella (1 Tbsp) Turmeric, or cayenne – a pinch in your water in the am. *1 Tbsp MSM – Rebuilds Tissue (buy in powder form) *RECOMMENDED

Fresh Thai Coconut water is great. (Consume algae (E3Live) with it to reduce sugar load. Fresh Squeezed Lemon and Lime are alkalizing. Add freely to your water. Try all different kinds… just remember to have as much greens in there to support any detoxification symptoms you may have, including headache, fatigue or just feeling “crummy”. Other means to increase results: Dry Skin Brushing – before getting in the shower each day brush your skin with a soft bristle brush. This stimulates the lymphatics to release more toxins. Journalling/video diary DAILY – this is a time to self reflect on your journey towards better health. Write down how you are feeling. Reconnect with yourself. Enemas/Hydrocolonics – *Especially if you choose to do an extended juice feast – these will release more toxins quickly. Check in with Accountability buddy (If not me, then someone who is supportive of this juicing journey!) Bath – light some candles, play some soft music… RELAX and Rejuvate! Get a Massage – Especially a lymphatics massage. Be sure to add extra hydration or more juices and lots of rest afterward. Yoga and or other forms of exercise as you see fit. Relaxing is most important, but if you feel energized to get up and go – do it!
