GEObüro provides the solution to specialized office management in the Survey and Engineering office environ-ment as well as government survey departments. Central project and address management assists all employees to organize and optimize their workday at the office. Integ-ration with MS Word, Excel and Outlook, allows GEObüro to be easily adapted and incorporated in to existing office workflows and documents. The intelligent combination of improved work processes, reduced workload and greater individual output brings great value to companies and helps to motivate staff.

GEObüro automatically tracks current invoices, VAT, costs of services rendered to clients and taxes through the customizati-on of the software and in doing so saves time when producing cost estimates, quotes and invoices.

Timekeeping and expense capturing functionality can be used to compare actual costs with the estimated costs of a project, which provides users with a financial overview of projects to determine their profitability. Performance based GEObüro-Cont-rolling Apps support daily operational decision making.

GEObüro Resource Planning manages the fieldwork part of a survey practice by easily scheduling appointments of indivi-duals as well as allocating available resources to individual jobs, such as equipment, vehicles, etc. With progress tra-cking GEObüro also helps to ensure that deadlines are met.

The use of SQL Server technology allows GEObüro to easily adapt and be customized to current office workflows and processes.

Automatic correspon-dence and document management system as well as a sophisticated payment remin-der to clients, helps to give management a firm grasp of the business’ status. The basic module is the foundation on which all other modules are based on.

Quoting and AccountingComplete and integrated: Automatic Quoting and Accounting create a customized basis for the rules and tax laws of any country. Over and above the account and product/service inven-tory services, GEObuero allows for the planning -and project proposal as well

as quotation to be calculated through basic inputs from the user.

TimekeepingGEObuero‘s Timekeeping module provides for the easy recording of hours on a job, which can also be integrated with other modules. These recorded hours are made available to the HR manager and provide costing

to the Quoting and Accounting module for easy calculation and creation of invoices. The software is structured to allow for maximum compatibility and customization for each individual of-fice’s work processes. This module also allows certain users to view the overall hours spent working, absenteeism, overtime and surcharges, for example.
