Genie 757Spot Sampling Assembly

The Model 757 spot assembly is the first product designed to solve the usual problems encountered with spot sampling rich and wet natural gases.

Simplicity of Operation The probe contains a manually operated valve located immediately after

the Genie membrane so that pressure reduction takes place in the

flowing gas stream to offset JT cooling and after liquid has been rejected

at line pressure and temperature.

Pre-Assembled to Reduce Ancillary CostsThe manifold comes pre-assembled with everything required for a simple

set up. It includes; a pressure gauge, purge valve and 3 way valve. The

pre-equipped assembly reduces costs and set up time.

Uniquely Engineered Self-Limiting Block Heater The sample flow passageway of the 757 has been tailored to reduce dead

volume and maintain sample integrity. The design allows quick purging

without the risk of liquid accumulation in the sample flow path.

KEYBENEFITS• Valve minimises sample flow rate

and reduces liquid & gas pressure

• Accurate assessment of BTU value

• Easy sampling procedure provides

repeat consistent and accurate

results

• Portable device equipped with all

initial ancillary equipment,

allowing it to be used at several

locations

The most reliable, Analytically Correct™ spot sample assembly for rich/wet gas streams
