Needs/Strengths Survey

Using the Differentiation Smart Resource Guide category tabs, please complete the following:

• Identify a first, second and third choice for upcoming GATE PD. Write a 1, 2, and 3 on separate Post-Its and place on the corresponding charts.

• Identify one or more categories you consider yourself to be an expert or advanced apprentice. Write your name on a Post-It(s) and place on the corresponding chart(s).

Download the Cheetah Powerpoint on to your laptop, then add to your PLC site.

Review the GATE resources pages. Identify and add one resource to your

PLC site.

If you need to set up an online GATE PLC:

Begin by doing the following:

• Look over the shoulder at a colleagues GATE PLC site. Then,

• Create a Haiku class called GATE PLC and then create a 2012-13 page.

Second Grade Training

Required of all 2nd grade teachers except for special education.

• Must complete all three days• Currently 66 teachers enrolled• Oct. 4 is filled• Oct 18 has been cancelled due to annual

Quake Shake Preparedness scheduled for that morning

• Oct. 30 has 1 enrolled
