a. Men are losing their proficiency at work.b. Women have become the majority in U.S. workforce.

c. Leading areas in the market are related to qualities often regarded as feminine than masculine (thinking and communicating vs. physical strength and stamina).

II. There has been an historical struggle for the inclusion of women in all aspects of life, leaving the patriarchal system aside.

a. Reaching achievements for womens condition has been perceived as slow but nowadays has accelerated.

b. Such activity has pushed women to break the mold in social and labor terms and take an active position and leave mens hegemony aside.

c. A certain level of convergence between industrys dynamics and womens achievements makes seem that women are more suitable for postindustrial economy.

III. Stereotypes on women seem to be working in a positive way when it comes to work.a. Females tend to be more flexible and nurturing in their behavior in order to find good providers and take care of their children.

b. Women as national leaders have improved their countries, playing somehow a maternal role.c. Not only has to do with the activities historically deployed by women, but also their way of thinking which is linked to their management style.
