Robert L. Johnson made history as the first African-American to become the majority ownerof a professional sports organization when the NBA Board of Governors granted him the expansion NBA Charlotte Bobcats and WNBA Charlotte Sting franchises onJanuary 10, 2003.

In his first months of ownership, Johnson moved swiftly to assemble the NBA’s 30th franchise, hiring NBA veteran Ed Tapscott to head the organization, donating one million dollars to the YMCA highlighting a community-minded organizational approach, creating a new basketball identity for Charlotte and breaking ground on a new Uptown arena.

In his first years as an NBA owner, Johnson has successfully followed through on his pledge to the City of Charlotte tocombine great citizens off the court with great players on the court.

Johnson also created the Charlotte Jumper Classic, an elite Grand Prix horse show jumping competition held annually in the Queen City, which benefits the Bobcats Charitable Foundation.

In 2003, Johnson was named by Sports Illustrated as the most influential minority in sports, while The Sporting Newstabbed him the second-most powerful owner in sports.

Starting a large business from the beginning is not new for Johnson. He founded Black Entertainment Television (BET)in 1980 as a cable television network to serve the information and entertainment needs of African-Americans. It is nowthe leading African-American-operated media and entertainment entity in the United States, reaching 75 million homes.

In 2000, Johnson sold BET to Viacom, Inc for approximately $3 billion, and formed the RLJ Companies, where he owns or holds interest in companies operating in the hospitality/restaurant, real estate, fast food, gaming and entertainment/media industries.

From 1976 to 1979, Johnson served as vice president of government relations for the National Cable &Telecommunications Association (NCTA), a trade association representing more than 1,500 cable television companies.Prior to joining the NCTA, Johnson was press secretary for the Honorable Walter E. Fauntroy, Congressional Delegatefrom the District of Columbia. Johnson previously held positions at the Washington Urban League and the Corporationfor Public Broadcasting.

Johnson serves on the following boards of directors: Hilton Hotels, NBA Board of Governors, Jazz at Lincoln Center,American Film Institute, Strayer Education, Inc., Johns Hopkins University and Lowe’s Companies. Johnson is also a member of the Board of Governors for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio; and The Grammy Foundation.

Winner of the 1997 Hall of Fame Award by Broadcasting & Cable Magazine, Johnson has been honored withCablevision Magazine’s 20/20 Vision Award, which lists him as one of the 20 most influential people in the cable industry, an NAACP Image Award, President’s Award from the National Cable & Telecommunications Association, CTAM’sGrand Tam Award, National Women’s Political Caucus’ Good Guys Award and a Distinguished Alumni Award fromPrinceton University.

Johnson is a graduate of the University of Illinois and holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from theWoodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. Johnson maintains residences inWashington, DC and Charlotte, and is the father of a daughter, Paige, and a son, Brett.

Ed TapscottPRESIDENT / CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

A dynamic personality and well-versed in professional basketball, Ed Tapscott was namedchief operating officer of the Charlotte Bobcats and Charlotte Sting in January, 2003. Just daysafter being granted an NBA expansion franchise, Robert L. Johnson turned to Tapscott to directthe organization’s basketball and business operations.

Tapscott immediately immersed himself into building the NBA’s 30th team and also preparing the Charlotte Sting for a season that was only months away. By spending countless time in the community,Tapscott formed relationships that have earned the organization rave reviews from the NBA, city leaders and theCharlotte population.

Under Tapscott’s direction, the NBA team created an identity – the Bobcats name, logo and color scheme wereannounced on June 11, 2003 – hired a general manager and head coach, began construction on a state-of-the-artUptown arena and embraced a Charlotte community that has welcomed the organization with open arms.

In his first season with the organization, the Sting placed second in the Eastern Conference and qualified for theplayoffs for the sixth time in the franchise’s seven-year history, one of only two teams to own that distinction. The team

acquired the third overall pick in the 2004 WNBA Draft without relinquishing a starter.Active in the Charlotte community, Tapscott serves on the boards of the United Way, Urban League, UNCC Belk College

of Business, Charlotte Center City Partners, Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, Johnson C. Smith University Board ofVisitors, The Greater YMCA and Winston Salem State University Leadership School.

Tapscott brings a wealth of experience to the expansion franchise, having served in a variety of basketball roles for thepast 25 years. He was vice president of player personnel and basketball operations and served as interim president andgeneral manager of the New York Knicks during the 1990’s, when the team made two trips to the NBA Finals (1994 and1999) and advanced to at least the second round of the playoffs every year. In addition, Tapscott worked as a front officeconsultant to the Milwaukee Bucks and Phoenix Suns.

Tapscott’s career in basketball first began in 1978 as an assistant coach at American University. Tapscott was elevatedto the head coach position in 1982 and he guided the Eagles to more victories than any other coach in the program’shistory.

He left the school in 1990 to become a player agent for Advantage International in Washington, DC, and worked withthe firm for one year before joining the Knicks staff.

Prior to joining the Charlotte franchise, he worked as an on-air television analyst for Fox Sports and Comcast SportsNet. His duties included covering the NBA Development League and the Washington Wizards.

Tapscott completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Tufts University, where he also played basketball forCoach Tom Penders. Tapscott completed his legal education at the Washington College of Law at American University.

A native of Washington, D.C., Tapscott and his wife, Janis Thomas, are proud parents of a daughter, Logan.

As executive vice president and general counsel, Jonathan Fine handles all legal matterspertaining to the business and basketball operations of the team. Prior to joining the Bobcats,Fine was a partner in the law firm of Kilpatrick Stockton LLP. His sports practice focused onteam and league representation, arena and stadium issues and marketing transactions.

Fine was primary outside counsel to Gale Force Holdings, owner and operator of varioussports teams and arenas, including the NHL Carolina Hurricanes. He also served as international counsel to the HiroshimaToyo Carp baseball club of Hiroshima, Japan.

Licensed in Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina, Fine is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association and serves onthe Council of the Sports and Entertainment Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.

A graduate of the University of Virginia, he completed his juris doctorate from Emory University. Fine and his wife,Katie, have three children, David, Allison and Samantha.

One of the franchise’s first employees, Colleen Millsap oversees the Bobcats humanresources, information technology, administration and vendor relationships. She is alsoresponsible for managing the organization’s office space needs and various work sites and hascoordinated the staff ’s move into Charlotte Bobcats Arena.

Start-up companies are familiar territory for Millsap, as she was involved from the beginning as chief financial officer for RLJ Companies, E-Vidient (a subsidiary of GE Capital’s GE Americom) and DigitalNation. She advanced from chief financial officer to president of Benchmark Communications in a four-year stint from1993-96 and prior to that, she held a career in public accounting.

A graduate of Longwood College, Millsap and her husband, Mark, have three children, sons Christopher and Colby anddaughter Markie.

As Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer, Peter Smuloversees all aspects of business and financial affairs for the organization. He oversees the company’s ticket sales efforts, including luxury and premium seating, as well as corporatesales and servicing. He also is responsible for the financial operations of the Bobcats and other

entities, including budgeting, accounting, treasury, financing and risk management functions. In addition, he worksclosely with the Bobcats and Sting general managers on salary cap management issues.

Smul joined the Bobcats from the NBA league office, where he worked for eight years in a variety of capacities, mostrecently as vice president of league development. He led a task force that developed a new ownership model for theWNBA and its teams, allowing for ownership by non-NBA franchises. Additionally, he was responsible for researchingand analyzing WNBA expansion cities, identifying prospective team owners and negotiating with expansion candidates.

Some of his other work within the NBA included the start up and management teams for the WNBA and the NBA’sminor league, the National Basketball Association Development League. He began working at the league office in 1995as the manager of business planning, a role in which he implemented a business planning and budgeting process for the league.

Smul also worked at Credit Suisse First Boston and Mercer Management Consulting, a general strategy consulting firm.Currently he serves on the Discovery Place Board of Trustees and the Jewish Community Center’s Board of Directors.

He is also involved in various community Youth Sports programs.A graduate of Yale University in 1987, Smul earned an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1992. He and his wife

Debra have eight-year-old twins, Jack and Lucie.

In a career that spans more than three decades, Barry Silberman has established an inter-national reputation for his achievements in the development and management of sports and entertainment facilities. Silberman supervised the creation of Charlotte Bobcats Arena,working hand-in-hand with the project architects, city officials and vendors who were involved

in the construction of the facility. He now is responsible for the management of Charlotte Bobcats Arena.Prior to coming to Charlotte, Silberman was president and CEO of Panamerican Sports Stadiums, where he was

responsible for the feasibility and design of soccer stadia in South America.For 15 years, Silberman was president and CEO of Centre Management, an arena management company that

supervised event bookings and relationships at the MCI Center in Washington, DC. The company also managed the operations of numerous arenas such as the Capital Centre, Baltimore Arena, the Patriot Center, the Cleveland StateUniversity Convocation Center and the Springfield, MA Civic Center.

As president of entertainment and development of Washington Sports and Entertainment, he was intimately involvedin the creation and opening of the MCI Center, and managed the organization’s relationships with governmental andtransportation agencies, unions, concessionaires and community and special interest groups.

A 1972 graduate of Ithaca College, Silberman earned a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Ohio Universityin 1973. He and his wife, Laura, are the parents of daughter Mallory and son Jordan.

A key member of the organization’s executive management team, Chris Weiller was one of the first members to join the front office when the NBA granted Charlotte an expansionfranchise. He is responsible for the public face of the organization and oversees marketing,creative services, advertising, research and community and public relations efforts, as well as

player programs. Weiller also serves as spokesman for the franchise, and coordinates the activities of the organization’sownership group.

Upon his arrival, Weiller keyed the organization’s introduction to the Charlotte market through a multi-tiered communication and community relations approach. He also guided the organization’s identity development process thatcreated the team’s nickname, logo design, color scheme and uniform design.

Weiller is an active member of the Charlotte community serving on the boards of the Charlotte Regional SportsCommission, Charlotte Reads, the Children’s Theater of Charlotte and the UNC Charlotte 49ers Sports Foundation. He alsocoaches youth sports in the Matthews Athletic and Recreation Association.

Weiller joined the Bobcats from the NBA office where he served as vice president of events and attractions for three-plus years. While there, he founded the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA youth basketball program and produced the NBA All-Star Technology Summit. He spent close to 10 years with Madison Square Garden in New York, completing his tenureas the vice president of communications for the New York Knicks from 1996-99.

He began his career as a production assistant with ABC-TV’s Good Morning America. Weiller graduated from Ithaca College in 1986. He and his wife, Leslie, have two children, Allie and Jack.

A veteran in the television and entertainment industry, Naomi Travers oversees the team’stelevision, radio, entertainment and game operations areas.

Most recently she was executive vice president for The RLJ Companies, a holding companyfor investments and businesses in the hotel, motion picture, publishing, music recording and

gaming industries. Travers also worked in the general counsel’s office of Black Entertainment Television (BET), where sheserved as the company’s chief transactional and intellectual property counsel for two-plus years.

Prior to BET, Travers represented media clients before the Federal Communications Commission and also served as anattorney with the FCC, working on promulgating rules governing the agency’s authority to auction off licenses for privateuse of the nation’s airwaves and frequencies. Travers worked as a newspaper reporter for The Washington Post, coveringlocal news on the education and police beats.

A graduate of Howard University, she completed her juris doctorate from the University of Maryland Law School.

The newest member of the Bobcats finance department, Michael Behrman is responsible forthe day-to-day management and oversight of the organization’s financial operations.

He has more than 18 years experience in finance, strategic planning and the capital markets with Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch International, Western United Holding, DisneySports and the Disney Internet Group.

Behrman earned an MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester and a BSE in ElectricalEngineering and Computer Science from Princeton University. At Princeton, he was an All-Ivy football tight end.

He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation (CFA).He is married to his wife, Colleen, and they have two children, Brianne and Cailan.

One of the organization’s first employees, Steve Swetoha oversees all ticket sales, including suite sales, premium sales, season tickets and group tickets. He also manages fan relations, premium services, ticket operations and special events for the Bobcats and Sting.Swetoha originally joined the franchise as senior vice president of business operations for theCharlotte Sting in 2003.

Bringing more than 20 years of sales and marketing, customer service and operations experience, Swetoha was thedirector of ticket sales for the Jacksonville Jaguars, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of suite sales,club seats, season and group tickets, ticket operations and customer service.

Swetoha began his career as director of telemarketing for the NHL's Pittsburgh Penguins and was the vice presidentof ticket sales and operations for the IHL's Cleveland Lumberjacks. He was also director of ticket sales for RDV Sports (the ownership entity of the Orlando Magic, WNBA Orlando Miracle and IHL's Orlando Solar Bears) and national ticketsales director for Dover Motorsports.

Swetoha is an active member of the Charlotte community, serving on the boards of the Boy Scouts of America andSecond Harvest Food Bank.

A graduate of Robert Morris University, he and his wife, Michelle, have one son, Matthew.

Building an accounting infrastructure, creating company policies and procedures and instituting internal controls governing multiple entities are just a few of the duties Allen has completed while working with the Bobcats. She oversees a staff of nine and is the treasurer ofBobcats Charitable Foundation, Inc.

No stranger to start-up businesses or the sports entertainment industry, Allen held the position of director of accounting for Dale Earnhardt, Inc., where she planned and implemented an automated accountingsystem. Her professional career started in Washington, DC with the public accounting firm, Ernst & Whinney. She receivedher Certified Public Accountant’s License and practiced publicly for several years. She also served in the capacity of comptroller for Pallotti High School and Child Care Center, Inc in Laurel, Maryland. Allen’s experience spans into the healthcare industry as well, where she was senior auditor for Medlantic Management in Washington, DC and director of business services for Presbyterian Laboratory Services in Charlotte, NC.

She is a graduate of Howard University and has a daughter, Christin.

LaRita Barber manages the Bobcats’ comprehensive community outreach that includes programs focused on children and youth, health and fitness, literacy and arts and culture. She serves as president of the Bobcats Charitable Foundation, which supports worthynon-profit organizations serving children and youth. Barber also oversees the Foundation’s

signature fundraising event, the annual Charlotte Jumper Classic.Giving back to her community, Barber is a member of several boards, including the Central Piedmont Community

College Foundation, the Dell Curry Foundation, the University City Community Building Initiative and the University YMCA.She is also heavily involved with the Charlotte Chamber, United Way and the Charlotte area girl scouts.

Barber previously served as the senior associate director of the Urban Institute at UNC Charlotte, vice president of smallbusiness and area councils for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and the founding director of the internship program atQueens University. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Barber and her husband, Sam, have two sons, Julian and Jordan.

Kay Lowery joined the Bobcats in April of 2003 and is responsible for all aspects of theBobcats human resources practices, including recruiting, compensation, benefits and employeerelations.

Before joining the Bobcats she served as human resources manager for J.D. Edwards inCharlotte where she facilitated the human resources function during the company’s acquisition

of YOUcentric. She also was part of YOUcentric during that company’s beginning and implemented the company’s benefitsand human resources policies. Lowery worked for Berenfield Containers as human resources administrator and also workedfor the Daily Herald Newspaper’s human resources department in suburban Chicago. She holds a professional humanresources certification.

A graduate of the University of Iowa, Lowery is married to her husband, Mike.

The organization’s representative for developing local and state government relationshipsand ensuring diversity in the Bobcats’ business partnerships is Ed Lewis.

Before joining the organization, Lewis was vice president of corporate affairs for BET onJazz: The Jazz Channel. Lewis also worked in the cable industry for Telecommunications, Inc.(TCI); District Cablevision, Inc. and District Cable Advertising. Lewis joined BET networks in

1993 and served roles in network operations, consumer affairs and marketing.Lewis is on the Board of Directors at Theater Charlotte, WTVI Public Television and Bobby Phills Foundation, and is a

member of the Charlotte Rotary and 100 Black Men of Charlotte. He also serves on the advisory board for the Mint Museumand the Mint Museum of Craft and Design.

Lewis earned his bachelor of arts degree from Howard University and a master of arts from Occidental College. He hasfour children, Todd, Kimberly, Derek and Barry, and five grandchildren.

Ed LewisVICE PRESIDENT OF GOVERNMENT RELATIONS

Responsible for all radio, television and cable broadcasts for the organization, JohnGuagliano also manages the execution of all in-arena entertainment elements for Bobcatshome games, including the dance team, Bobcats mascot Rufus Lynx and game operations.

He joined the Bobcats from the Nashville Predators, where he held a similar position as vice president of broadcasting/game presentation. In that role he was responsible for all aspects of the Predatorsbroadcasting and game presentation, including radio, television and technical services for the team and GaylordEntertainment Center.

Guagliano has been recognized for his live sports programming production, winning Emmy Awards in 2001, 1997 and1996 and receiving Emmy nominations in 2000, 1999 and 1998. He also worked seven seasons with the Charlotte Hornetsfrom 1991-98. A 1990 graduate of Lynchburg College, Guagliano is married to his wife, Elizabeth.

An NBA veteran of more than 20 years, Tod Rosensweig oversees the sales and service of theteam’s corporate sponsorships and promotions.

Rosensweig has had a successful career with 30 years in the sports industry, including 21 years with the Boston Celtics, where he served in sales, marketing and public relations. After leaving the Celtics in 1995, Rosensweig served as general director of Olympic and event

marketing at John Hancock Financial Services, managing that company’s sponsorship of the Olympics and other sportsproperties, including the Boston Marathon. In 1998, he founded TRiumph Marketing, providing consulting services in sponsorship valuation and management to clients such as Sony and Sporting News Radio.

A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Rosensweig and his wife, Rebecca, have a daughter, Lauren, and twosons, Scott and Kyle.

Polly Pearce joined the Bobcats in May of 2004. She is responsible for coordinating allaspects of the team’s special events and game night logistics.

Prior to joining the Bobcats, Pearce worked for the Nashville Predators as the executivedirector of the Predators foundation and director of community relations for three years andthe marketing manager/special events for two years. She also spent 12 years with First Union

National Bank, first as an assistant branch manager and regional sales trainer in North Carolina and then as the salesconsultant and director of marketing in Nashville, Tennessee.

Pearce is a 1987 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Since joining the Bobcats in July 2003, Scott Leightman prepared the team’s extensivelead-up to its inaugural season and the first season through publicity campaigns and publicawareness. He oversees the organization’s basketball and non-basketball publicity and is theprimary liaison between the organization and the local, national and international media.Leightman coordinates interview requests for the team’s players, coaches and front office and

manages press conferences and media information.With the Bobcats, he aided in the team’s transition to the Charlotte Bobcats Arena and, along with his staff, created

the successful got mek? campaign that promoted Emeka Okafor’s candidacy for the 2004-05 NBA Rookie of the YearAward, which Okafor ultimately won.

Leightman joined the Bobcats from the Phoenix Suns, where he worked in the media relations area for five seasons,most recently as director of basketball communications. He was instrumental in the media push that helped AmareStoudemire become the 2003 NBA Rookie of the Year.

Before joining the Suns he was Sports Information Director at La Salle University for one year and spent three yearsas SID at Bloomsburg University.

Leightman gained his first entry to the NBA as an undergraduate by serving internships in the public relations officesof the New Jersey Nets and the NBA league office. He also assisted the public relations effort at the 1994 World Cup venuein New York/New Jersey.

Leightman serves on the board of directors for Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont.A 1992 graduate of Ithaca College, Leightman is married to his wife, Margo.

B.J. Evans was named public relations manager in March of 2004. He is involved with day-to-day media operations and assists with players and coaches interview requests. Evans isalso responsible for game-night media operations, writing press releases and assisting withcontent for all Bobcats publications and the team website.

Prior to joining the Bobcats, he spent two seasons as assistant director of sports media relations with the Miami Heat and was the media relations manager of the NBA Development League’s Asheville Altitudeduring its inaugural season in 2001-02, managing all of the team’s media relations functions.

Evans was the assistant commissioner for media relations at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) for three seasons and served as an NCAA Committee Representative for the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament from 1999-2001. Additionally, his experience includes stints as sports information director and game operations manager atNorth Carolina A&T and at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. During the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games inAtlanta, Ga., he served as tribune manager at the inaugural beach volleyball venue.

A Burlington, North Carolina native and a 1994 graduate of North Carolina A&T, Evans is married to his wife, Kyle.

Talyse Krolewicz joined the Bobcats in June 2004, in time to assist the team’s buildingprocess through the Expansion Selection and NBA Draft. In her role, she is responsible formedia credentials and publicity for the team’s off-the-court endeavors. Krolewicz also assistswith player and coach interview requests, writes press releases and provides content and editing for Bobcats publications and team website.

Prior to joining the Bobcats, Krolewicz worked in the public relations department for the Oakland Raiders. In that capacity, she wrote feature articles for the Raiders game program and assisted with the implementation of the team’s new credentialing system. Krolewicz also coordinated game day duties, including statistical information, notes and quotes.Her professional experience also includes public relations work with the Columbia Inferno, a member of the East CoastHockey League.

She received her bachelor and master’s degrees from the University of South Carolina. Krolewicz will marry her fiancéJason in May.

Pete Sousa provides overall support to the department, maintains the team’s historicalarchive, writes press releases and authors game notes.

Prior to joining the Bobcats, Sousa worked in the public relations office at USA Basketballwhere he assisted with USA Basketball’s website, wrote press releases and copy for publications and was the media relations representative for the 2004 USA Women’s Junior

World Championship Team and 2004 USA Men’s Junior National Team. He has also worked for The War Room/ Scouts Incorporated as a writer, providing content to The Sporting News for

their publications and website and to CBS’ NFL Today show. Sousa spent two years with SFX Sports Group as a footballrecruiter.

Sousa is a 1999 graduate of the University of Richmond.

Dell CurryDIRECTOR OF PLAYER PROGRAMS

A successful former NBA player, Dell Curry cultivates one-on-one relationships with Bobcatsplayers, providing guidance to help them develop life skills, both professionally and socially, andassists them in planning for life after basketball.

He began his tenure with the Bobcats in October of 2003 as director of basketball relations,serving in a multi-faceted role that included working in the organization’s public relations,

community relations and sales and marketing areas and serving as an advisor and scout on the team’s basketballoperations staff.

A 16-year NBA veteran, Curry was the first-ever pick by the Charlotte Hornets in the 1988 Expansion Draft and played10 seasons in the Queen City. Curry won the 1993-94 NBA Sixth Man of the Year award after he averaged a personal-best16.3 points. During his term in Charlotte he averaged 14.0 points on .462 shooting from the field, .405 from three-pointrange and .852 at the foul line, all higher than his career averages.

A former star at Virginia Tech, Curry is 14th on the NBA’s all-time chart for three-point field goal percentage (.402) and11th with 1,245 made three-pointers. In 1,083 career games, he averaged 11.7 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.8 assists whileshooting .457 from the field and .843 at the foul line.

Curry is well-known for his efforts in the Charlotte community. In 1998, he established the Dell Curry Foundation to offerskill-based programs and group living arrangements to youth and young adults in need of guidance and direction in planning and living quality lives. His foundation has opened five reading and learning centers in Charlotte to provide mentoring, educational and computer enrichment and literacy, drug abuse counseling, family wellness training, self-improvement skills, decision-making and team concept awareness.

An accomplished all-around athlete, Curry was a 14th round pick by the Baltimore Orioles in the 1985 Major LeagueBaseball Draft but opted to pursue an NBA career. He posted a 6-1 pitching record and a 3.81 ERA as a junior at VirginiaTech following the basketball season when he averaged 18.2 points and .482 shooting from the field. Curry was inducted tothe Hokies Sports Hall of Fame on October 25, 1996.

Curry and his wife, Sonya, have two sons, Stephen and Seth, and one daughter, Sydell.

NBA PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMThe NBA’s Player Development Program was designed to aide players with life skills training and development, player

counseling and assistance, and education and career transition. The program’s overall mission is to help NBA players realize their potential both on and off the court through comprehensive educational programming and critical support services and mentoring. The program consists of three major categories:

• Life Skills Training and Development: Designed to enhance players’ awareness and decision-making abilities and contribute to their character development and growth.

• Player Counseling and Assistance: Designed to provide a confidential and supportive environment to help playersand their families cope with difficult periods in their lives.

• Education and Career Transition: Designed to transition players into the league, continuing education and prepare forcareers after professional basketball by exposing them to the tools and experiences necessary to be a success in theNBA and in their post-NBA lives.
