The multi-disciplinary theme of the conference, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the first step ofNeil Amstrong on The Moon, will cover space observationsand spectroscopic signatures of molecules andnanostructures (in the environments of comets, exoplanets, cosmic dusts etc.) to experimental simulationsof their formations in the laboratory. Typically, such studiesassociate in a synergetic way plasma and molecularphysics, surface science, nanosciences, quantum chemistry, laboratory astrophysics and astronomy. Furthermore, sessions will be devoted to neurosciences and molecularbiology, since nanosciences play a key role in thedevelopment of these disciplines. The conference will be attended both by nanoscienceexperts and by astronomers.

The incursion of science into the nano-world and into theworld of low dimensionality for several decades has led toa new vision of the properties of matter with extraordinaryrepercussions in a large number of scientific fields. Themulti and interdisciplinary themes to be presented in thisconference will cover broad fields of current scienceranging from observations of the spectroscopic signaturesof molecules and nanostructures in space environments(stellar dusts, comets, exoplanets, ...) to the experimentalsimulations of their laboratory formation. This type ofstudy is carried out in synergy with atomic, molecular andplasma physics, nanosciences, quantum physicochemistryand astrophysics, and laboratory astrochemistry. Inaddition, sessions will present recent results of thecontribution of nanoscience in the development ofneuroscience and biology.
