What is our product ?Our product is a lifebuoy, optimized for better holding onto, while waiting for the rescue team. It is able to transform into small connectable worm-shaped liferafts.

Problems of conventional products With the traditional lifebuoy, the victim has to hold on tight to the ring without any support and the rescue might need more than 24 hours to reach the victim. In this situation, usually victims get tired of waiting and might not be able to hold the lifebuoy anymore. Moreover people drift apart because of the waves, so it takes a long time for the rescue team to collect all the victims.
Frog solution By equipping certain surfaces with the fluid-effective material, people can hold on it, even if they are to weak to hold on for a long time. By opening the lifebuoys, up to 3 people can hold on to the ‚rescue worm‘. The ‚worms‘ can be connected to form groups of people to stay together and not drifting apart. These functions increase the chance of saving more lifes in a shorter time.
