full-time student taking 6.1 or more units per semester. Nonresident tuition fees are calculated at an additional $396

AM I ELIGIBLE?To determine admission eligibility, applications will be evaluated on coursework (A-G courses), including the grade point average of 10th and 11th grade, as well as extracurricular activities and leadership.
Applications will first be reviewed to see if they are CSU-eligible. If they are, then the applications will be reviewed by the specific campuses that the student has applied to.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTSAt minimum, freshmen applicants must meet the CSU eligibility requirements, including graduation from high school and completion of the following A-G courses with a “C-” or better. "P/CR" grades will be accepted during the Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall 2020 semester and in the Winter, Spring and Summer 2021 semester. Some majors may require more than the CSU minimum requirements.
A-G COLLEGE PREPARATORY COURSE REQUIREMENTS
WHERE TO APPLYcalstate.edu/applyNon-refundable application fee of $70
History/Social Sciences 2 years required One year of U.S. history or one semester of U.S. history and one semester of civics or American government AND one year of social science.
English 4 years required Four years of college-preparatory English. No more than one year of English as a Second Language (ESL).
Mathematics 3 years required (4 years recommended) Three years including Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, or Common Core Integrated Math I, II, III.
Laboratory Science 2 years required One biological and one physical science.
Language other than English 2 years required Two years of the same language other than English.
Visual & Performing Arts (VPA) 1 year required One year (two semesters) from one of the following disciplines: dance, drama or theater, music, or visual art.
College Preparatory Elective 1 year required One year in addition to the required A-G courses listed above.
Career Technical Education (CTE) can be used to meet any of the subject area requirements.
