As a special treat, we added a splash of citrus flavor and aroma by adding Citra hops to this locally sourced brew.

Beer 2: Chap, British Mild, 3.6% A small batch british mild. Malt forward and clean.

A wheat beer brewed with Maine sea water, coriander and lactobacillus for a tart, minerally character.

A collaboration with Proclamation Ale Company, brewed with Maine-grown malts and fermented with a mixed culture from Proclamation.

ALLAGASH BREWING COMPANY

Beer 1: Cuvee D’Industrial, Sour Ale Aged in Oak Barrels, 7.5%

Cuvée d’Industrial is comprised of a blend of select barrels from our wild beer cellar. The various components varied in age from 1-5 years and were aged in a mix of American and French oak barrels. The resulting beer is light golden in color and displays a broad complexity of flavors. Aromas of tropical fruit, vanilla, and anise lead into malty oak flavors and a clean tart finish.

Beer 2: Allagash White, Belgian Wheat Ale, 5.1%

Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.

Beer 3: Saison, Belgian Style Ale, 6.1%

A golden hued beer brewed with a 2-Row blend and malted rye. Fermented with a French farmhouse yeast strain, this beer exhibits traditional saison notes of spice and tropical fruit in the aroma. Citrus and a peppery spice dominate the flavor and make way for a pleasant malt character. Saison is full bodied with a surprisingly dry finish.

VIP Session Beer: Confluence Ale, Mixed Fermentation Ale, 7.5%

Confluence Ale is created with hybrid fermentation; utilizing our house Belgian ale yeast in combination with our proprietary, local Brettanomyces yeast strain. This beer is a product of both imported pilsner and domestic pale malts and a portion of caramel malt, creating a complex malty profile. Tettnang and Glacier hops are added in the brew process, balancing the intricate malty profile with a sweet and spicy citrus aroma. It is dry hopped with glacier hops right before bottling, providing a pleasant balance of aromas.

Homegrown Beer Competition: Riverton, Pale Ale, 6.0%

A moderately hoppy pale ale brewed with all Maine Grown Grain. Brewed with a combination of 2 row malt from Buck Farms in Mapleton, and Raw Wheat and Rolled Oats from Maine Grains, and dry hopped with Maine Grown Cascades from Alna Hop Farm.

TRÖEGS BREWING COMPANY

Beer 1: Perpetual IPA, Imperial Pale Ale, 7.5%

At Tröegs, artisanal meets mechanical in a state of IPA we call Perpetual. Cycling through our HopBack vessel and dry-hopping method, this bold Imperial Pale Ale emerges rife with sticky citrus rind, pine balm and tropical fruit.

Beer 2: Troegenator, Double Bock, 8.2%

Monks had fasting figured out. No food? No problem. Just drink a Double Bock. Thick and chewy with intense notes of caramel, chocolate and dried stone fruit, ‘Nator (as we call him) serves as a tribute to this liquid bread style.

Beer 3: Sunshine Pils, German-style Pilsner, 4.5%  

The sun's role dominates the Hop Cycle as vines grow before the human eye and budding hop cones reach maturity beneath the sun's rays. Sunshine Pils combines the refreshing snap of a Euro-style Pilsner with an assertive hop character. Crisp. Hoppy. Pilsner. VIP Session Beer: Scratch #194, Gose, 4% Gose is a top-fermented wheat beer punctuated by a refreshing citrusy tartness and a hint of salt. The salty component complements another key ingredient of the style - coriander. Also known as "cilantro", this potent spice introduces the zesty lemon-like citrus flavor for which the beer is recognized.

Beer 1: Tributary Pale Ale, 5.2%

A light, refreshing, and crisp ale made with Nugget, Warrior & Centennial hops and Maine malt. Dry hopped with with Citra, Warrior & CTZ hops.

Beer 2: Tributary Wit Bier, 4.8%

Brewed with 45% malted wheat and some raw wheat, with additions of fruit, both sweet & bitter orange, and spices, coriander & pepper.

FUNKY BOW BREWERY AND BEER CO.

Beer 1: So Folkin Hoppy IPA, 6.5%

A fresh IPA with hints of citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruit notes. A nice light caramel malt backbone to balance this out nicely.

Beer 2: G-String Pale Ale, 5.5%

A light and crisp pale ale, a little on the hoppy side. The aroma is lightly floral with some citrus notes. The flavor is citrusy and piney with hints of coriander. All and all a well-balanced and delicious pale ale.

Beer 3: Midnight Special Coffee Porter, 8% ABV

Brewed using Wicked Joe Coffee, full bodied, creamy and smooth. The first impression is a nice flavor of chocolate and dark malt sweetness. Coffee forward, the coffee is smooth and blends in nicely with the porter malts. The finish is slightly dry, clean and smooth.

VIP Session Beer: Jam Session IPA, 5.3% ABV

A sessionable IPA. Full flavored with notes of light citrus, pine, and pineapple.

JACK’S ABBY BREWING CO.

Beer 1: Smoke and Dagger, Smoked Black Lager, 5.8%

A black lager with a small portion of beechwood smoked malt.

Beer 2: Hoponius Union, India Pale Lager, 6.7%

A citrusy IPL bursting with loads of late addition hops. Fermented cold and conditioned, making way for a clean and crisp lager finish.

Beer 3: Copper Legend, Marzen, 5.8%

A German-style Marzen, this beer is designed to be easy drinking and full of flavor. Malty, dry, and lightly hopped with Tettnang, Hallertau, and Saaz

Beer 4: Mass Rising, 2x India Pale Lager, 8%

Bitter and floral, this 2xIPL will be sure to wake up your palate. 2013 GABF gold medal winner in the strong beer category.

PENNESSEEWASSEE BREWING COMPANY

Beer 1: Pennesseewassee Pale Ale, 4.5%

Made with Maine-grown Cascade hops (Chinook and U.S. Fuggles hops is in there too). This is an Americanized traditional English Pale Ale that is unfiltered and naturally carbonated. Tawny in color and light in taste, its finish is crisp but not overpowering.

Beer 2: Bolster's Brew Honey Brown Ale, 6.3%

Made with Maine-grown Elderberry and Maine grown Cascade hops (some Northern Brewer hops in there, too). Bolster's Brew is unfiltered, naturally carbonated, and balanced to avoid the cloying sweetness found in many fruit-enhanced ales.

PENOBSCOT BAY BREWERY

Beer 1: Tap Into Summer Blond Ale #4, 5%

Brewed with Maine Malt House 2 Row Newdale Pale malt, Crystal and Cara Pils malt for grains, hopped with Centennial, El Dorado and Citra. The taste is smooth, fruity and slightly sweet. IBUs 22.

Beer 2: Mountain Man, Double India Pale Ale, 9.5%

Pale and Crystal malt for grains, brewed with Warrior, Simcoe, and Columbus hops in the boil, and then dry hopped with Simcoe and Columbus. IBUs 100+.

Beer 3: Half Moon Stout, 5.5%

Pale, Crystal, Chocolate and Wheat malt, and a large portion of Roasted Barley. Fuggles and Perle for hops. Full bodied stout with a heavy aroma of fresh roasted coffee. Smooth and creamy. IBUs 44.

VIP Session Beer: Humble B Honey Ginger Lager, 4.9%

"Light Munich", cold conditioned. Lager malt with a touch of wheat, 4 1/2# ground fresh ginger for spice and 90# local Winterport honey for delicious flavor and sweetness. Lightly hopped with local Cascade, Hallertau and Tettnanger. IBUs 14.2.

VON TRAPP BREWING

Beer 1: Vienna Style Lager, 5.2%

Named after the city in which it originated, our Vienna lager is brewed using a decoction boiling process. Munich, Pilsner and Vienna malts are used, which add depth to its amber color. Subtle hops, crisp, with residual sweetness. 33 IBU.

Beer 2: Bohemian Style Pilsner, 5.4%

The Bohemian Pilsner is light straw to golden in color. A touch of Munich malt is added to give the beer a sweet caramel finish. It is smooth and crisp with a clean malty aroma. We use Saaz and Perle hops: providing a predominant peppery bitterness and spicy floral aroma. Bitterness is on the high end, but balanced out well. We lager in cold storage for 30 days to help produce a smooth finish for this complex lager. 42 IBU.

VIP Session Beer: Helles Golden Lager, 4.9%

Our lightest offering, “Helles” is German for “bright.” It is golden in color, and is a crisp, easy drinking beer for all occasions, a true session lager. The spicy hop characters are a bit more subdued and in balance with hops. It is our only lager that is filtered. 20 IBU.

LIBERTY CRAFT BREWING

Beer 1: Night Cap, Imperial Coffee Porter, 7%

7 malts 5 hops, complex yet very balanced.

Beer 2: Blueberry Beah, Ale, 5.1%

Caramel ale infused with blueberries raked on Uncle Jamie’s Farm in Liberty, Maine. Weiss yeast, subtle hops, not too sweet. All natural ingredients.

Beer 3: Tunk Spruce Ale, Triple S, Ale, Untested

Summit hops, Santiam hops, Spruce tips. Harvested from the woods in the back yard.

SHEEPSCOT VALLEY BREWING CO.

Beer 1: Pemaquid Ale, 5%

A malty Scottish ale, made with East Kent Goldings hops, a blend of 6 different malts, and Scottish ale yeast.

Beer 2: Mad Goose Belgian Pale Ale, 5%

My 20th anniversary ale. I last brewed this beer 17 years ago. Brewed with Hallertau and Czech Saaz hops. A blend of 3 different malts and Deconnick yeast.

MAINE BEER COMPANY

Beer 1: Lunch, IPA, 7%

Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance. Hops: Warrior, Amarillo, Centennial, Simcoe; Malt: American 2-Row, CaraPils, Caramel 40L, Munich 10L, Red Wheat

Beer 2: Another One, IPA, 7%

Intensely hoppy American IPA, Another One has a very clean malt palate, leaving little but hoppy resins on the tongue, and finishes dry and crisp. Hops: Warrior, Cascade, Citra, Simcoe; Malt: American 2-Row, Red Wheat, Carapils.

Beer 3: A Tiny Beautiful Something, Pale Ale, 5.5%

A Tiny Beautiful Something showcases a new hop variety, El Dorado. We decided that the El Dorado has such a unique and interesting character on its own, so we brewed this beer as a “single hop” pale ale. The aroma and flavor offer intense candied orange and citrus zest. A touch of flaked oats provide a rounded, silky mouthfeel. And like our other hoppy offerings, tiny was brewed to finish dry and clean. Hops: Warrior, El Dorado; Malt: American 2-Row, CaraPils, Caramel 40L & Flaked Oats 10L.

VIP Session Beer: Pilot 7, Hoppy Lager, 5.5%

A balanced combination of a traditional German lager and a bright hoppy American Pale Ale. Hops: Perle, Safir, Hallertau (all German) and Citra (US) - Citra dry hop; Malts: Bohemian Floor Malted Pilsner Malt, Carahell, Carared (all German); Yeast: San Francisco Lager yeast.

FARNHAM ALE & LAGER

Beer 1: 42, Pale Ale, 4.5%

An unfiltered, naturally cloudy pale with an amber hue. Malty mid-palate, but leaves the hops in the spotlight to showcase notes of tropical fruit and citrus. The perfect summer crusher.

Beer 2: 128, Double India Pale Ale, 7%

This American-inspired double IPA uses the “3 C’s” (Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook) to provide bitterness that doesn’t overpower the malt bill. 128 IBUs, yet clean enough to taste citrus and fruit notes.

VIP Session Beer: 12, Hefeweizen, 5.2%

An unfiltered wheat beer – naturally cloudy, fruity flavor with light banana esters at the finish.

Beer 1: Taint Town Pale Ale, 4.75%

Named for KBC's location..."Taint Kennebunk, Taint the 'Port." A classic English-style Pale Ale with subtle balance between caramel malt sweetness, and herbal, piney hops.

Beer 2: Independence Ale, 4.2%

A crisp, golden "session" Pale Ale with clean floral/citrus hop notes. Brewed with a fine blend of British and domestic hop varieties.

Beer 3: Bluefin Stout, 5.1%

KENNEBEC RIVER BREWERY

Beer 1: Kennebec Summer Ale, 4.8%

A sublime American pale ale crafted with Maine-grown, Maine-malted barley, fresh whole cone hops from the Pacific Northwest and lemon zest. Refreshing and highly quaffable!

Beer 2: Magic Hole IPA, 6%

A copper colored, American style India Pale Ale. The aggressive bitter bite comes from a generous infusion of Magnum hops, with late additions of a variety of whole cone hops adding an earthy hop flavor and aroma. Dry hopping adds to this brews bold hop aroma.

ORONO BREWING COMPANY

Beer 1: Ozone IPA, 6.1%

78 IBU. A light malt body allows the awesome hop flavor and aroma to star. Mosaic, Amarillo, and Topaz in the whirlpool, with a huge dry-hopped dose of Galaxy and Mosaic. Huge citrus and tropical flavors with lots of resiny hop character as well.

Beer 2: Amorica Stout, 7%

50 IBU. Big American stout. Rich, roasty, full-flavored, and nicely warming. Heavily dosed with a blend of roasted malts starring GoldPils Vienna for a full malt character. Flaked oats from Maine Grains adds pleasant depth and mouth feel. Solid additions of Mt. Hood, Northern Brewer, and Chinook hops balance it all out.

Beer 3: Existential Crisis Hibiscus Saison, 5.1%

27 IBU. Belgian Saison yeast from the Brasserie Dupont Brewery delivers complex flavor and aroma. Featuring Citra hops for an added dose of tropical fruit and citrus. Hibiscus added during the whirlpool gives a pink hue and a lemony-tart and berry-rich impression.

Beer 4: Dream Job Session Pale Ale, 4.7%

39 IBU. Brewed in collaboration with Central Street Farmhouse! Old school flavor from Northern Brewer hops in the whirlpool, with added flavor and aroma from dry-hopping with Topaz and Centennial. US Pale and Goldpils Vienna malts create a solid base.

VIP Session Beer: Half Light, Saison, 5%

Half Light is a saison fermented with traditional saison yeast and brettanomyces. Light bodied, dry, slightly tart, and very complex. Flavors of orange zest and grapefruit complemented by an earthy, spicy finish.

Beer 2: Avery Peak 4088, 3.8%

A seasonal summer wheat ale that pours a slightly hazy golden color with a foamy white head. The essence of orange shouts out through the infusion of orange peel, as the skins of this summery fruit deliver a refreshing explosion of citrus. In addition to hops, it is spiced with coriander, contributing to a dry, lingering aftertaste with a herbal tartness. Made with local grains from Maine Malthouse and Maine Grains.

Beer 3: Jailbreak Chocolate Chili Stout, 7.6%

A full bodied stout, midnight in color with a creamy off white head. A supreme smoothness is attributed to the addition of Maine Grain oats to the mash. This smooth stout has notes of rich chocolate, roasted coffee and smoky sweetness imparted from the roasted malts and chocolate nibs used in the brew. New Mexico's Chimayo chili offers a slight heat to the finish.
