1. Immediately fill in the form number on this page of the Test Booklet with Blue/Black Ball Point Pen.
2. The test is of 3 hours duration. The Test Booklet consists of 90 questions. The Maximum Marks are 300.
3. The answer sheet, a machine-gradable Objective Response Sheet(ORS), is provided separately.4. Do not fold or make any stray marks on the Objective Response Sheet(ORS).
5. No extra sheets will be provided for rough work. The rough work needs to be done in the space provided.
6. No candidate is allowed to carry any textual material, printed or written, bits of papers, mobile phone any electronic device etc, exceptthe Identity Card inside the examination hall/room.
7. Use Blue/Black Ball Point Pen only for writting particulars/marking responses on Side–1 and Side–2 of the Response Sheet. Useof pencil is strictly prohibited.

8. Question Paper Format and Marking scheme :
(a) There are three parts in the question paper 1,2,3 consisting of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics having 30 Questionsin each part with two section, Section-I and Section-II.Section -I Contains 20 multiple choice questions. Each question has four choices (A), (B), (C) and (D) out of which ONLY ONE iscorrect.
Section-II This section contains 10 questions Candidates have to attempt any 5 questions out of 10. If more than 5 questions areattempted, then only first 5 attempted questions will be evaluated. The answer to each question is a Numerical Value.
(b) For each question in Section-I, you will be awarded +4 marks if you darken all the bubble(s) corresponding to only the correctanswer(s) and zero mark if no bubbles are darkened. In all other cases minus one (–1) mark will be awarded.
For each question in Section-II, you will be awarded +4 marks for correct answer and Zero marks for wrong answer.
9. On completion of the test, the candidate must hand over the Answer Sheet to the invigilator on duty in the Room/Hall. However, thecandidate are allowed to take away this Test Booklet with them.
