TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTRE Diesel Locomotive Works, Varanasi Annual Training Calendar 2015-16 Foreword Keeping in view the changing requirements of Human Resource Development through training in- line with our vision and total quality management, all out efforts are being made to impart training to Indian Railway personnel by Technical Training Centre, DLW, Varanasi. Training needs as identified by various AU in-charges as per Para 3.4 of our QMS, EMS & OHSMS Manuals document No. QHSEP-Training, has been incorporated in Annual Training Calendar 2015-16. Few training needs, identified by AU in-charges, however, could not be included in the calendar. Efforts are being made to organize these training(s) through outside training agencies. All AU in-charges are requested to ensure timely nomination of staffs and their release for training at TTC so that training needs as indentified by them are fulfilled. Annual Training Calendar 2015-16

Foreword Keeping in view the changing requirements of Human Resource Development through training in-

line with our vision and total quality management, all out efforts are being made to impart training

to Indian Railway personnel by Technical Training Centre, DLW, Varanasi.

Training needs as identified by various AU in-charges as per Para 3.4 of our QMS, EMS & OHSMS

Manuals document No. QHSEP-Training, has been incorporated in Annual Training Calendar 2015-16.

Few training needs, identified by AU in-charges, however, could not be included in the calendar.

Efforts are being made to organize these training(s) through outside training agencies.

All AU in-charges are requested to ensure timely nomination of staffs and their release for training

at TTC so that training needs as indentified by them are fulfilled.

Suggestions for the improvement, if any, are welcome.
