FOOD LICENSING: Information for OMMA Licensed Dispensaries and Processors Dispensaries and processors licensed by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) are required to obtain a food license if they produce or sell any edible medical marijuana products. This license is not obtained through OMMA. APPLY 1. Visit food.health.ok.gov 2. Select one: For Dispensaries - “Food Service/Retail” For Processors - “Manufactured” 3. Select “Apply for a Plan Review Application”. 4. Submit the plan review application to the appropriate health department contact. What license is needed? Dispensaries who are selling edible medical marijuana products will need to apply for and obtain a Food Retail license. Processors who are producing edible medical marijuana products will need to apply for and obtain a Food Manufacturing license. Businesses who have both licenses need to speak with a food license representative about the necessary licensing (see contacts). FOOD LICENSING: Information for OMMA Licensed Dispensaries and Processors

Dispensaries and processors licensed by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) are required to obtain a food license if they produce or sell any edible medical marijuana products. This license is not obtained through OMMA.
