A door with no road leading up to it, with lights and
the night creating an isolated atmosphere, the photo
is not only about the serenity in San Salvi, but also
a reminder of similar forgotten corners in the world.

The illusion of time is represented in these six images.
As water fills the bottle, it becomes the medium
of time. Therefore, time fills the space. I chose to
present time in the most simplistic of ways by only
changing the amount of water in the bottle.
Ironically, this piece gave me the ability to control time,
even though I lack a good sense of time in my daily life.

Municipality of Gaiole in Chianti Town Logo Design
Using minimalist language, I wanted to represent the
essence of Gaiole, introducing their two most important
symbols – the river (water) in blue and wine in red.
The two are held by a green outlined box, to symbolize
their care for nature. Because of simplicity of execution,
I added the name of the town in a simple sans serif font.

Municipality of Gaiole in Chianti Town Logo Design
In this design solution, I wanted to represent the tradition
of Gaiole through its roots, combined with the modernity
of the town through a modern G and sustainable principles
through the use of the color green. The balance between the
two colors represents the balance in the Gaiole lifestyle.

Vinicollina Tesini WineryWine Label Design
My concept is designed to give
personality to the two prosecco
products while keeping them
connected to one another for the
consumer to easily recognize the
relationship between the two labels.
The names of the prosecco
are handwritten with a brush
stroke to represent elegance,
edginess, and exclusivity.

During project research, we noticed that the
female market has great potential in the U.S.
“Lila” reminded me of an elegant woman.
The label helps to communicate elegance to
the customer who consumes this product.
And where there’s an elegant woman, we can
imagine a gentleman to accompany her.
Fa’brio sounds like a man’s name, you can almost
imagine him sipping the prosecco with a smile.

Commuter Cruet
The balsamic container inside is held
in place slightly higher in the center
of the oil by a removable support
ring, which sits f irmly in the notched
rim of the oil container. The balsamic
held in the center allows for the
screw on lid to create a tight seal
around the balsamic for the oil to
flow around keeping the two liquids
apart. The shape of the balsamic
vinegar container is an abstracted
form of the traditional balsamic
bottle, and achieved by a injection
stretch blow mold technique. This
technique allows for the sculptural
shape of both containers with a
sustainable medium of Eastman.

Girandola
“Girandola”, which means pinwheel
in Italian, was the inspiration for the
shape and concept of the containers.
Girandola is the ultimate container for
eating on-the-go. Made with a BPA-free,
insulated copolyester plastic, it is durable,
light, and easy to wash. There are three
different sizes of modular containers that
can be easily assembled and organized to
hold food for two to six people.
Each container has a lid and fits into
each other, and secured with a system of
rods and pegs that locks for maximum
guarantee of no leaking. The triangular
containers rotate around the central rod,
allowing many dishes to be accessed at
one time. To unlock the system, the handle
is pushed down and rotated 90 degrees
counter-clockwise and pulled up.

Neon - A new glass experience
The Neon is a series of glasses for a party setting. The series is composed of
f ive different kinds of glasses where each one of them is specific to a type
of alcoholic drink. These drinks include wine, beer, whiskey, champagne,
and cocktails. The glasses are composed of two pieces. The inner part of
the key feature of the product that identifies with the drink. The outer
piece has a generic shape, which helps emphasize the use of the glass.
As a reinforcement of such an idea, the use of color becomes very
important within the design. There are six colors used, each one for each
of the classes. Five of the colors are warm and range between yellow and
the red. The sixth color is turquoise, which was applied to the cocktail
glass. The use and combination of two pieces to compose each of the
glasses identified the product as sustainble. This is the case because
the inner and outer piece can be “unsnappped” apart and recycled
separately depending on the color and composition of the material.
The Neon is composed of acrylic glass from
PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate).

Onda
ONDA is a disposable party plate
made of eco-friendly, fast-growing
bamboo and sugarcane waste (usually
a byproduct and discarded).
This material allows for an extremely
thin product that can be recycled
and used as compost. The product
is lightweight, sturdy, and multi-
functional. There are several grip
areas for the ease and comfort of
the user as well as a compartment
for utensils, cup holder, two sides
for food and one main food area.
Not only is ONDA sustainable and
highly functional, it is aesthetically
pleasing with an organic shape
made by 6 curved compartments
that meet a single plane.

1910 Revolucion Mexicana
A restaurant with rustic Mexican food, a place created to be
inspired for people who want to be free and rebellious in their
own way. A place that besides offering you traditional homemade
food, with prices compatible with the student budget.
It ’s a place that also characterizes the concept itself.
A place to come with friends, know more about the Mexican
revolution and revolutions around the world.
A comfortable place to have unwind with great food and drinks, to
enjoy an aperitivo. The target is for students and young professionals.
The decor of the place is original, with long communal tables, rustic
but comfortable furniture. Information is integrated to the tablecloth
(in a creative and artistic way, the Mexican Revolution is featured in
black and white) while music and large photo illustrations linked to the
historic period with music provide a social message to the public.

Come Home
The driving concept behind Come
Home is the fusion of Italian location
and culture, and the fresh, versatile
taste and culture of Thailand
into one cohesive pace. The materials
used within the restaurant reflect
mid-century modern Italian design.
Some of these materials include
exposed brick, patterned tile,
mid-century modern furniture
used for seating, and exposed
storage. The use of exposed storage
is an organizational and design-
related choice that is relevant
both in Italian and Thai design.
