Nick CuadradoMANAGING DIRECTOR
His extensive career has spanned more than a decade and taken him across the globe. From working with Starwood & IHG to launching China Grill for The Westin Hotel, Nick has an enviable level of F&B experience.
After 9 years in London Nick headed to Dubai, bringing the renowned brand Reform Social with him. Today, his award winning concepts are some of the best known restaurants in the UAE & during his tenure at Jumeriah Restaurant Group.

Danio began his hospitality career in Switzerland working in prestigious 5 star hotels, before moving to China and finally relocating to the UAE.
Working at Meraas Holdings Danio oversaw the operations of Poco Loco and Big Chefs JBR as well as the opening of Big Chefs Riverland.
Simon DukeHEAD OF BUSINESS
Working with notable operators & hoteliers such as Emirates, Jumeirah & Nakheel throughout his career, Simon has passionately developed & opened striking F&B destinations.
Having lived in the Middle East for more than 20 years he possesses extensive regional experience in F&B construction and has worked on some of the UAE’s most recognised projects.
