(TA) Needs Assessment Survey. We see FFY 2019 as a capacity building year to prepare for new

guidance in FFY 2020-22. Our goal is to assess your training and technical assistance needs so that

we can provide timely and meaningful support now and as you begin to implement your FFY 2020-

2022 Integrated Work Plan (IWP). Please consider the notes below and submit this survey by Friday,
