1. When is open enrollment? October 3 - October 18, 2018 2. How much do benefits cost? You will find the complete array of benefits options available to you, as well as the benefits rates, on the Mercer Marketplace website within the Benefits Guide located under Resource Center. 3. What happens if I don’t enroll? Or miss the enrollment period? This is a passive enrollment year. That means if you do nothing, your current benefits will roll over to next year. If you don’t make the changes you need during the enrollment period, you will have to wait until next year to make changes effective January 1, 2020, unless you have a qualifying life event. Note: Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts elections DO NOT roll over, so you must make a new election for 2019 if you want to participate. 4. What is a qualifying life event? If you get married or divorced, have a baby, or lose coverage you may be able to make changes to your coverage outside of the annual enrollment period. But you must change your benefits within 30 days of that qualifying event. For more information, visit SYKESbenefits. All benefits premiums are deducted from each paycheck, so every 2 weeks. 12. Are there any changes to existing plans? There are no changes to the medical and dental plans, however our vision plan provider is transitioning from EyeMed to United Health Care. We’re also switching from Aflac to Colonial Life for voluntary benefits in order to help you get more bang for your buck. Colonial Life offers the same great service with plans that provide better coverage at a lower price tag. 13. What are the benefits to getting a high deductible health plans (HDHP)? When you select an HDHP, youget access to all sorts of great perks. You must choose an HDHP to be eligible for Real Appeal (ournew FREE! Weight loss program), Health Advocate, and the FREE Colonial Life Hospital Indemnityplan.

14. What is a hospital indemnity plan? A hospital indemnity plan provides supplemental payments that youcan use towards your deductible, when you might have a hospital stay, ambulance service, surgery,and certain inpatient or outpatient treatments. If you enroll in the $2,500 or $4,500 deductible plan,this employee-only coverage is 100% paid for by SYKES.

15. Can I enroll in Life Insurance during Annual Enrollment? Change my beneficiaries? Yes. SYKES is proudto provide you with a base level of term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance at nocost to you. Visit SYKESbenefits.sykes.com to see your coverage level. You can choose to purchaseadditional coverage for yourself, along with your spouse and children during open enrollment, plusdesignate your beneficiary or beneficiaries.Note: You may be subject to completing a personal health application with The Hartford prior toapproving your election.

16. Will I be able to enroll in Colonial Life Voluntary benefits during Annual Enrollment?The Colonial Life Enrollment Period is October 5 to November 24, 2018

SYKES Site Employees: A Colonial Life representative will be available on site during the Colonial Life enrollment period to explain the costs and coverages and help you enroll. You can also review available benefits, FAQs and other resources at: http://www.visityouville.com/en/SykesBenefits

17. What is the new Mercer Financial Wellness benefit? You can set yourself up for financial successby electing this new benefit which has tools like credit score management, budgeting, retirementsolutions, student loan refinancing, and much more. There is no cost to elect, but there are feesassociated with some of the services.

18. What is Real Appeal? Real Appeal is a free* and convenient 52-week online weight-loss programdesigned to help you lose weight and reduce your risk of developing certain diseases like diabetesand cardiovascular disease. Most members lose an average of 10 pounds after completing only foursessions of the program.

19. What other benefits are available? Visit Mercer Marketplace online to learn about a lot of other greatbenefits options:

Legal – Get economical access to attorneys for common legal services such as will preparation, estate planning, family law and more - just a phone call away.

Identity Theft Protection – Identity theft protection services protect you against the damage of identity theft with identity monitoring, fraud detection, and restoration in the event of theft.

Pet Insurance – Nationwide pet insurance gives you peace of mind, and is a cost-e�ective way to protect you from the risk of expenses associated with medical care for your pet.

20. If I complete and submit my benefits selection, but decide later that I need to make a change, can I dothat? Changes can be made to any of your benefit selections at any time during the enrollment period.Simply return to the Mercer 365 website to make your changes. After the open enrollment period ends,you can only change your benefit selections if you have a qualifying life event.

21. If I leave SYKES, when will my benefits coverage end? All benefits coverage ends at 11:59 pm on thedate you terminate your employment with SYKES. Our COBRA vendor, Discovery Benefits, will prepareand mail you election and cost information within 30 days, so you can determine if you would like tocontinue participating in coverage at your own cost. Should you decide to elect coverage, benefits willbe e�ective as of your termination date so you will have no break in coverage.

22. Are SYKES benefits linked? (For example, if I don’t take medical, can I still elect vision or dental) SYKESbenefits are not linked together. You can elect or decline coverage for each benefit independently.
