FALL PROGRAM 12 Week Fall Program – Aug 31 thru Nov 22 – $395

! 100 coached sessions to choose from in Manhattan + Brooklyn Manhattan…

! TUESDAYS: o Intermediate Bike – 6:00-7:15am with Coach Beth – Central Park, 100.CPW o Advanced Bike – 6:00-7:15am with Coach Tara – Central Park, 100.CPW

! WEDNESDAYS:

o Run – 6:00-7:15am with Coach Matt – Central Park, 72.CPE

! FRIDAYS: o Run – 6:00-7:15am with Coach Isang – Central Park, Columbus Circle

! SATURDAYS:

o Bike – 9:00am until… with Various Coaches (some Saturdays meet earlier) – Jersey Side of GWB

! SUNDAYS: o Swim – 9:00-10:00am with Coach Ray (pool is closed Sept 7-30) – Riverbank State Park o Run – 10:15am with Teammates – Riverbank State Park

! TUESDAYS: o Run – 6:00-7:15am with Coach Harry – Prospect Park, GAP

! WEDNESDAYS:

o Bike – 6:00-7:15am with Coaches David + Ed – Prospect Park, GAP

! THURSDAYS: o Swim – 6:00-7:15am with Coach Ben – St Francis College

! FRIDAYS:

o Strength Run – 6:00-7:15am with Coach Laura (Sept 4, 11, 18, 25, Oct 2, 30, Nov 6, 20) – GAP

Special Add On Events… There will be special events such as open water swim on Sept 13…see training schedule for details.

NOTES

" Payable: Always via paypal to “[email protected]

" Initiation Fee: New triathletes pay a $295 initiation fee, which includes Tri Kit (tri shorts and tank top), 2 water bottles, sun visor, swim cap, and personalized transition bag. If just signing up for cycling, the kit is mandatory. You just let us know what you want to order, no initiation fee.

" Payment Plans: We will accommodate payment plans, but without discounts.

" Weekends/Weekdays Only: Half price, must be paid in full, no discounts.

" Limited Membership: Athletes may join for select sessions. For instance, choose 20 workouts you are able to attend during the Fall Program and pay $15 x 20 sessions, paid in full prior to the start of the program.

" Swim, Bike, or Run Only: Athletes may join for 1 or 2 disciplines only. $15 per session x the number of

sessions you want to do. Paid in full prior to the start of the program.

" Drop-in sessions: $20 – payable in advance. Cannot pre-pay for multiple sessions, only one at a time.

" Guest Policy: All guests must fill out the athlete profile and sign a waiver. This information is to be sent to Laura, prior to participation. Guest fees must be paid in advance of training.

" Team Lipstick Kit: Must be worn for ALL bike sessions, as coaches need to see you from afar.

" No Refunds: Credit will be issued towards future training sessions within the same calendar year.

" Credit: Credit may be used within the same calendar year it was paid.

" Subject To Change: All details are subject to change when it is necessary or makes sense to do so.
