Inspection FacilitiesInspection is performed in a clean, modern air-conditioned department (5,000 square feet). Our facility maintains a system with in-spection measuring standards and test equipment traceability to N.I.S.T. (National Institute of Standards and Technology).

Machine Assembly & Testing Our impressive custom machine building capabilities allow O.P. Schuman customers to find solutions for unique challenges. Utiliz-ing the customer specifications, we produce machines tailored specifically for the intended application. In the process, we often surpass the original efficiency requirements.Comprehensive in-house facilities allow us to maintain exceptional control of quality and delivery times—even in the case of emergency deadlines. Finished products are always ready-to-use—with functioning mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and integrated controls. Every O.P. Schuman machine is fully tested, including both customer requirements and applicable standards. Our customers inspect and approve the order prior to shipment.
