VISIon STATEmEnTmy vision – is to become recognized as an industry major by our customers and competitors within the businesses sectors in which we compete and all associated industry. Fundamental objective and values include:

Safety – Present that safety serves as a barometer of our company’s overall success and that it is a specific measure of our operating excellence

Trust – Build on existing trust with current and future employees, allowing for the development of the mutual respect required to create confidence in people. I believe trust gives recognition and displays the importance of individuals and their diverse opinions. Trust to me compels us to share information and encourage new ideas it requires an open, honest, forthright manner. Trust is often overlooked as a significant tool that should be used within a business, I cannot being to consider how a company without trust can sustain its position if no trust exist within our company undoubtedly this reflects on how our customer perceive us.

Confidence – Inspire self-confident people which will form the platform for employees to take initiative handle the unexpected, stand behind their convictions and support the efforts of others. Confident employees take bold, innovative, creative actions, capitalize on opportunities, make sound decisions quickly, and mobilize the best resources for rapid action.

Teamwork – Teamwork is paramount for personal involvement and collaboration in a team environment. It includes setting a common goal in support of business objectives, making an individual commitment to the team’s success and recognizing the success of the team. This would be realised through employees having a clear understanding of their role within the team.

Accountability – Giving freedom of decision making to employees should allow for them to become accountable which means every employee assumes ownership and responsibility for their own work as it is more natural to make a commitment to personal decisions, regardless of the job they perform. By creating accountability means making decisions and holding oneself responsible for the consequences of those choices.

Integrity – Encourage employees to do a job right by being honest, ethical, and having personal and professional integrity, means consistently treating all people fairly, delivering on promises, and taking personal responsibility for your actions.

Quality – Educate within the company that quality is the primary determinant of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and it requires employees to continuously provide internal and external customers with the right service...done right...the first time. In today’s increasingly competitive business environment, better quality translates into increased value for our customers and, subsequently, better value for customers- this is the very essence of competitive differentiation.

Synergy – The ethos of EWS is to customer service, this then acts as a primary drive of the business. To foster this ethos , EWS understands that senior management must act as a catalyst and encourage the CRM (Customer Relations Manager) to be the same . As the business climate and customer expectations evolve, the danger to avoid is that of meeting new challenges with old inappropriate responses. The objective of EWS is to create an alignment of objectives, this can only be achieved by working in synergy with its customers.

EWS has adopted the philosophy in its early stages of implementing CRM (Customer Relations Management), this is achieved by dedicating a manager to individual accounts. The results of the CRM has assisted EWS in retaining a 100% customer base after it has been invited in to offer its services. EWS view is that in the commercial world the importance of retaining existing customers and expanding business is paramount. The costs associated with finding new customers mean that every existing customer is important. Customer relationship management (CRM) has helped EWS to gain an insight into the behaviour of their customers and modify its business operations to ensure that customers are served in the best possible way. In essence, CRM has helped EWS to recognise the value of its customers and to capitalise on improved customer relations. The better you understand your customers, the more responsive you can be to their needs.
