1. What were your expectations in participating in this project

meeting ?

General Aspects

New experience, learning about me and others

My expectations were to learn something about art, to learn something

about Italy, to improve my English and to meet new interesting people.

I was expecting a great week of work with an excellent team (all

countries together – students and teachers ) sharing and discovering

new realities.

Developing the theme Happiness in Art

to work collaboratively on the Happiness in Art topic, to make

decisions and talk in details about future project activities



Ccompletion of the tasks from the application form, getting know

Italian culture and traditions, discussing the project's topics, making

decision on the meeting in Turkey and Poland.

-completion of scheduled tasks;

-getting to know Italian tradition and culture;

-discussion of the current project`s topics;

- decision on a short term students exchange;

To know different teachers and students from different countries.

To meet other countries and cultures. To introduce Turkish culture.

As it was my first time, my expectations were the best possible.

1. Transport

Logistics and organization

Comments:

Italian partners organized great transport for us. Our Italian friends did their best.

Transport was great except the last day.

we would like to thank all the teachers for transport from the hotel to school

Big thank you to all the teachers for "delivering us safely" from the hotel to the meeting points.

Italian traffic was chaotic.

Transportation between the cities was not good but we would like to thank the Italian teachers who carried us

between the school and the hotel.

2. Accomodation

Comments:

Hotel was nice and location was great.

Nice hotel, good people.

3. Meals

Comments:

Meals were ok (traditional Italian food).

poor breakfast at the hotel, meals were not various enough, for me

I tried only pizza,too high price , I couldn't choose what I wanted to eat.

Poor breakfast at the hotel (mainly sweet dishes). Lack of opportunities for trying

other Italian dishes than pizza. Lunches too expensive.

The program was great, many activities and workshops in school with our

students and many trips.

1. What was lacking during the project meeting ?

Suggestions

Communication between the partners.

Nothing.

In my opinion there were no clear instructions what we should be

doing at school (both for students and teachers). Often we were just

wandering at school with no purpose.

We missed more union between partners

Programming should have been better, and Italy could be better

advertised.

As it was my first time I don't have any other to compare.



2. What kind of changes or improvements would you suggest ?

Nothing, everything was great.

More tolerance.

Keeping activities according to the programme, bigger variety of

meals, more free time and not finishing the day at 11 o'clock at night

when next day we have to get up very early to leave.

More meeting because we only had one meeting.

I think it was fantastic.



3. Other comments:

We had a wonderful time in Italy. Our Italian partners have done a

great job. Our students were very happy and that is important because

that is the aim of this project.

Viva Italia!

I wish some partners were more respectful towards others and didnt

make everyone else wait at night in the cold weather just for their own

entertainment.

I would like to thank very much the host families for their hospitality

and time

Thank you very much to all the host families who were great with our

students!



Conclusions

Most of the participants were aware of the meeting goals and objectives.

However only one third of the teachers fully agreed that the meeting

was useful and helpful for their schools to carry out project activities in

the future. Also most of the participants thought that not all the partners

contributed to the success of the meeting.

Half of the participants considered the meeting to be useful for

establishing good working relation among partners and to fully meet

their expectations.

Logistic and organization. Accomodation, sightseenig and budget during

the meeting got the highest marks from most of the participants. The

opinions on transportation, meals, free time and meeting agenda varied

from poor to excellent.



The content of the meeting. School activities and workshops for

students got very good or excellent mark from the majority of partners.

The opinions on working sessions for teachers varied from fair to

excellent. Most of the teachers thought that the number of working

sessions was enough. However some of the participants pointed out

that the face-to-face evaluation of the meeting was not included in the

agenda.
