GET READY FOR VPM! • What is that?
VPM is an educational strategy. It has te goal to unite all the oGCDP
network in one place in order to deliver functional knowledge and
enable the elected VPs to gather information for work and planning.
Our VPM in NPM has the main goal to support you all reviewing your
planning and adapt your strategies to better synergyze with operations
and the National Office.
• What will happen?
3 days of intense sessions and thinking processes, lots of synergy and
spaces for learning and discussions. I promise it won’t be easy but it
will worth the effort!
• What should I have?
In order to make this space 100% efficient for you, it’s highly recommended
to have already your pre-planning and the focus strategies for 2014, as
well as all the data that will be required in this booklet.

How to make it works
We are part of a network of several entities in different
maturity level, which means even if we do our best the content
might either not fully reach your expectation or makes you feel
lost.
Doesn’t matter what will be the case, have in mind that this is
a place in which the main responsible to make it worth is YOU!

• Have the open mind to understand different realities and
boldness to review strategies focused on soluction
• Don’t expect ready answers, it your job to find the right ones

• Don’t be afraid to ask. The dummiest question is the one that’s
never spoken.
• Have clear that not all the given strategies must be aplied at
your reality, it’s your responsability to filter what’s best for you
according with your market focus
• Don’t get behind! Guarantee the aknowledge of the material
in this booklet so we can quickly advance in discussions
• Don´t be afraid to contribute. Sometimes the best idea comes

• Universities you partner with and if it’s for support or exchange
• General profile of applicants for oGCDP– get the data from PODIO
EXTERNAL • # of universities in your segmentation
• Strong carreers – the ones that are more recognized
and/or have more volume in the universities in your
segmentation
• General students profile – english level, financial situation,
overal preferrences
• Potential groups or organizations that could support
market penetration for OGCDP
