    PROCESSING CONDITIONS

    Thoroughly mix the resin before use and degas under vacuum. Mix the system according to 100/10 mixing ratio untilaspect becomes homogeneous. EPO 4030 is colour coded to ensure complete mixing of the components. Cast anddemould after polymerisation (24 36 hours minimum) the mould can be used between 24 and 36 hours aftercasting.

    Optimum properties will be obtained by self-curing during thermoforming cycles. For casting thickness above 40mm it is advised to fill the system with different aluminium granular fillers (RZ 1019 and RZ 1021) as follows :
