Sustainable Development

The sustainable development is a process of growth of humanity beginning with the care and protection of the environment.

The idea of sustainable development is very recent : emerged in the late twentieth century as a result of international projects and exhibitions that examined the abuse of human beings and their economic growth , technological and social changes have generated over time environmental .

This arises this new concept of power that keeps levels of growth and development that benefit different regions of the world but not continuous with abuse towards environmental but, on the contrary , is based on the use of renewable energies, reforestation , water conservation , energy conservation , in the recycling of materials that can be reused, recycled.

The importance of sustainable development is a major fact and global character, is very

important that all living beings have it in our lives and to seek how to improve

It is assumed that humanity does not have to resign their current quality of life but it can

be upgraded and also the care and kept clean and stable environment.

The sustainable development is effective and practical as it not only represents ideas

protecting nature , the environment and everything that surrounds us but a way to carry

out these practices conscious and also responsible for the benefit of humanity

The sustainable development tells us that man is capable enough to create new ways of living that are not based on damage to the environment but also involve delay .

The defenders of nature and the environment are important to use for new energies that are based on the use of renewable and non exhaustible resources such as oil, to new forms of commerce and consumption that do not focus on the notion of disposable products and transgenic but in the presence of organic , healthy and do not transform the environment.

The sustainable development also involves the use of resources such as trees but always ensuring that everything used must be replenished in order not to cause damage to the environment in which we live , that is why you should reforest so that we have more trees .

must have a good environmental education in human beings .

The education for sustainable development allows every human being to

acquire the knowledge , skills , attitudes and values necessary to build a

sustainable future .

The education for sustainable development means incorporating the

fundamental issues of sustainable development in teaching and learning,

for example, climate change, disaster risk reduction , biodiversity,

poverty reduction and sustainable consumption .

They must have participatory methods of teaching and learning to motivate

students and equip them with autonomy, in order to change their

behavior and facilitate action on sustainable development.

Must have critical thinking to see beyond what we could achieve with this

education and also create a great future for our next generations of

humans.
