Inspection Services J-Tech specialists conduct inspection services according to international standards or client-specific requests. We can inspect any type of mechanical equipment including:

2. Technical Service

Valve Maintenance Valve Service Center (VSC) is a one-stop-shop for all of your valve maintenance needs.

VSC prepares valve maintenance procedures and schedules for all types of valves to ensure maximum reliability and minimum downtime.

VSC provides advice and training to clients wishing to establish or improve their own maintenance workshops. VSC also supplies spare parts and replacement valves from a variety of world class manufacturers.

Plant Commissioning J-Tech Corporation can provide a range of commissioning services for new plant.

Our scope ranges from planning the start-up process and preparation of commissioning procedures, co-ordination between contractors and end-users, verification (quality assurance) of contractor’s commissioning plants; through to complete project management of the commissioning process.

We also provide services to optimise the operation of existing plants, including:

De-bottlenecking Process control system optimization Failure and fault analysis and subsequent plant rectification

Plant Maintenance J-Tech Corporation can prepare plant maintenance procedures; recommending spares inventory to minimise costs and optimise part availability.
