Europeans maintenance market represents a value of 100 Mia. Euro

Of them for Germany 20 Mia. Euro Heat exchangers are used in large numbers for

multiple applications Nearly no measuring instruments are used for

exchanger operation 1 single Austrian service company maintained 500

heat exchanger within half a year 2011

Costs due to over-design, additional fuel consumption and maintenance, loss of production, etc. have been estimated as 0.25% of the GNP of industrialised countries.

Some facts:

One don’t need to take a sledgehammer to crack a nut

… one don‘t need to use 1000, 3000 bar pressure water to clean heat exchanger – if cleaning operation can success-fully be performed at 12 bar by the RTC equipment. AC Rädler environment technique GmbH, Vienna developed the RTC equipment for most resource saving efficient tubular heat exchanger cleaning.

Any kind of hard and even fully blocked tubes are regained by the RTC treatment. In some cases whole exchanger investment is regained.

RTC cleaning is recommended for graphite exchangers.

Heat exchanger can be maintained by either RTC or High pressure equipment

The difference are savings on fuel or electricity Fuel consumption for instance during 20 days
