New criteria applies to votes:

• in separate work place ballots• aggregated ballots (national strike)

Ballots will only be valid for 6 months:

• a 3 month extension can be agreed• thereafter there would need to be a new ballot

• a supervisor must be appointed by the union• letter of approval must be given to the supervisor• this letter must be provided to employer

representative if requested
