    To assess your loan application, we will make enquiries about you includingsearching records held by credit reference agencies and fraud preventionagencies.

    This search is known as a SOFT QUOTATION search and will not bedetrimental to your credit file.

    If you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we mayrecord this.

    Law enforcement agencies may access and use this information. The creditreference and fraud prevention agencies will keep details of any searches.

    Information held about you by the credit reference agencies, may alreadybe linked to other addresses and records relating to another person, forexample your spouse.

    For the purposes of your application, you may be treated as beingfinancially linked and you application may well be assessed with referenceto any ASSOCIATED records.

    You are also confirming that you are entitled to disclose information aboutany joint applicant or financial associate for the purpose of thisapplication.

    The adviser will always update by adding a note,

    this is date & workflow stamped.

    Adviser then verifies the gross pipeline value of the

    transaction.

    This figure equates to the total commissions after processing costs (Valuations and BSQs)

    An estimate of 500 is applied. So this example is 3,700 - 500 processing costs.
