Why write a letter or a card ?

• In this digital age, there's something nice about getting a personal letter or card – impress your clients.

• A letter indicates the importance – the client will value your effort.

• All business people write e-mails and call their clients – be different, be different from the rest.

• Since you use this “old-fashioned” approach – clients will remember you and as a result, you will sell more.

3 Ideas of when to write

1. Season’s Greetings Card: Perfect chance to make people remember you - don’t talk about business!

2. Client Event (e.g. “Showcase”,” Visitor-Day”): Great moment to send an invitation card with all details – short & simple.

3. New Product: Send a letter to all clients and highlight some major facts – details have to be followed-up during an appointment.

…and never forget: A card & a letter have to be formal!
