Electrospinning method is extracted by fibers with help of electrostatic forces. Firstly, polymer solution is prepared. The solution is filled into syringe. After insert the needle of syringe then that is placed in pump of syringe. The pump of syringe’s flow rote is set. One of crocodile which connect the voltage is attached end of the needle, the other one is attached the plate. When the voltage is turned on, the solution and the collection plate loaded up. The solution begins to flow. When the voltage raises, electrostatic forces effect on drop of the solution. Whereas, this electrostatic forces approach a size of defeat surface tension, the charged polymer solution starts to move towards the plate. The solution evaporates with the effect of electrostatic forces. The polymer achieves nano-size and stretch such as wire. Nanofibers shaped like crotch is obtained on the plate. This operation is performed at high voltage (5-30 kW). Fibers which are produced with this method have generally diameter between 40 to 2000 nanometers.  What are the parameters used and noticed? Most of parameters may affect the result of this method. Mainly parameters are the distance between flow rate, voltage power, and needle tip. The overall aim of all these adjustments is to optimize the diameter of the fiber and to provide permanent production.
